Jayson Williams' Wife -- He's Loving Prison Life
For former NBA star Jayson Williams, doing hard time is like a trip to Disneyland -- at least that's what his estranged wife thinks of Williams' now extended sentence.
Tanya Williams hit up an L.A. mall on Friday where she said Jayson thinks his current prison sentence for the accidental shooting of his limo driver is "the best five years of his life" -- and added that Jayson doesn't talk to the two daughters they have together.
Shortly before we taped Tanya, Jayson pled guilty to DWI in New York City -- a move that got him an additional year behind bars. Tanya filed for divorce last year, but it's still pending.
Update: A rep for Jayson tells TMZ, "Jayson has made numerous attempts to talk to his daughters and has written them. If she is allowing them to speak to him is to be questioned."

Superfan to Brian Westbrook -- Be More Like Beyonce!
A loudmouthed 49ers superfan was so determined to get Brian Westbrook's autograph at training camp this week -- that dude used Beyonce ... and his own child support problems to get the running back's attention ... and the strategy WORKED!
It's pretty funny stuff ... but not as funny as watching rookie Taylor Mays -- the defensive stud from USC -- carry around the veterans' helmets.
FYI -- that was also caught on tape.

Jayson Williams -- Another Year Behind Bars for DWI
Former NBA star Jayson Williams just got sentenced to a year behind bars for his DWI case ... but that sentence will have to wait until AFTER he finishes his current 5 years hard time for the shooting death of his limo driver.
Williams was arrested for DWI back in January after he slammed his Mercedes-Benz into a tree in New York City.
Moments ago in Manhattan Criminal Court, Williams -- through his lawyer -- plead guilty to DWI and was slapped with the 1-year sentence, and he also has to pay $16,643 for the tree he hit.
Less than two months after the DWI, Williams began serving his five year sentence for the 2002 limo driver shooting.

NY Jets -- 12 Linemen Eat 48 Breakfasts in 1 Sitting
The NY Jets defense has an appetite for destruction ... they also have an appetite for pancakes ... and TMZ has learned twelve D-linemen dominated a NY buffet last weekend -- putting down 48 breakfasts in one sitting.
It all went down at Hairy Tony's restaurant in Cortland, NY -- located right near the Jets training camp -- when All-Pro nose tackle Kris Jenkins decided to take his boys to brunch after their morning practice.
Sources inside the restaurant tell us the guys took down "48 breakfasts" -- including, but not limited to:
-- 12 bananas foster pancakes
-- 3 steak and eggs
-- 4 omelets
-- 3 french toast
-- 3 orders of chicken wings
-- 1 waffle
-- hamburger
-- fries
-- fruit crepe
-- 4 extra sides of eggs
-- apple cinnamon pancakes
-- buttermilk pancakes
-- nachos
We're told the bill came out to $225 -- and Jenkins took care of the whole thing ... even leaving a $75 tip.
We asked Jenkins about the gut-busting gathering and he told us, "As a veteran, sometimes it is great to build a bond with fellow linemen through food. Hairy Tony's has a great brunch so I decided to treat the guys to show my appreciation for all they do".
Who's hungry?!

The Stanley Cup Rides Shotgun on Road Trip
When faced with a choice between who rides up front -- your best friend or The Stanley Cup -- always ALWAYS choose ... THE STANLEY CUP!!
Last weekend -- the cup spent a day with NHL star Dustin Byfuglien -- who played on the Chicago Blackhawks squad when they won the championship this year. Dude was rollin' around Roseau, Minnesota when he decided to make a gas run -- and brought Stanley along for the ride.
The person who took this photo was just filling up at the gas station when the car rolled in -- with Stanley buckled up for safety in the front seat.
Shockingly -- it's not the most random place we've seen Stanley ... earlier this year he kicked it with Justin Bieber, hit the club scene in Hollywood and rode a float in a gay pride parade.

L.A. Dodgers Owner: Jamie's Claim is Ridiculous
Frank McCourt is scoffing at his estranged wife's claim that he somehow defrauded her by inserting a document into an agreement which strips her of ownership of the L.A. Dodgers.
As TMZ first reported, Jamie claims Frank defrauded her by inserting a bogus document in an agreement -- making it seem as though she gave up her 50% ownership of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Frank's lawyer, Steve Susman, tells TMZ ... Jamie McCourt's claim is absurd.
According to Susman, it's all an innocent, clerical mistake made by a lawyer named Lawrence Silverstein, the guy who drafted the agreement. Susman says there were 6 copies of the agreement which intended to give Frank the full ownership of the Dodgers. But Susman says Silverstein's secretary mistyped 3 of the Exhibits, which mistakenly said Jamie was retaining her interest in the team.
Susman says shortly after Frank and Jamie signed the agreement, Silverstein realized his mistake and simply put the correct exhibit in the signed agreement, and Frank and his current lawyers didn't even find out about it until last month.
Susman tells TMZ ... Jamie's claim of fraud is "desperate" and an attempt to use court documents as a press release.

Pretty funny ... but we're guessing there's one person who probably wasn't laughing -- Reggie Bush.

L.A. Dodgers Wife: Frank McCourt Committed Fraud
Fired Los Angeles Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt claims Frank McCourt and his lawyer, Lawrence Silverstein, fraudulently altered documents in an effort to strip her of the ownership of the team ... this according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.
Frank claims in 2004, when they bought the Dodgers, Jamie signed over complete ownership of the team to him. In their bitter divorce case, Frank has submitted an agreement signed by Jamie, which includes an "Exhibit" that gives him complete ownership of the Dodgers.
But in new legal papers filed today by Dennis Wasser, Jamie's lawyer ... Wasser claims there was another "Exhibit" that was the final word on ownership of the Dodgers, which preserved Jamie's rights to the team.
Wasser now says, after the document was signed, Frank and his lawyer pulled a switcheroo, by substituting the old "Exhibit" for the new one -- thereby cutting Jamie out.
Wasser says in his new legal docs ... Jamie is the victim of a "fraudulently altered document."

Dwyane Wade's GF Off the Hook in Foreplay Lawsuit
Dwyane Wade's actress GF Gabrielle Union just won big in her legal battle against Dwyane's ex-wife -- as of last week, she's officially in the clear over charges that she got too sexy in front of Dwyane's kids.
It's all over a lawsuit the basketball star's ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade (right) filed a few months ago -- claiming her and Dwyane's kids were left scarred when Gabrielle and the Miami Heat guard engaged in "sexual foreplay" in front of them.
Both Dwyane and Gabrielle denied the allegations -- calling them "erroneous claims" -- and last week, a judge in Illinois officially dismissed Siohvaughn's lawsuit, citing improper jurisdiction.
Gabrielle's lawyer -- who called the lawsuit a "shame" and a "waste of time" -- tells TMZ, "The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois Court System."

Devon James' Mom -- My Daughter Belongs in Jail
Devon James can't even convince her own mother that Tiger Woods fathered her 9-year-old son -- in fact, her flesh and blood thinks Devon is such a money-grubbing liar ... she belongs behind bars.
Outside of court in Manatee County, Florida -- where the Tiger Woods paternity case was thrown out today -- Devon's mother Sandra Jane Brinling claims her daughter filed the suit against the golf star "to make money" and "deserves jail time" for allegedly abusing the justice system.
As we first reported, James -- one of Tiger's 8.5 million mistresses -- wanted the golfer to submit to a DNA test to prove his paternity ... but the judge wasn't having it.

Fact is ... Devon doesn't even have current custody of the boy -- her mom does.

Kobe Bryant's Dad Loses in WNBA Fight
Kobe Bryant's father just lost big in his ongoing battle against the lawyers who repped him when he got fired from coaching a WNBA team -- and it's gonna cost him nearly $80,000.
According to the latest docs in the suit, filed last week in L.A. Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Joe "Jellybean" Bryant has to ante up a total of $78,816.53 for work his former legal team did during Jellybean's dispute with the L.A. Sparks back in 2007 ... when he got fired.
Kobe's dad may have stood a fighting chance -- but according to the docs, he never even tried to defend himself ... so the judge ruled against him by default.
As TMZ first reported, Jellybean's ex-lawyers sued the guy back in January claiming he owed them money for legal fees plus interest -- and last Thursday, a California judge made it official.
Attempts to reach Mr. Bean were unsuccessful.
