Sources tell TMZ Rachel Uchitel did not make any financial deal with Tiger Woods -- and there are two reasons she torpedoed her scheduled news conference yesterday: fear and secrets.

Sources say in the wee hours of the morning yesterday, after many phone calls back and forth between Rachel, Tiger and their reps, Rachel decided not to come out fighting at a news conference. She walked away without taking a cent from Tiger Woods. One very connected source said, "This was absolutely not about money."

Sources say Rachel became "scared for her safety" because she knows so much about Tiger, his alleged affairs and a variety of other Woods matters. We're told Tiger confided in Rachel ... she knows specifics about "other women," as well as information about Tiger's marriage.

The sources were quick to point out, Rachel does not fear Tiger, as much as she fears all the other people caught in what is becoming a very large net.

Rachel, we're told, just wants to disappear for a while.

His Royal Airness hit Mr. Chow in Miami Beach yesterday, where the legendary lady-killer charmed one of Miami's finest on his way out of dinner.

Jordan had previously identified himself as Tiger Woods' mentor. Wonder what kind of advice he has for the golfer now?

TMZ has obtained the flight itinerary along with emails between Rachel and Bryon Bell -- detailing how Bryon organized a trip for Rachel to fly last month from New York to L.A. to Australia to Dubai and back to L.A.

In the emails, Bryon wrote, "Here are the details for all the flights. Sorry for all the changes. I look forward to meeting you tomorrow. Bryon." Rachel sent an email to someone afterward, forwarding the itinerary and saying, "My schedule so u have it in case the plane goes down."

As we first reported, Bryon Bell, President of Tiger Woods Design, purchased the plane ticket for Rachel and flew with her to Australia, where Tiger was playing the Australian Masters. He also paid for Rachel's room at the Crown Towers Hotel in Melbourne -- the same place Tiger was staying.

Sources say Bryon Bell, a childhood friend and President of Tiger Woods Design, bought a plane ticket for Rachel Uchitel to go to Australia in mid-November to secretly spend time with Tiger.

The ticket was purchased by Bell using a credit card. He also booked a room for Uchitel at the Crown Towers Hotel in Melbourne.

The trip coincided with the Australian Masters -- which Tiger won.

We've learned Bell actually flew with Uchitel to Melbourne and both had rooms at the hotel.

San Diego Chargers star Antonio Cromartie will not face any criminal charges over an incident in which he was accused of hitting a club-goer with a champagne bottle.

Cromartie -- a Pro Bowl defensive back -- was suspected of assault with a deadly weapon after witnesses inside the San Diego club claim they saw Cromartie hit a man on the head with a bottle during a champagne-poppin' celebration last month.

But today, a San Diego police spokesperson announced there was not enough evidence to prove Cromartie actually committed a crime.

So now the case is closed -- and so is the wound on the victim's head.

Gloria Allred has never canceled a news conference in her career ... so why was today's camera op scuttled? Sources tell us Rachel Uchitel and Tiger Woods have been communicating ... as recently as late last night.

Sources say Rachel was in touch with Tiger and his reps before Friday's car accident and last night for approximately a half hour.

There are reports of some sort of deal between Rachel and Tiger -- i.e. money for silence. We have no knowledge one way or the other. As of last night we do know no financial overture had been made.

But we do know Rachel, Tiger and his reps knew full well her original plan was to lie and deny the sexual relationship.

Tiger Woods' alleged mistress claims she was lying when she said she did not have an affair with Tiger Woods ... and sources tell TMZ the fight at Tiger's home the morning of the crash was triggered by a series of text messages between Tiger and the woman.

Rachel Uchitel has publicly denied she had sexual relations with Tiger Woods, but we've learned she has said she did indeed have an affair with the golfer. And, we're told it was her -- not Jaimee Grubbs -- who caused an argument between Tiger and his wife, Elin Nordegren, that immediately preceded Tiger's SUV crash.

Sources say less than an hour before Tiger's accident, Rachel and Tiger were texting each other. Elin confronted Tiger and asked whom he was texting. She grabbed the phone and we're told she called Rachel to confront her. According to sources, Tiger and Elin began arguing and the phone broke in the process.

We're also told there was damage as a result of the altercation in the vestibule area of Tiger Woods' home -- damage that cannot be easily repaired, and that is why Tiger would not let police come in.

Uchitel's lawyer, Gloria Allred, will hold a news conference today at 11:30 AM PT with Uchitel present.

The neighbor, Jarius Lavar Adams, was interviewed by FHP in the wake of the crash, and described everything he saw when he approached the crash scene -- including Tiger's injuries.

On the tape, Adams describes "the lacerations that were on his lip." When a trooper asks if there was "a lot of blood?" Adams replies, "Not a lot, not a lot."

Adams also claimed he didn't smell booze or any kind of drug on Woods when he approached him.

A trooper asks, "Did you get close enough that you would think you would have smelled it if he had been drinking?" Adams responds, "Definitely. Yes. Yes."

During the interview, Adams also claims both Tiger Woods' mother and the mother of his wife, Elin Nordegren, were both at the crash scene.

We have confirmed from our sources that Tiger's mom was definitely there.

TMZ has obtained a contract sent to Tiger by the people over at AshleyMadison.com -- a website for people who want to secretly cheat on their spouses -- offering him $5 million to provide services in connection with the "advertisement, endorsement, sale and promotion" of the website.

The site's honchos never call Tiger out for cheating ... they just think Tiger and his self-proclaimed "personal sins" are a perfect match for their cheeky agenda.

Now for Round Two: The porn company Vivid Entertainement is offering up their own $1 million purse ... to "any woman who has proof she was a paramour of Tiger Woods and will sign a contract with the studio."

Sounds like a raw deal.

We're told Kalika Moquin met Tiger in 2006 at Light Nightclub in Las Vegas -- and although she hung out with him all night, she had no clue she was out clubbin' with one of the richest, most recognizable athletes on the planet.

Our sources say one of Kalika's friends tipped her off to the obvious ... and she eventually started hooking up with Tiger.

Kalika is now a PR manager for a number of hotspots in Vegas ... where Tiger is quite fond of the club scene.

Manny Pacquiao's trainer is being sued for something that's only legal in the ring -- assault, battery and infliction of emotional distress.

According to a lawsuit just filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Freddie Roach became enraged at Wildcard Gym Boxing Club in L.A., after coming face-to-face with Alex Vidal -- a boxing writer who penned a story titled, "Sick Roach Misses Conception's Last Workout."

Roach -- who suffers from Parkinson's disease -- allegedly challenged Vidal, claiming "he was not sick and that he only went to a clinic." Vidal says he apologized and said he was merely quoting a statement from boxer Bernabe Conception's manager.

Roach was unmoved, allegedly went on a tirade, pushing him "roughly" in the left shoulder, and yelled, "The next time you write about it, I will kill you."

Seems pretty tame in the boxing world, but Vidal is suing for all sorts of unspecified damages.

Orange County Utilities Department in Florida tells TMZ Tiger will be billed for the following:

-- $84 for pickup of smashed hydrant
-- $447 to replace/repair/paint new hydrant
-- an undetermined amount to replace the sod

The sod can't be that expensive, because a city official told TMZ the total repair cost should be around $600.

So good news for Tiger ... cops initially thought the property damage would be more than $3,000.

What will he do with all the money he saved?

According to docs, Tiger paid his careless driving fine yesterday ... the same day the citation was issued by the Florida Highway Patrol.

The last ticket Tiger got in Florida was way back in 2001, for unlawful speed in a construction zone.

A law enforcement official tells TMZ Tiger Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, used a wedge to blast out the two windows on his SUV.

There are several types of wedges. We don't know which one Elin chose ... but Tiger typically only carries a lob wedge and a sand wedge.

For all you non-golfers, a wedge is used for short shots -- usually around the green. It's angled with a high loft.

Golfers use wedges to get out of tight spots and unplayable lies. Oh the iron-y.

A diagram in the official police report shows Tiger was driving so erratically, he drove over bushes and into some hedges before hitting the hydrant and ultimately the tree.

According to the police report, it'll cost $3,000 to repair the hydrant and $200 for the tree and sod.

The report also states that it took 30 minutes for officers to arrive to the scene from the time of the crash.

The report shows that Tiger -- who wasn't wearing his seat belt at the time -- caused $8,000 worth of damage to his Cadillac Escalade -- check out the photos taken by the cops.

The glass covers the backseats and floor. Quite the swing, don't you think?
