Wife Told Cops Tiger Boozed on Crash Day
The Florida Highway Patrol wanted to get a blood test from Tiger Woods after the crash, because a witness told them Tiger was boozing earlier in the day -- this according to new documents obtained by TMZ.
FHP had requested Tiger's blood sample, after a witness -- we're told his wife -- "stated that the driver had consumed alcohol earlier in the day and the same witness removed the driver from the vehicle after the collision."
The document continues, "The same witness stated that the driver was prescribed medication (Ambien and Vicatin [sic]}."
As we first reported, it was Elin Nordegren who pulled Tiger from the crash and told cops he had taken medicine (but she didn't know when) and even brought the pill bottles to the EMTs.
The document concludes, "Impairment of the driver is also suspected due to the careless driving that resulted in the traffic crash."
Ultimately, the FHP's request for the blood sample was denied, on grounds of insufficient evidence to issue a subpoena.
The FHP has determined alcohol was not a factor.

Tiger's Mother-in-Law Has Landed
TMZ has learned Tiger Woods' mother-in-law -- a prominent Swedish politician named Barbro Holmberg -- wasn't at Tiger's house during the Thanksgiving incident ... in fact, she just arrived in the States last Friday.
One of Tiger's neighbors told the Florida Highway Patrol both Elin's mom and Tiger's mom were at the crash scene. But we just spoke to Barbro's press secretary -- Eva Malmborg -- who confirms Barbro wasn't in the U.S. when it all hit the fan more than a week ago. A U.S. law enforcement source says she landed last Friday.
We're assuming she'll be doing a little comforting.

Tiger Allegedly Pursued Woman After Car Crash
Tiger Woods pursued Rachel Uchitel after his car crash ... telling her he wanted to be with her -- this according to sources.
We're told in the days following the post-Thanksgiving crash, Tiger Woods repeatedly texted Rachel, telling her he wanted to figure out a way to see her. Mind you ... this is after the National Enquirer ran the story that Tiger and Rachel had an affair.
It's especially shocking, given what we have already reported -- that the night of the crash Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, saw her husband texting Rachel, confronted him, took the phone away and even called Rachel.
Rachel allegedly had an affair with Tiger for two months -- an affair she has told people was "intense" and a "real relationship."
She also told people Tiger had pursued her for 4 months prior to the time they got involved and was very "possessive" and "jealous."
And, one of Rachel's friends says Tiger told her that he loved her.

Nightclub Sued for Letting NFL Superstar Inside
NFL star Larry Johnson should never have been allowed into a Kansas City nightclub, in which he allegedly spat on and threatened to kill a woman last year, this according to a new lawsuit.
Johnson, a former KC Chiefs running back, has already been sued over the alleged incident -- but now, Ashley Stewart is going after Blonde Nightclub too claiming a caller gave them fair warning that Johnson was in the mood to cause trouble earlier that night.
TMZ spoke with Stewart's attorney, who tells us, "The caller warned the club that Larry would be on his way, and that he had been drinking, and causing trouble ... yet they failed to stop him from entering the club."
In the suit, filed Wednesday in Jackson County, Missouri, Stewart claims Blonde failed to ensure her health, safety and well-being and failed to provide a "reasonably safe environment."
Stewart is suing for an unspecified amount -- but enough to "punish" the nightclub.
The alleged altercation was one of several controversial incidents involving Johnson while he was still a Chief -- LJ has since been shipped out and is now Cincinnati's problem.
