He hasn't officially retired yet -- but TMZ has learned former Pro Bowl linebacker Antonio Pierce is already lining up his next gig ... off the field.

Pierce -- the guy who was with Plaxico Burress on the night he shot himself in New York -- just wrapped up a private audition to be an in-studio football analyst with ESPN.

Interesting, considering the recently released NY Giants star claims he's been receiving calls from several teams around the league who still want Pierce to play -- including the St. Louis Rams.

But sources close to Pierce tell us dude would rather take a studio job than play for the league's worst team.

The Cleveland Browns nose tackle who arrested at an Ohio airport yesterday was just charged with one count of carrying a concealed weapon ... a felony.

Shaun Rogers was busted at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport after a security officer working an X-ray machine spotted a loaded .45-caliber handgun in his carry-on bag.

We're told Rogers is in the process of posting bond.

UPDATE 2:09 AM ET: Rogers just posted his $1,000 bond. After the hearing, he apologized to the community, to his fans and the Browns.

Rogers is due back in court tomorrow at 8:30 AM -- and according to his lawyer, Patrick D'Angelo, Rogers will plead not guilty.

Patrick also said Rogers has a gun permit in Ohio and Michigan.

That shocking STD accusation in NBA star Dwyane Wade's divorce is a big nasty lie, according to sworn testimony in legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Siohvaughn Wade has claimed in legal docs the Miami Heat guard gave her chlamydia. But during a deposition, Andrea Williams ... a close friend of the Wades -- claimed Siohvaughn told her she contracted the disease from another man.

Williams testified in her depo, Siohvaughn was seeing another man during her marriage -- and claims she was present in 2007 when Mrs. Wade accused the boyfriend of giving her the STD.

But enough about chlamydia. Williams also claims in her depo that Siohvaughn bought a T-Mobile cell phone for her BF. Dwyane is a T-Mobile spokesperson. Guess who's not making his fave five?

Former UFC fighter War Machine admits he was carrying deadly weapons during his arrest on Tuesday ... the flesh and bone kind.

David Oblas -- a promoter for Machine's next match -- says the fighter told him the reason he unholstered his fists was because his buddy was outnumbered in a fight at a San Diego Bar.

Machine was eventually arrested for assault with a deadly weapon -- but according to Oblas, it's because Machine is a professional fighter and his fists are considered deadly weapons.

Makes sense ... because the San Diego Police Department tells TMZ Machine allegedly got the best of three guys during the rumble.

Cleveland Browns lineman Shaun Rogers was arrested today after he allegedly took a loaded gun into an Ohio airport ... cops tell TMZ.

Our sources say it went down at 12:20 PM at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

We're told a security officer working an X-ray machine saw the .45-caliber handgun in Rogers' carry-on bag and immediately called police.

Rogers was immediately taken into custody for carrying a concealed weapon -- a felony of the 3rd degree.

Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade claims his estranged wife intentionally blocked their oldest son from sharing in one of the most precious moments a child can have -- out of spite.

In legal docs filed in Wade's uber-nasty custody fight, Wade's lawyer claims he wanted to take his 8-year-old son to All-Star weekend in Dallas. But Dwyane's lawyer claims Siohvaughn jock-blocked him by throwing a birthday party for the boy in Wisconsin -- 10 days after the boy's real birthday.

According to Wade's lawyer, James Pritikin, Dwyane actually filed an emergency motion before the game, asking the judge to order his wife to let the boy go to Dallas. But the judge felt the All-Star game was not an emergency.

Sad part of the story -- Dwyane scored 28 points, got the MVP award and led his team to victory. And the boy got a sucky cake in Wisconsin.

As we first reported, TMZ obtained a document showing Gallon received a $3,000 wire transfer last August from Merrill Lynch financial advisor Jeffrey Hausinger. The deposit could be a violation of NCAA rules.

Hausinger is no longer working for Merrill Lynch.

A spokesperson for the university said the school is now "investigating matters that the public may be aware of through recent reports in the media."

NFL star Joey Porter is officially off the hook for allegedly slapping a deputy's hand away during a traffic stop last week.

The Kern County District Attorney's Office tells TMZ there was not enough evidence to move forward with the case -- in which Joey was facing three misdemeanors: DUI, resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer.

Joey was arrested in Bakersfield, CA on Friday, after an alleged confrontation with a California Highway Patrol deputy during a traffic stop in a Taco Bell parking lot.

As we first reported, the CHP launched an Internal Affairs investigation into the deputy that arrested Joey, after the Arizona Cardinals player claimed he was manhandled during the arrest.

Operating room spies tell TMZ Thiago Alves just underwent an 8 hour operation to separate an artery from a vein in his brain.

Dana White tells TMZ the operation -- in a New York City hospital -- was a complete success and Pitbull's first words ... "When can I start training again?"

TMZ has learned Machine -- which is the fighter's legal name -- was arrested outside a bar called Thruster's Lounge around 11 pm.

Law enforcement sources tell us Machine and another male were fighting with bouncers -- and when cops tried to approach the situation, War Machine took off running.

Eventually, cops caught up with the 28-year-old, threw him in handcuffs, and for some reason, put a spit bag over his head ... which is generally applied when the perp gets a little too aggressive with his oral fluids.

Machine was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon -- though it's unclear what the weapon is. He's currently being held in a SD jail.

There have been multiple reports that the Oakland Raiders are the front-runners to acquire the Pro Bowl QB through a blockbuster trade -- but a source close to McNabb tells TMZ, "He does NOT want to play for the Raiders and would refuse the trade."

McNabb reportedly does not have a no-trade clause in his contract -- but according to Philly.com, he can refuse to negotiate a contract extension ... and most teams wouldn't trade away draft picks or players to get Donovan for the one measly year he has remaining on his current contract.
