Big Ben's Accuser -- The Bodyguard Set Me Up
Ben Roethlisberger's accuser told police the QB's bodyguard grabbed her by the arm and sat her in a secluded hallway in the Capital City nightclub -- setting the stage for the alleged rape.
The Milledgeville Police Department released a copy of the accuser's written statement to cops on March 5 -- in which she told police that Ben had been making "crude sexual remarks" to her in the hours before the alleged incident.
In her written statement, the accuser said she and some of her friends had been bar-hopping with Ben and his crew before they ended up at Ben's VIP area at Capital City nightclub.
The accuser says when she arrived to the VIP area, Ben's bodyguard grabbed her by the arm and brought her to a "side door/hallway and sat me on a stool."
The accuser continues, "[the bodyguard] left and Ben came back with his penis out of his pants. I told him it wasn't OK."
The accuser claims she tried to leave through a nearby door, which turned out to be a restroom. The woman claims she continued to tell Ben that "It was not OK," but he had sex with her anyway.
The woman told cops Ben "then left without saying anything."

Accuser: Big Ben Exposed Penis in Hallway
Ben Roethlisberger's accuser told friends that the QB took his penis out of his pants in a Georgia nightclub before following her into a bathroom -- this according to newly released witness statements.
Milledgeville Police spoke with multiple witnesses who claim the accuser told people she was raped -- moments after her encounter with Ben.
According to one witness, the accuser claimed that it all started while she was in a secluded hallway in the Capital City nightclub, when Ben walked over to her "with his penis already out of his pants."
According to the witness, the accuser claimed she tried to walk out of the area -- but instead of opening an exit door, she mistakenly opened the door to a bathroom ... and walked inside.
According to the witness, the accuser claimed Ben followed her inside the bathroom, shut the door, and then raped her.
As the accuser and her friends left the club, they reported the incident to a police officer. According to the newly released police report -- the accuser told the officer her "recollection" of her encounter with Ben was "foggy" due to her "intoxication level." This statement seems to contradict the statements given by the witnesses.
The cop claims he also spoke with Ben that night -- and according to the document, Ben told the officer that he remembered hanging around the accuser earlier in the night ... but told her "she was too drunk after observing her fall." Ben said he then walked away from her.
Last week, after a lengthy investigation, cops announced they would not be pursuing charges against Ben.

Witnesses: Ben's Bodyguards Wouldn't Help Us
Friends of Ben Roethlisberger's accuser say the NFL star's bodyguards and the club owner refused to let them help their friend as she was allegedly being raped ... this according to documents obtained from the Milledgeville Police Department.
According to the documents, witnesses told police they saw Ben's bodyguard escort the alleged victim to a backroom where the tiny bathroom was located -- and Ben followed shortly after.
One of the accuser's friends told police she approached Ben's bodyguard and "told him that [the alleged victim] was in no shape to be back there with Ben." The friend said she tried to open the bathroom door but it was locked, "and the security guards acted like they had no idea what was going on."
Another friend said she approached the owner of the club to get him to unlock the door -- but he refused and said "Ben's an NFL quarterback, he won't do anything to ruin his reputation." The owner gave a statement to cops, and made no mention of making the comment.
Both witnesses say once the alleged victim walked out of the bathroom, she immediately claimed Ben had raped her.

Javon Walker: "I'm Probably About to Die"
Former Oakland Raiders wide receiver Javon Walker told a Las Vegas court he thought he was "about to die" during a 2008 robbery in which an attacker took his jewelry ... and then broke his face.
Walker also told the court yesterday that he thought one attacker was going to rip his ears off during the incident, because the person tried to take his diamond studs out without unfastening the locks.
Walker ID'd a man named Deshawn Thomas as his assailant -- though Thomas pled not guilty.
And there's this -- the defense argued that Walker was too drunk to accurately remember the events of that evening ... because his blood-alcohol level was .29 -- more than 3.5 times the legal limit.
The trial is expected to take more than a week.

NFL Divorce -- Anger Over Abortion Decision
NFL star Chris McAlister is at the center of a nasty legal war with his wife -- who claims Chris kicked her out of their home when she refused to get an abortion.
Marlene McAlister has just filed court documents to end her 13 month marriage to the former Pro Bowler -- claiming she hasn't seen or heard from the guy since September 2009 ... 5 months before their daughter was born.
In the docs, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, Marlene claims she's also "struggling financially" because Chris stopped paying his court-ordered spousal support and medical expenses.
Marlene is also asking the court for sole custody of their 2-month-old daughter -- with Chris only getting supervised visitation -- because, according to the docs, "[Chris] has a volatile temper."
UPDATE: Chris tells TMZ "I was only married to her for a short time. She’s handling this through TMZ, I’m doing this the right way -- through the court system.”

Elin Nordegren is fixing up the house on her newly purchased property in her native Sweden -- proof that it may be the spot where Elin's headed to rebuild her life.
As we previously reported, Tiger Woods' current wife picked up the $2 million home late last year -- a home that could only be described as a dump, at best.
But now, new photos reveal that a major renovation is underway on the property -- and we're told the builders are trying to get everything done by the summer.
Tiger is scheduled to play the U.S. Open at the end of June -- seems the only way Elin will be watching is if they get cable in Sweden.

Grounded Tiger Banners -- Better Late Than Never
The mysterious banner attack on Tiger Woods continued in Augusta yesterday -- with a new cheap shot at Jesse James -- but it all went down 2 days after the intended target skipped town.
As TMZ first reported, the FAA grounded the plane after just 2 successful runs over the Masters golf tourney this past weekend -- leaving the remaining signs out of the sky.
But Tuesday, the unknown prankster behind the stunt got another plane up and running and sent his new messages up in the air -- one that read, "You knew Stevie. You knew" ... a reference to Tiger's caddy Steve Williams, who denied knowing anything about Tiger's affairs.
The other banner read, "Tiger: Still on for the 4some? Jesse James."
This ain't the last we're gonna see of the aerial attacks, we're told the prankster's already drawing up plans to get back in the air.

Big Ben -- Fired By Jerky Company
Ben Roethlisberger has just lost a major sponsor -- after his beef jerky company decided that the sexual assault investigation left a bad taste in the mouths of the consumers.
TMZ spoke with the people behind Big Ben's Beef Jerky, who tell us they've officially cut ties with the Pittsburgh Steelers QB -- which means production has been halted and all remaining product is to be "destroyed."
The jerky was produced by a company called PLB Sports -- the same group behind Doug Flutie's famous "Flutie Flakes" cereal. According to Ty Ballou -- president of PLB -- the company decided Ben was no Flutie ... and enforced the "morality clause" in Ben's contract.
Ballou added, "I hope he can learn from this."

Big Ben's Other Accuser: We're Not Giving Up!
Ben Roethlisbergerain't out of the woods in Georgia just yet -- TMZ has learned the lawyer for Ben's other alleged rape victim is planning to use the findings from the Milledgeville investigation in the one remaining case against the NFL star.
As we previously reported, Big Ben is accused in a lawsuit of raping Andrea McNulty in a Lake Tahoe hotel back in 2008. No criminal charges were ever filed.
According to McNulty's lawyer, Cal Dunlap, he is currently "seeking whatever portions of the Georgia investigation that are available" -- including interviews and police reports.
Dunlap also tells us they also expect to sit down and talk with the Steelers' QB in the near future -- but due to the fact that Ben wouldn't even talk to investigators in Georgia, a meeting with Dunlap seems highly unlikely.
