The woman at the center of the situation is Joslyn James -- a former porn star who claims she had an affair with Woods.

James is raising hell over a set of novelty golf balls that each prominently feature a cartoon face of one of Tiger's alleged mistresses (somehow they all fit in one box).

Obviously the balls were intended to be played with. And James -- whose smiling face is featured on one of the balls -- is concerned the product sends the wrong message.

After partying with his teammates last night, Reggie Bush was joined by his GF this afternoon in preparation for Super Bowl Sunday.

As for the Indianapolis Colts' good luck charm -- it's attached to Peyton Manning's right shoulder.

With GF Kim Kardashian nowhere in sight, Bush and some of his Saints teammates partied late on South Beach -- and were photographed leaving the club around 3:30 AM today.

Game on.

The judge in the lawsuit Shawne filed against Tila has set aside the default judgment against Ms. Tequila. You'll recall Shawne sued Tila, claiming she sabotaged a business deal of his by trashing him all over town. Tila didn't file an answer to Shawne's suit so the judge entered a default judgment.

But now the judge has had a change of heart, concluding Tila may not have been given notice a suit was filed ... so the default judgment has been set aside and Tila has until February 16 to answer Shawne's complaint.

Tila Tequila is also suing Shawne Merriman for assault and battery. And, Shawne is one of the few people Tila has not fingered as her baby daddy.

Chris Jericho's jail buddy and fellow WWE star Greg "Hurricane" Helms had a single muscle relaxer -- as in one pill -- on him when he was arrested last week for public intoxication ... this according to the police report.

According to the report, "a search of Helm's purse revealed one white round pill" which cops say was a Soma -- the generic version of the muscle relaxer Carisoprodol and a "schedule four narcotic."

Soma is no stranger to wrestling controversy. Dr. Phil Astin was recently jailed for 10 years after he was busted for prescribing Soma -- among other drugs -- in large quantities to wrestlers Chris Benoit and Michael Durham before they died.

In the report, it says Helms told cops he had a prescription for the pill but was not able to show proof of it at the time. Cops did not press charges against Helms over the single Soma pill.

WWE has yet to get back to us.

According to Pauly D's manager, Reebok is flying the fist pumping DJ to and from Miami so he can attend Super Bowl XLIV at Sun Life Stadium -- where he'll most likely spend his time creeping on tight ends ... except for Dallas Clark and Jeremy Shockey.

We're told Pauly D will also be decked out in complimentary Reebok gear ... which means he'll have to leave his "I Heart Jewish Girls" t-shirt at home.

A witness on scene told us they saw the yacht being loaded with food and supplies.

A yacht is easy to spot. A golfer embroiled in controversy? Not so much.

Jayson Williams is allegedly the victim of a crime -- for a change -- after a report says his home was broken into and a slew of sports memorabilia, electronics and jewelry were stolen.

Among the items allegedly stolen from Williams' South Carolina home, says the NY Post, were were a pair of Tiger Woods' shoes autographed by Woods himself, shorts signed by basketball legend Wilt Chamberlain, and a handwritten lyric sheet by rapper Tupac Shakur.

It's unclear when exactly the alleged incident occurred, thoughthe Beaufort County Sheriff's Office did confirm to the paper they were investigating a burglary at the home.

In a statement, the network said, "After reviewing the ad -- which is entirely commercial in nature -- our Standards and Practices department decided not to accept this particular spot." They added that it "is not within the Network's Broadcast Standards for Super Bowl Sunday."

The photo was taken around 1:50 AM in Kentucky -- right before Rey was arrested for DUI and careless driving.

According to the police report, Rey told cops he had "about six Captain and Coke drinks" earlier in the night. The report also states that Rey blew a .157 on the breathalyzer -- nearly twice the legal limit.

More trouble for the Cincinnati Bengals -- last night star linebacker Rey Maualuga was arrested for DUI.

The 23-year-old former USC star was pulled over around 1:44 AM in Kentucky and charged with drunken driving and careless driving.

A police spokesperson claims Maualuga hit a parking meter and two parked cars while driving a 2003 Pontiac.

Maualuga was scheduled to appear at a video arraignment later this morning.

UPDATE: Rey pled not guilty and has been released from jail. He's due back in court February 25.

UPDATE #2: According to the police report, Rey blew a .157 -- almost double the legal limit.

Rey told police he had been drinking "about six Captain and Coke drinks."

The woman, Ashley Storer, tells TMZ the whole thing went down after her group finished boozing at a local Kentucky bar and crammed into the back of a taxi cab.

Storer claims she somehow got stuck sitting in between Jericho and Helms -- who began play fighting when things "escalated because we were drunk."

Storer claims that's when she took an elbow to the cheek -- and the cab driver pulled over at a nearby gas station. Helms and Jericho were ultimately arrested for being drunk in public -- Storer claims Matt Hardy was completely sober.

Storer also tells us cops blew the situation out of proportion -- but admits she may have exacerbated the situation because, "I was crying and drunk and tired from being out all night and I just wanted to leave."

TMZ has found photos of Erica Rhodes from her stint as a dancer for the Dallas Desperados -- which were taken back in '06 and '07 when the AFL still existed.

As long as Erica keeps wearing leather ... we'll be rooting for her.
