Kings' Joe Maloof Praying to Win Lottery
The co-owner of the Sacramento Kings is on a nine day prayer session for salvation ... in the form of the #1 pick in tonight's NBA Draft Lottery.
TMZ spoke to Joe Maloof -- half of the brother tandem that owns the Kings -- who told us he's been "on his hands and knees praying to the man upstairs" in a Prayer Novena. The ritual requires praying at the same time every day for nine straight days.
Maloof says he'll send up prayer #9 right before the draft lottery in hopes it lands him #1.
If he gets the top pick Maloof says he'll throw what he calls the world's largest lottery party in Sac town tonight.

Hulk Hogan -- My Heart Isn't Broken
Hulk Hogan had a big medical scare this week -- after doctors thought they may have found an abnormality with the wrestler's heart.
Hogan was undergoing tests for back surgery, when doctors discovered a problem with his EKG.
Sources close to Hulk tell us the back doc sent Hulk to a specialist at a cardiovascular medical center in Florida for further testing.
But this story has a happy ending -- we're told doctors ran more extensive tests and were able to determine that Hulk's ticker is working just fine ... though we're told Hulk was "very worried" during the process.
And with his heart all hunky-dory, Hulk is scheduled to undergo back surgery soon.

Hank Haney, who split from Woods earlier this week, also said he saw no signs that Woods ever took performance-enhancing drugs -- an allegation that has hounded Tiger over the years.
Haney said, "The only thing that I knew about was his issue with the sex addiction."

Chyna -- Off the Hook for Alleged Beatdown
TMZ has learned former WWE star Chyna will not face criminal charges over an alleged incident in which she allegedly beat the daylights out of another woman in a motel room in L.A.
As we previously reported, Chyna was named in a criminal complaint filed by a woman named Gabriela Targos -- who told LAPD cops that Chyna battered her so badly back in April ... she thought she was gonna die.
But now, the L.A. City Attorney has officially rejected the case, claiming there's "insufficient evidence" that can prove Chyna carried out the attack.
Calls to Chyna have not been returned.
LT Didn't Have Sex with Girl, Witness Claims
A woman has come forward in the Lawrence Taylor case to say the NFL legend did not have sex with the 16-year-old girl he is accused of raping.
The witness -- a 23-year-old stripper who says she was living with the 16-year-old girl and her alleged pimp at the time -- gave a sworn statement to investigators from the defense team, saying she was waiting outside the hotel at the time of the alleged incident. According to the AP, the woman says the teenager returned to the car with $300 in cash and said, "It was weird ... we didn't even have sex."
As TMZ first reported, sources connected to Taylor say he didn't have sex with the alleged victim -- but rather engaged in a "masturbatory act."
Taylor is due back in court on June 10.

Lawrence Taylor 'Welcomed' Home by Wife
TMZ has learned Lawrence Taylor has finally returned to his Miami area home for the first time since he was arrested for statutory rape -- and sources close to the NFL legend tell us he was "welcomed" back by his wife.
We're told Taylor had been staying somewhere near NYC -- it's unclear if he was staying with friends or by himself.
Sources tell us Taylor's mood has drastically improved in the past few days.

Tiger Woods' Wife Lawyers Up
Sources tell TMZ Elin Nordegren has hired a lawyer to rep her in her divorce from Tiger Woods -- a lawyer who has some deep Nordegren connections.
We're told Elin hired Walter H. White, Jr. from a law firm in London. Elin's sister, Josefin, works at the law firm.
TMZ spoke with White this morning, who would neither confirm nor deny if he repped Elin.
But after our conversation this AM, we've learned White sent an email to his staff, noting that "TMZ the web news service has discovered that we in London represent Elin Nordgren [sic]."
In his email, White also stated, "... the announcement that we are representing Elin is likely to bring the office under a microscope such as it has not faced previously."

UFC Boss: I’m Cool with Tito Ortiz
Tito Ortiz is officially out of the doghouse with the man who signs his checks -- UFC honcho Dana White -- now that the D.A. has rejected possible criminal charges in that whole domestic violence arrest.
White -- who had threatened to kick Tito's ass to the curb if Jenna Jameson's accusations against the fighter turned out to be legit -- tells TMZ that Ortiz will not face any punishment from the organization.
White added, "I'm coolwith Tito ... he's still on our roster now … we'll be looking to get him in the ringin October or November."

Corey Dillon Off the Hook in Spousal Abuse Case
Former NFL running back Corey Dillon won't face charges following his arrest for spousal abuse earlier this month ... this according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
According to documents filed by the D.A., there was "insufficient evidence of corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition for proof beyond reasonable doubt."
As TMZ first reported, Dillon was arrested at his home on May 1 after his wife, Desiree Dillon, called 911 claiming she had been assaulted.

Tito Ortiz -- No Charges Will Be Filed
TMZ has learned ... the Orange County District Attorney has rejected the case against Tito Ortiz, who was arrested last month for felony domestic violence.
The D.A. tells TMZ there was insufficient corroboration to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Tito had attacked his girlfriend Jenna Jameson. That could have something to do with the fact Jenna changed her story multiple times.
As TMZ first reported, Tito was arrested for felony domestic violence on April 26 at the couple's home in Huntington Beach, CA.
UPDATE: Tito's lawyer, Chip Matthews, just told TMZ, "We're pleased the prosecutors recognized this as a misunderstanding. Tito and Jenna are happily working on their relationship."

LT Accuser: 1 of 20,000 Child Prostitutes in U.S.
The 16-year-old girl who was pimped out to Lawrence Taylor is just one of 20,000 child sex workers being trafficked inside the U.S. -- this according to a study by a prominent child care agency.
TMZ spoke with a rep from the Covenant House in New York -- an organization for homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth -- who tells us that they have found that an "overwhelming majority" of child sex workers are not on the streets by choice ... because they're often "muscled" into the trade by "gangs, pimps and predators."
The rep also notes their studies have found that 37% of child sex workers reported physical abuse in their homes, 12% were sexually abused, 19% were beaten with an object and 41% witnessed violence in the home.
As we previously reported, the accuser in the LT case claims she was beaten and threatened by her pimp before she went to LT's hotel room.
