Moments after Jones and his entourage were tossed out, prosecutors say a lone gunman opened fire outside the club. Two bouncers and a female club patron were shot.

The guy who allegedly sold the gun that killed Steve McNair -- a man named Adrian J. Gilliam Jr. (left) -- has been arrested by ATF agents in Nashville, Tenn.

McNair's mistress, Sahel Kazemi, bought the gun on July 2 -- two days before she murdered Steve and then killed herself.

Prosecutors are expected to announce the charges against Gilliam this afternoon.

UPDATE: Gilliam has been charged with illegally possessing a firearm. A big no-no for the convicted felon.

Gilliam was convicted of murder and attempted armed robbery in 1993.

Everything is back to normal for Mark Cuban -- his biggest problem is once again the floundering Dallas Mavericks bball organization.

A federal judge dismissed an insider trading lawsuit against Cuban this morning, after Cuban was accused of dumping 600,000 shares in an Internet company in 2004 after receiving a dirty tip. Had Cuban kept the shares, he would have lost $750,000.

Former NBA star Antoine Walker isn't afraid to walk into the belly of the beast -- he was arrested at a casino Wednesday night despite a warrant out for his arrest ... over alleged gambling debts.

Walker was popped at a Harrah's Casino in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada and later released on $135,000 bond. He allegedly owes $822,000 in gambling debts and faces three felony counts of writing bad checks.

He's due in Las Vegas Justice Court on Monday.

The Spanish 29-year-old is a giant talent.

Former L.A. Clipper Zach Randolph was arrested for DUI back in April ... only charged with reckless driving ... and just pled no contest to an unsafe lane change.

Zach was arrested for the DUI on April 6 while driving on the 405 in L.A., after cops saw his Rolls Royce weaving in and out of his lane.

Randolph -- who wasn't present in court yesterday -- will be sentenced for the minor infraction on October 13.

His attorney, Blair Berk, may also score Randolph a key to the city by the time this is over.

Andrews, who was at a Dodgers/Mets game when she took a ball to the face, says there's no way Manny could have hit the ball hard enough to hurt her -- and his team in general just plain sucked at fielding.

Walker has been charged with three felonies for allegedly obtaining gambling markers by passing $1 million in bad checks to three Las Vegas casinos: Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood and Red Rock Resort.

Walker has paid back some of the bad markers, but still owes $822,500.
