Washington Wizard Slammed with Gun Charges
Washington Wizards player Javaris Crittenton has been hit with gun charges after the locker room firearms standoff with Gilbert Arenas.
Crittenton has been charged with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a firearm, and one misdemeanor count of attempt to carry a pistol without a license ... this according to the Washington Post.
As we first reported, sources say Crittenton threw the gun he pulled into a laundry bin after the incident and someone wheeled it out before anyone knew what went down.
Cops searched Crittenton's home but, we're told, they did not find a weapon.
Arenas pled guilty earlier this month to one felony count of carrying a pistol without a license, and is due to be sentenced in March.
UPDATE: Crittenton's lawyer says there is a plea deal in place, telling TMZ, "With today's misdemeanor plea to possession of an unregistered firearm, [Crittenton] accepts responsibility for his conduct."

Khloe Kardashian has something in common with Monica Lewinsky -- they both roam the White House.

We're told the ladies are not expected to meet President Obama yet -- that moment will come later today during a special ceremony honoring the team's 2009 NBA championship.
And Khloe might not be the only Kardashian to get some face time with Obama this year -- if the New Orleans Saints win the Super Bowl, Kim's ass could wind up on Pennsylvania Avenue too ... courtesy of Reggie Bush!

Blaze says the plan is to get the reality star/recovering addict in the big leagues ... starting with a contract with TNA -- Total Nonstop Action Wrestling -- on Spike TV.

Lawyer for Matt Kemp's Ex -- Abuse Was Real
The ex-girlfriend of Matt Kemp -- the L.A. Dodger who is currently dating R&B star Rihanna -- is lashing out at Kemp's people, claiming they are lying about a relationship that was abusive and threatening.
David D. Diamond, Felisha Terrell's attorney, tells TMZ he's pissed off that Kemp's agent is now saying Terrell lied in her 2008 restraining order application against Kemp.
Terrell claimed Kemp was verbally abusive and threatening, but both sides ultimately agreed to drop the matter.
When news of the restraining surfaced earlier this week, Kemp's agent told one outlet, "She chose to file a complaint and shortly thereafter, on her own accord, decided to drop it based on the fact that the statements made within were false."
Diamond says his client never lied: "The temporary restraining order was granted because of an actual and real threat. The matter was quietly resolved until Mr. Kemp's agent began making false public statements."
Diamond adds, "...my hope is that Ms. Terrell tells her story, because it is a compelling tale of betrayal, abuse and survival."
Calls to Kemp's agent were not returned.

Mariano Rivera -- Pitchers Go Topless Too
He may not have a hot blonde at his side like A-Rod, but fellow Yankee Mariano Rivera isn't letting that stop him from showing off his smooth and luscious man-nips while on vacation in his native Panama.

Jets vs. Colts -- The Loser Will Help in Haiti
The New York Jets and the Indianapolis Colts are both on the hot seat for selling AFC Championship clothing BEFORE this weekend's AFC Championship game -- but there's good news ... the losing team's gear will go directly to the people of Haiti.
The shirts became available earlier this week on each team's website -- both teams took serious heat for jinxing themselves by producing the gear.
But there is a silver lining -- TMZ spoke to a rep from the NFL Consumer Products Department who told us, "The shirts will be donated to World Vision and sent to Haiti."
Hope the Haitians like the Colts ...

Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson -- Smashed Up
Former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson was involved in a two-car accident this week -- involving another one of his ridiculously awesome vehicles.
TMZ has learned Rampage was driving a new black Audi R8 -- valued at more than $100k -- home from the Audi dealership in Orange County, California on Tuesday when he was hit by a woman driving a very not expensive black car.
We're told Rampage was not injured in the wreck, but the back end of his badass ride suffered some pretty extensive -- and expensive -- damage.
Rampage tells TMZ police arrived on scene and cleared him of all wrongdoing. The UFC fighter added, "I am thankful and happy no one was hurt. I tried to make sure the elderly woman that hit my car was OK ... she didn't speak much English, but I could see she wasn't hurt in any way."
As for his own condition, Rampage said, "I am fine, the little old lady is fine, but my car got hurt, and for that I'm sad."

Driver Sues NASCAR -- I'm No KKK Poster Boy
NASCAR is at the center of a heated race issue -- after a driver claims he was banned from a Drive for Diversity event for looking too damn white.
In fact, the driver claims NASCAR officials labeled him "the poster boy for the Ku Klux Klan" ... even though he's part Puerto Rican.
According to a federal lawsuit filed by Michael Rodriguez, dude claims his impressive resume got him accepted into the elite D for D program back in 2005 -- a program designed to "provide opportunities for female and minority drivers."
But in the docs, filed in Pennsylvania, Rodriguez claims when he actually showed up to the combine -- people made him feel "unwelcome" because he happens to have fair skin and light blue eyes.
During the combine, Rodriguez claims he suffered a head injury 20 minutes before his first race -- and although he was cleared by doctors, he suspiciously wasn't allowed to drive ... and shortly after he was banned from the track, the driver claims he heard race officials comparing him to members of the KKK.
We called NASCAR for comment ... we're supposed to get a statement soon.
Jets QB's Dad Will Not be Deployed to Haiti
NY Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez might have to get an extra ticket to the AFC Championship game this weekend -- TMZ has learned his fire captain father will not be deployed to Haiti to aid in relief efforts.
Mark's father, Nick, runs a fire department in Irvine, California that happens to be one of 28 urban search and rescue teams in the U.S -- and last week the guys were told to prepare in case their services were needed in Haiti.
TMZ has learned an 80 member group composed of rescue personnel from Orange County was mobilized and sent to March Air Force Base over the weekend -- but Nick was not selected to travel with that group.
Eventually, the 80-member task force was demobilized before they were shipped out to Haiti.
Now, Nick claims he's going to Indianapolis to watch his son attack the Colts -- but reminded us that his fire team is always preparing for "the opportunity to use our expertise."
