The 3-time Super Bowl champ walked away from the 2-car crash in Boston, and was tossing the football around moments ago at the Patriots' practice facility.

We'll see if he can drive any better against the Bengals on Sunday.

Multiple cop cars from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department showed up at Mayweather's home early this morning. We're told cops received a call at 5:03 AM from Floyd's baby mama, Josie Harris, who claimed the boxer attacked her.

Sources tell TMZ Harris went to Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas at some point after the incident and has now left.

Law enforcement sources say police were unable to find Floyd and are now looking to interview him.

Cops want to speak to Floyd before determining if they will arrest him.

We're told Harris is going to court today to get a restraining order against Mayweather.

In 2003 Harris accused Mayweather of punching and kicking her inside a Bentley in Vegas. Charges were filed but dismissed in 2005 after Harris testified she lied to cops because she was angry that Floyd had left her for another woman.

UPDATE: A man who lives near Harris tells TMZ ... this morning at around 5 AM he awakened after hearing "a blood-curdling scream that sounded like someone was being murdered." The man tells us he then saw someone in front of the house and then noticed two cars speeding off.

As we previously reported, a passenger in the other vehicle had to be removed with the jaws of life.

Brady was reportedly shaken by the accident -- but was not transported to the hospital.

Brady was reportedly "shaken" by the crash -- but a source has told ESPN that he did not go the hospital. Brady is now en route to Gillette Stadium -- home of the Pats.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one passenger in the other car is at the hospital and being treated for "serious injuries." We're told the driver of the other car was "fine."

A law enforcement source tells TMZ ... based on the preliminary investigation ... it appears Tom Brady was not at fault -- that he had the green light.

TMZ spoke to #79 Jay Achterhoff -- who literally participated in Rudy's legendary quarterback sack ... and dude insists the events in the movie are "98% true."

Achterhoff tells us, "Rudy was carried off the field that day ... but not as a joke -- but because he finally got to play." He added. "You've never in your life seen a guy who wanted to be on the field more."

Achterhoff -- now a regional manager for a trucking company -- also says he's "disappointed that [Montana] wasn't more supportive of Rudy" during the shocking interview with Dan Patrick yesterday.

TMZ obtained a copy of Royce Reed's motion -- filed in Orange County, Florida yesterday -- in which she claims the Orlando Magic star regularly misses scheduled visitations with their son Reed. Royce also alleges that their son "acts out emotionally and physically and resists being taken by" Dwight's nanny ... according to the docs.

As TMZ first reported, cops were called in two weeks ago when Royce claimed that Dwight picked up little Reed from preschool when he wasn't supposed to do so.

Royce is asking the court to appoint a guardian -- on Dwight's dime -- to ensure Dwight follows the visitation schedule and Reed gets proper care. Royce's rep says the motion was filed, "as a last resort."

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ ... the men claim they were "severely beaten by unknown assailants" while attending a game in February.

The suit claims the McCourt divorce has caused budget cuts for "essential services such as security" -- thus exposing patrons to unreasonable risks.

Montana -- who played on the 1975 Fighting Irish squad with Ruettiger -- appeared on DirecTV's Dan Patrick Show this morning and said of the flick, "It's a movie remember ... not all that's true."

After a dismissive sigh, Montana undermined some of the main storylines in the movie saying, "The crowd wasn’t chanting … nobody threw in their jerseys."

Law enforcement sources tell us Artest was cited because the registration on the car was expired. But get this -- we're told the car isn't even registered to Ron ... but somebody out in Tennessee.

Ron -- who was smiling throughout the entire incident -- was eventually sent on his way ... but sources tell us cops were "very happy" he was wearing a helmet.

TMZ spoke to the Hulkster -- who's currently hospitalized in Clearwater, FL -- and dude tells us he was picking up seashells this weekend with his girlfriend Jennifer ... and the constant bending over eventually got the better of him.

Hulk -- who's had multiple back surgeries in the past -- says he must have aggravated his old injuries ... because the next morning he could "barely move" and had to call an ambulance.

Hulk tells TMZ the doctors believe he suffered a tear in one of his muscles -- but they still need to run some tests to be certain.

TMZ has obtained Santana's motion to dismiss the civil lawsuit in which his attorneys claim, "Mr. Santana will be placed at a serious disadvantage, for he will be required to defend himself publicly while the Plaintiff will be allowed to make her accusations behind a cloak of anonymity."

The plaintiff filed as Jane Doe, but according to the motion, Florida law requires someone filing a civil lawsuit to "disclose his or her name in the complaint."

Woods -- who was hand-selected by team captain Corey Pavin -- phoned in to the press conference moments ago, where he said he was "honored" to be a part of the team.
