A-Rod's driver was this close to getting a ticket for blocking traffic in front of Serafina, but once the cop was told whose car it was -- and saw the group of teenagers standing by to get their hero's autograph -- the ticket book quietly disappeared.

Tonight, we'll see if A-Rod can make the Angels vanish just as easily.

At the time, the Angels were beating the Yankees 4-0 ... but after this guy did his thing, the Halos gave up 6 quick runs. Eventually, the Angels rallied back and won.

In the document -- filed on August 20 in Connecticut -- Brooke claims while at a hotel back in July, Steve "bought me a strong drink and then cornered me ... trying to persuade me to come to his hotel suite to spend the night."

Brooke claims Steve called her hotel room until she agreed to see him, then "after the night he continued to text me on a regular basis with inappropriate things." Brooke says she "tried to get him to stop" but again agreed to meet up with him "a few times after work in the parking lot."

That line is extra interesting, because in the note Brooke left for Steve's wife the day before, she wrote, "I'm not just some random girl he had sex with in parking lots."

Brooke also claims Steve tried to ruin her career after word got out that they were sleeping together -- calling her a "slut" and saying he would get her fired if she spilled the beans to his wife.

Hundley withdrew the complaint September 15 -- that same day, she posted this on her Facebook page: "I've seen evil and he wears khaki pants and bright blue polos. Out of court, and back to basketball."

We asked a team rep if the Kardashian Klan's presence at Tuesday night's season opener is going to set off a firestorm of Laker loses, and here's what we got:

Erin Andrews' alleged stalker will appear in court in Los Angeles next week for a bail hearing, sources tell TMZ ... and we've learned why L.A. is so critical to the case.

The emotional impact of stalking and illegally videotaping someone is an important part of these cases. The ESPN reporter's lawyer, Marshall Grossman, tells TMZ Erin was in L.A. when she first learned someone had videotaped her while she was naked in several hotel rooms.

Grossman says she had "an emotional meltdown" in L.A. and that is the basis for making L.A. the place where Michael Barrett will appear.

The hearing is set for October 30. Of course, we'll be there.

According to police, Marni Phillips returned to her Connecticut home on August 19 and discovered Brooke Hundley -- an ESPN production assistant who worked with her husband -- dropping off a letter in which she confessed to having an affair with Steve.

In the call, Marni tells the dispatcher "I have a crazy woman who is involved with my husband and she's come to my house to harm me and my children."

Marni later told police that Brooke freaked out when she saw Marni, and "got in her car, put it in reverse and smashed the rear end of her vehicle into the stone column ... cut across our grass, avoiding the driveway completely, driving erratically over rocks and mulch beds to maneuver her vehicle down our hill."

Obviously, Khloe has a pretty good reason to ride the purple and gold bandwagon -- but does the rest of the fam really care about the team ... or just getting their faces on TV??

Sure there are tons of celebs at every Lakers game -- including Staples staple Jack Nicholson -- but is it a travesty for the ever kamera-lovin' Kardashians to try and steal the spotlight on the very night the Lakers get their championship rings?

Reggie Miller claims the guy who hired a plane to fly down the L.A. coast with a sign that read "Reggie Miller Stop Pursuing Married Women" is now threatening violence against him -- so Miller just filed for a restraining order against him.

In the papers, Miller claims Alex Von Furstenberg -- who hired the plane in August because Reggie was busted texting back and forth with Alex's fiancee Ali Kay -- confronted him on October 17 at a cafe in Malibu.

Miller claims Alex pulled up beside his car and demanded they "meet" -- then after Miller tried to get away Alex screamed he was going to "beat [Miller] down" and "take him down."

Miller also claims Alex followed him down the Pacific Coast Highway and tried to cut him off several times.

In the request for a restraining order, which was filed yesterday in L.A., Reggie wants Alex to stay 100 yards away from him ... along with his home, vehicle and workplace.

It was inked about an hour ago. Both Khloe and Lamar were together when they put pen to paper.

As we first reported, under the terms of the deal, Lamar keeps the $33 million salary he could make with the Lakers. Lamar will fund the joint account and give Khloe an annual lump sum that remains static throughout the marriage.

And, for good measure, Lamar agreed to pay for the home they plan to buy.

The "Dancing with the Stars" pro -- who just broke up with ex-fiance Maksim Chmerkovskiy -- was all over the baseball player last night during the Steel Panther show at the Key Club.

After Lamar Odom went down with a leg injury during Thursday's game against the Sacramento Kings, we're told Khloe chose to bail on her flight to Las Vegas the next day for Kim's birthday at Tao nightclub ... just so she could help nurse her hubby's boo-boo.

We know Lamar and Khloe have orally agreed, but the deal is not yet inked. It's basically the same structure as we first reported when they began negotiating. Lamar's $33 million -- which he stands to make during his 4-year contract with the Lakers -- is out of bounds for Khloe. But Lamar will fund the joint account, and Khloe can do considerable damage with that.

Again, as we reported, Khloe will get an annual lump sum, which will not go up or down throughout the marriage.

We also know during the negotiations Khloe (with the help of her mom, Kris) got Lamar to agree to buy a nice, expensive house for both of them that will probably cost $5 million minimum.

Sources say the deal should be signed this week.

As for reports that Khloe gets Laker tickets, that was never part of the deal. Besides, she now has someone who can hook her up if she wants.

It all went down at a bar right near the stadium where the Steelers played just a few hours earlier -- cops say they saw a man in the parking lot peeing next to a white SUV. The man turned out to be Steelers back up tight end Matt Spaeth.

When officers approached Spaeth, cops say Steelers kicker Jeff Reed got out of the SUV to defend his teammate and "curled his fists" at the cops. Bad move.

Reed was placed in cuffs and charged with assault and resisting arrest -- as well as disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was released to a family member at the scene.

Wells was forced to own up to the fart, saying, "I'm sorry ... I didn't mean to stink it up."
