JTG -- a self-professed Gaga fanatic -- tells TMZ, he went on Craigslist.com and successfully tracked down and purchased two $125 tickets to Lady G's sold out Wednesday night show in L.A. But when he showed up to the Staples Center, the ticket lady refused to accept them ... because they were fake.

Now JTG is on the rampage, desperately trying to track down the scumbag who swindled him -- but first, he wants to make sure the bad guy gets the respect he deserves.

The wrestler tells TMZ, "Game recognize game, so I gotta respect his hustle. But when I catch him, I hope he can respect my Brooklyn-style beatdown."

TMZ just spoke with Samantha Syoen -- a spokeswoman for the Florida State Attorney's Office -- who told us they never went after the NY Mets all-star pitcher because the Lee County Sheriff's Department never presented the case.

But the Sheriff's Dept. is calling BS -- claiming a State Prosecutor named Francine Donnorummo not only declined to prosecute ... but signed an official document backing her decision. .

Now, the State Attorney's Office claims Donnorummo signed the document at an "informal and regular meeting" ... and it wasn't intended to be the final decision on Santana's fate.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the former MLB star ... turned steroid finger pointer ... turned reality star ... turned celebrity boxer ... turned alleged deadbeat ... received a notice to "vacate" a Northridge home he had been renting since last year.

A source connected to Canseco tells us the trouble began after Jose missed two months of rent.

We're told Jose left the home late Wednesday night ... and won't be allowed back.

Tebow's rep tells us that the owner of Pikes Peak Hyperbaric "couldn't have been further from the truth" when he told TMZ that Tebow purchased the chamber in 2008 for roughly $20,000.

Tebow's rep explained that roughly 6 weeks ago, Tim signed a "rental agreement with the manufacturer."

The rep tells us Tim had the machine in his possession in Florida ... but had it shipped to Colorado in an effort to help the Denver Broncos rookie "acclimate to the high altitude in Denver."

The rep says someone from Pikes Peak Hyperbaric helped set up the chamber in Tebow's hotel room "3 or 4 nights ago" and then asked for a photo ... not knowing that someone would later "photoshop" PPH's website onto the machine.

TMZ spoke with a rep from PPH -- who admitted photoshopping his logo over the original manufacturer's logo and told us, "It wasn't a well thought out process."

The question is...

The device -- which is said to "greatly accelerate the recovery process" -- was purchased by Tim in 2008 for just under $20,000 ... this according to Ric Rooney, owner of Pikes Peak Hyperbaric.

According to Ric, Tebow had the device shipped from his home in Florida to training camp -- but couldn't set it up ... so PPH sent a rep to Broncos camp to help Tim out.

Rooney tells us Tebow has been getting "banged up" at practice ... and Tim felt the chamber could help him heal quicker. We're told Tim has a routine where he sits in the chamber for 60-90 minutes after every practice.

According to sources close to the case, attorneys for the NY Mets pitcher have been negotiating with the accuser's attorneys for months ... trying to stave off the civil lawsuit which ultimately was filed Monday in Florida.

Another source tells us the settlement package that Santana eventually offered was in the seven figures ... but the alleged victim rejected it.

Michelle Rodman filed new docs in Orange County Superior Court last week -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Dennis failed to pay her rent twice since 2009 ... and as a result, she has since been evicted from two separate apartments.

Michelle claims Dennis' child support bill has reached an all-time high of $527,745.10 -- because according to her, the former NBA star hasn't been keeping up with his monthly $50,000 payments.

As we previously reported, Dennis' child support was increased in March ... and he was ordered to ante up for every month starting last September -- but his reps tell TMZ, he can't afford it ... and he has been trying to get it lowered ever since.

Dennis' manager, Darren Prince, tells TMZ, "It's not a matter of Dennis not being able to afford it ... it's a matter of the court and Michelle thinking he makes $4 million a month ... which he doesn't."

According to legal papers filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, Watson claims things got bad on August 1st ... when Jennifer received a suspicious text message at 11PM and Earl decided to check her phone.

Watson -- who played with the Indiana Pacers last season -- claims his wife was furious that he took the phone and reacted by hitting him "forcefully twice in the face with her right open hand."

Watson claims Jennifer then "grabbed my right wrist and bit ... breaking the skin, leaving teeth marks and drawing blood." Once she let go of the wrist, Watson claims she then chomped down on his chest ... again drawing blood.

Earl claims Jennifer then tried to attack him with an iron -- but he was able to knock it out of her hand.

Now, Earl wants a divorce ASAP -- along with full custody of their 10-month-old daughter.

Calls to Freeman have not been returned.

TMZ obtained the documents filed Monday in Florida state court by a Jane Doe.

In the docs, the victim describes the encounter which allegedly occurred on October 27, 2009 near Santana's home in Fort Myers, FL.

According to the papers, the alleged victim states that Santana lured her "by use of false pretenses to a remote, outdoor area" -- and that Santana then forcibly penetrated her as she begged him to stop.

The suit does not mention whether Jane Doe is still pregnant. She is suing him for sexual battery, sexual assault, and false imprisonment.

Santana has admitted having sex with the alleged victim, but says it was consensual.

Johnson tells TMZ, he's honored his character got such a high rating in the game ... but according to him, anything less than 100/100 isn't accurate -- "In real life, I'm 100% unstoppable. I got no home. I run for days."

According to police docs -- obtained by TMZ -- witnesses say Mark confronted his ex outside a childcare facility near Phoenix, Arizona ... where he allegedly proceeded to beat her, put her in a chokehold, throw her on the ground, and then threaten to kill her.

Cops claim both Mark's baby mama and young daughter were seen by paramedics for mild injuries.

According to the docs, Mark's ex claims she was dropping off court-ordered paperwork when Mark showed up and went ballistic. Mark -- who was allegedly violating an order of protection by showing up -- told cops his ex-GF had tried to take his daughter from his arms.

The former linebacker is charged with aggravated assault, endangerment, disorderly conduct, and interfering with an educational institution. He was released from jail yesterday.

TMZ has obtained this exclusive photo of LeBron James in a business meeting earlier today with Rabbi Yishayahu Yosef Pinto ... a man known around New York as the "Rabbi to the Business Stars."

Sources involved with the meeting tell us LeBron had hired Rabbi Pinto for spiritual guidance for a "big merchandising meeting" that took place on a private yacht somewhere off the coast of NY just hours ago.

Rabbi Pinto -- a 37 year-old-man who speaks only Hebrew -- has met with all sorts of business moguls in the past ... and is considered by some to be a "spiritual guide" who consults on business matters.

We're told LeBron paid in the neighborhood of 6-figures to get Rabbi Pinto to sit in on today's meeting ... in which LeBron heard presentations from several "big time" retail execs.

It's been a big summer for the Jews -- with Amar'e Stoudemire meeting with rabbis in Israel ... and Shaq learning Hebrew.

It's only a matter of time before they start poppin' Manischewitz in the clubs!
