The Dallas Cowboys legend was leaving STK in L.A. last night when we asked him about Johnson -- who's currently in Nicaragua to compete on the next season of "Survivor."

Rogers made the call around 11:08 PM on July 15 -- warning that he was following a car that was swerving all over Interstate 71 ... and had blown a tire after smashing into the center divider.

During the call, Rogers directs law enforcement to his exact location -- and when the perp's car came to a stop in the middle of traffic, Rogers pulled up behind the other ride and activated his emergency lights to prevent a collision.

The suspect was eventually arrested on suspicion of DUI after blowing "extremely high" on a breath test.

A source with knowledge of the inquiry says Ingram attended the party on May 12th at District nightclub. Ingram was photographed (left) at the celebration for college stars who had just been drafted by NFL teams -- including Florida's Joe Haden (center).

Ingram is a returning junior this year and we're told the NCAA wants to know if agents paid for anything involved with his DC trip -- which could be a violation of NCAA rules.

The University of Alabama says Ingram is on the up and up. The Compliance Department tells us, "Mark asked if he could visit Joe Haden at his home in Baltimore. We checked with the NCAA and they approved this trip as long as Mark provided receipts for his expenses."

It's unclear whether those receipts were submitted, but clearly the NCAA has unanswered questions.

A source closely connected to Georgia's athletic department tells TMZ the wide receiver allegedly attended a party at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami on Memorial Day weekend. Partying alone isn't a crime under NCAA rules -- Green is 21 years old -- but if someone (like an agent or financial advisor) paid for anything related to Green's trip ... that could be a violation.

We're told a member of the coaching staff spoke directly to Green to ask him about the party -- and he denied being in Miami at all that weekend.

According to SI.com the NCAA plans to look into sports agent violations at UGA. It's unclear if Green is part of that investigation.

The University's Compliance Department told TMZ on Tuesday, "This is the first we've heard of anything involving A.J. Green."

In the lawsuit, filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, a woman named Thuymai K. Ung claims Marbury agreed to sell her 100% of his company -- which includes a piece of property in L.A. -- back in December ... for the sum of one American dollar.

In the documents, Ung alleges that Marbury is now claiming that he still owns part of the company and/or the property.

According to the suit, the property is currently in foreclosure, which might explain why Marbury -- who now dishes the rock in the Chinese Basketball Association -- would dump his company for ten dimes. Then again, it's hard to explain most of what Marbury does.

TMZ has learned Andres Iniesta is currently in Italy meeting with bad ass real estate tycoon Tom Barrack ... the guy who's plotting to buy Miramax with Rob Lowe.

We're told Barrack -- who also owns French soccer team Paris Saint-Germain -- is hoping to get Iniesta over to his squad ... but he also has bigger plans for the soccer stud.

TMZ spoke with Daly's girlfriend who told us after the round ... she ran out to pick up some dinner ... and returned to find Daly racked out on the couch ... catching some well deserved shut eye.

We're told Daly -- who's battled drug and alcohol abuse throughout his career -- did have a Bloody Mary before he played this morning ... but it was of the virgin variety. He went on to play one of the best rounds of his life ... tied for third place ... one stroke ahead of Tiger Woods.
