It's all connected to the Tavistock Cup -- an exclusive golf tournament scheduled to begin on March 22nd, which pits the Lake Nona Country Club against the Isleworth Country Club ... where Tiger is a member.

The famously private event is known for allowing fans to get up close and personal with the golfers -- but sources close to the tournament tell us management for the Isleworth Country Club, this year's home course, has suddenly decided to cut down on the number of passes given to Lake Nona employees.

We're told several staff members are being told the move is being orchestrated by Tiger's camp in an effort to control who will have access to the golfer when he makes his return.

We'll see if they're right in t-minus 10 days ...

Even though the Denver Nuggets superstar and LaLa still hang their hats in Colorado -- we've learned they bought the 6,500 sq. ft. Spanish-style house in L.A. as well because, well, they can.

The house -- valued at nearly $2 million -- has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a gorgeous infinity edge pool and a cabana in the back yard.

Shaquille O'Neal and his estranged wife, Shaunie have reached a settlement in their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Shaunie's mega-lawyer, Sorrell Trope, tells TMZ Shaq and Shaunie have reached agreement on all terms of the divorce, including property, custody and support.

Under the agreement, the Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple. In addition, a Florida judge will handle any issues that may arise involving property division and spousal support.

Trope tells TMZ the California courts will have jurisdiction over any issues related to child custody.

As we first reported, Shaunie filed for legal separation in California back in November, just days after moving to L.A. with their kids. We've learned Shaunie just filed a petition to dismiss the separation action.

Miami Heat forward Dorell Wright was arrested in Miami Beach early this morning after cops say he was driving his 2005 Bentley under the influence of alcohol.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Wright was pulled over at 3:37 AM after cops noticed he was driving erratically.

Cops say they approached the vehicle and when they began talking with Wright, they noticed "red and watery eyes, odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, and low and slurred speech."

Cops say the 24-year-old couldn't provide current insurance information -- they also discovered he was driving on a suspended driver's license.

Wright was taken to a nearby jail where he was booked for DUI and driving on a suspended license.

Earlier in the evening, Wright played 22 minutes in the Heat's victory over the Los Angeles Clippers -- but he only scored one point in the game.

According to the New York Post, Woods has been using Fleischer in strategy sessions in Tiger's Florida home -- with one meeting taking place earlier this week.

In a lawsuit filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Herb Simon and his Thai supermodel wife, Bui, are accused of firing Claudia Leite after she told her bosses she became pregnant last month.

In the suit, Leite claims the family "feared" that she would want to take a "brief or limited medical leave of absence" around the time the baby was due -- and according to Leite, that wasn't gonna cut it.

But the nanny isn't going after the Simons alone. The family's former driver is also suing the couple, claiming they kicked him to the curb when the guy became "disabled with severe infections."

Both the nanny and the driver claim the Simons also cheated them out of several paychecks -- they're both asking for an unspecified amount of cash.

We called, but we were unable to reach Simon's rep for comment.

Vince died back in 1970 but Nike wanted to license the words and audio of an unidentified speech that the late Green Bay Packers coach once made for a new ad campaign. Nike claims they struck a deal with Lombardi's 2 kids -- Vince Jr. and Susan -- and even paid them $150,000 up front to expedite things.

But in a lawsuit filed in Oregon, Nike claims after they wrote the check they discovered that no audio of the speech actually exists ... and accuse the Lombardis of concealing that fact during negotiations. Now, Nike wants their money back.

The best part of the lawsuit: Nike seems to acknowledge that their guy who worked on the deal with the Lombardis was "running out the door on a personal trip" and signed the contract without paying proper attention to some last minute revisions -- one of which made the $150,000 advance "nonrefundable."

Ben Roethlisberger told police that he never had sex with his accuser, but admitted she bumped her head after the two made "contact" in the bathroom -- this according to a new report.

KDKA in Pittsburgh claims they spoke with insiders who claim Ben told Milledgeville police that the woman "slipped and fell" after an incident in the bathroom at the Capital City nightclub.

Colon's agent told the Associated Press that Colon had "no knowledge of the incident" until he was questioned by cops on his way out of the Capital City nightclub on March 5th.

The agent claims Colon was busy on the dance floor and not anywhere close to Big Ben during the time the alleged assault was going down in a club bathroom.

Ben Roethlisberger was partying with two off duty police officers in his entourage on the night he allegedly sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman, this according to a lawyer for one of the cops.

According to the lawyer, Officer Anthony J. Barravecchio and Pennsylvania State Trooper Ed Joyner are both personal friends with Big Ben and were with him during his birthday celebration in Milledgeville.

The lawyer, Michael F. Santicola, claims both cops were "completely sober" during the fateful night and are "cooperating" with the investigation ... even though neither man has been contacted by police.

As we previously reported, Roethlisberger had been club-hopping with several pals, including his accuser, before he allegedly assaulted her in a bathroom at Capital City nightclub.

Oregon Ducks starting quarterback Jeremiah Masoli -- one of the top college players in the country in 2009 -- has been charged with one count of burglary for allegedly jacking several items from a campus frat house.

Masoli and wide receiver Garrett Embry reportedly stole a computer, a digital projector and a guitar out of the SAE frathouse in Eugene, Oregon back in January. Embry has since been "dismissed" from the team.

According to the owner of the club, the footage was shot on the night of the alleged incident.

Sources close to the investigation tell us there were multiple cameras in several locations around the club -- and we're told Roethlisberger can be identified in some of the footage.

When we asked the owner if the alleged incident was caught by the cameras -- the owner declined to comment.

Ben Roethlisberger's accuser may have dropped out of school, but her sorority is closing ranks. TMZ has learned the group's leaders issued sorority-wide marching orders ... including a mass Facebook takedown.

Sources at Georgia College & State University -- where the accuser was enrolled before the alleged incident -- tell us the accuser's sorority sisters have been ordered to take down each of their Facebook and Twitter accounts and refrain from wearing any clothing with the sorority letters until further notice.

We're told three members of the sorority's national office visited the campus sorority house to check in on the situation and may return later this week.

Attorneys for the woman alleging Ben Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her have issued their first statement about the case.

Without giving the alleged victim's name, they tell the Milledgeville Union-Recorder: "She has been, and will be, available to the authorities to assist them in the criminal investigation. While the matter is under investigation, we ask you to respect her privacy, keep her name out of the press and allow the family space and time to heal."

As we previously reported, Roethlisberger's attorney says Ben is "completely innocent of any crime."
