Sporting his old lucky number 13, Clarett -- now 26 years old -- looked pretty good during his first full practice with the Omaha Nighthawks.

Clarett's teammate, former Green Bay Packers star Ahman Green, tells TMZ, “From a running back standpoint I’m excited to have him on the field. He works hard and its great to have another guy that can run up the field, outrun guys and make blocks. I’m excited.”

As you may remember, Clarett was arguably the best player in college football back in 2002 ... when he led Ohio State to an undefeated season and a BCS National Championship.

Soon after that season, things went south for Clarett ... starting with some drama involving the NFL Draft ... a few arrests ... and a subsequent prison stint.

Of course, when Manny first arrived to L.A., the dreadlock "Manny Wigs" sold like crazy -- but now that he's left town, the Dodgers are stuck with the remaining stock ... and the Sox see a golden opportunity.

A rep for the White Sox confirms to TMZ, "Marketing representatives have reached out to the Dodgers to see about also acquiring Manny Ramirez wigs since the Dodgers have the stock and likely won’t have any other need for the items for the rest of this season."

Sources close to the deal tell TMZ that Derek "has been asked by the Saints to address the team before their home opener in N.O. on September 9."

We're told the team especially wants Derek to talk about what it takes to lock down consecutive championships "as he did with the Lakers."

In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ ... Kareem claims The Upper Deck Company plastered 6 Kareem pics from his days as a UCLA Bruin on its "Greats of the Game" series.

Kareem ... who is the NBA's all-time leading scorer with 38,387 points ... claims Upper Deck had the audacity to market the cards after he turned them down flat.

The lawsuit, filed by legal pit bull Marty Singer, notes that when Kareem left the NBA, he blocked more shots, won more Most Valuable Player awards, played in more All-Star Games and logged more seasons than any other player. Shockingly, Singer makes no mention of Kareem's epic performance in the greatest movie of all time -- "Airplane!"

We're told Phelps took a bunch of photos and signed autographs for fans ... in between gettin' real close and personal with Miss Cali.

According to the police report filed by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office -- and obtained by TMZ -- investigators claim they found a box containing Oxycodone in Luna's kitchen ... near a pile of "blue, chalky debris next to a small straw."

Officials also claim they discovered "multiple prescription bottles and miscellaneous unsecured pills" in the master bedroom ... along with a small plate that contained more pill residue and another snorting straw.

According to the report, Luna's mother -- the person who discovered the body -- told cops that Luna "often appeared 'medicated' as she suffered from several wrestling injuries."

Officials tell TMZ an autopsy has been completed -- and an official cause of death should be determined within the next couple of weeks.

Jennings -- who was hanging out at the HAX Gym in L.A. a few days ago -- tells us, "Everybody's trying to team up now to try to beat Kobe."

And after calling out Miami and Boston, dude continued, "So I guess me and Tyreke Evans and Stephen Curry should all call each other in the next two years and try to hook up and play on the same team."

Martina, 53, and Chris, 55, showed off their dueling blonde bobs at the premiere of their ESPN documentary "Unmatched" in NYC on Thursday.

Luna wrestled for the WWE from 1993 to 2000 ... and had gained notoriety as Bam Bam Bigelow's "main squeeze."

So far, no cause of death has been determined.

UPDATE: According to law enforcement sources, Luna's body was discovered by her mother around 10 AM this morning.

We're told authorities currently do not believe there was any foul play involved -- but an autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.

Problem is -- Chyna didn't go to the ER because she claims, "It would have cost too much." So, according to her, she played doctor instead ... and operated on herself with a Swiss Army knife.

Chyna says she used the knife to essentially dig out the swollen golf ball sized lump that had formed in her leg ... leaving a pretty nasty, bloody crater. She then doused the wound in hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin ... but Chyna tells us she's in so much pain, she "can barely walk."

Tiger faced cameras and reporters today for the first time since his divorce was finalized two days ago.

The two were seen smiling and laughing at the Cranium Clubhouse on June 26 -- while their kids ran around and played with all the cool stuff.

The couple finalized their divorce on August 23.

Elin tells PEOPLE, "I'm so embarrassed that I never suspected - not a one. For the past 3 1/2 years, when all this was going on, I was home a lot more with pregnancies, then the children and my school."

Elin also addressed rumors she attacked Tiger with a golf club the night of his Thanksgiving crash -- saying, "There was never any violence inside or outside our home. The speculation that I would have used a golf club to hit him is just truly ridiculous."

She says she and Woods tried to work on their marriage, but "without trust and love," it didn't work.

As for their divorce settlement, Elin says "money can't buy happiness or put my family back together."
