Boxer Sues: I Was Never Plastered
Antonio Margarito, the former WBA welterweight champ, is suing the California State Athletic Commission, claiming he was unjustly suspended for allegedly hiding plaster in the knuckle pad under his gloves in his fight against "Sugar" Shane Mosley.
On January 24, 2009, Margarito was preparing to fight Mosley -- his trainer was wrapping his hands when a rep from the Athletic Commission decided to inspect his hands, allegedly finding an "illegal material inside the knuckle pad." The knuckle pads were confiscated and his hands were re-wrapped.
Margarito then fought Mosely and got his ass kicked. But the unkindest cut of all -- after the fight, his boxing license was suspended for one year. He feels he's been denied due process and wants his license back.
He's suing to get a court order forcing the Commission to reinstate him, stat.
Usain Bolt: This Little Piggy Went to the Hospital
It's not like Usain Bolt's feet hit the ground when he runs anyway -- but the fastest man on the planet emerged from the hospital yesterday with a pair of bandaged up feet.
Bolt -- who lost control of his BMW yesterday after cops say he was speeding on a wet highway in Jamaica -- has been forced to drop out of a race this weekend due to his minor foot injuries.
The weird part: He injured his feet after the wreck -- when he stepped on thorns while getting out of his smashed ride.

Alex Rodriguez B*tch T*ts?!
Don't blame us for the nickname...
According to a brand new report from the person who broke the original A-Rod steroid story a few months ago, some of A-Rod's Yankees teammates called him "Bitch Tits" in 2005 -- because he allegedly developed man boobies from steroids.
According to Selena Roberts, "Bitch Tits" didn't stop using the 'roids back when he was on the Rangers -- as he stated publicly -- but cheated all the way to NY. Roberts claims in 2005, A-Rod's teammates noticed "he put on 15 pounds in the offseason which included round pectorals, a condition called gynecomastia that can be caused by anabolic steroids." In other words -- dude had bitch tits.
Another fun fact from Roberts' new report: She claims A-Rod was hated at Hooters because he only tipped 15 percent.

Usain Bolt -- who ran the 100m dash in a mind-blowing 9.69 seconds last year -- and a female passenger were taken to a hospital in the Saint Catherine Parish after Bolt lost control of his car while (get this) he was allegedly speeding on a rain-slicked highway.
Officials say Bolt -- who's due to compete in a 150m race in England in a few weeks -- is undergoing tests to see if he'll be healthy enough to compete.

The company is suing for what they're owed, plus attorneys' fees, costs, and interests.
A call to the Mariners was not immediately returned.

NBA's Derek Fisher -- I'm Being Stalked
NBA star Derek Fisher, a point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers, got a judge to issue an order of protection against a woman who's been harassing him and his family for a long time -- and the danger is escalating.
We've learned the woman is a stranger who may have mental issues. She claims to be in an ongoing relationship with him for years. She started showing up at his home, scaring his wife and kids.
She changed her last name to Fisher ... Her first name is Symone.
Derek Fisher is playing tonight in the playoff game against Utah.
Fisher says Symone has been harassing him for years. They have no relationship of any kind. She believes they are either married, or parenting children together -- she's claimed both. She has said she felt God wanted them to be married.
The L.A. County Sheriff's Department -- Major Crimes Unit -- is investigating the matter and recommended that Fisher get a restraining order. The Sheriff filed a declaration with the court, claiming her threats were escalating and a matter of concern.
On her MySpace page, Symone calls herself "The REAL Mrs. Fisher." The court papers include love letters she sent him. "If I give your sexy ass my new # r u going to call me or will u send the po po after me? Meanie." And another: "Yes, I do want to have your babies - the ones you keep showing me. Our beautiful sons. Place them in my womb now."
In Derek's declaration, he says Symone "has repeatedly expressed anger and hostility towards me and my family." He adds, "Given this harassing and stalking behavior, I believe that any sort of further escalation at this point would put me and my family in danger."
According to a declaration from Fisher's security guy, Symone "began sending unsolicited and unwanted packages of compact discs of love songs to Mr. Fisher at the [Lakers] practice facility."
This has been going on for a long time -- We found that Derek applied for a restraining order against Symone back in 2005 but it was dismissed because he didn't follow through in court.
Wrestling Legend's Son Busted for Heroin
The 21-year-old son of wrestling legend Ric Flair was arrested in North Carolina on Sunday after Charlotte police say they found heroin in his car.
Richard Fliehr was booked on felony possession of narcotics along with charges of driving while impaired and driving with a revoked license, WSOC is reporting. Fliehr bonded out of jail on Sunday.
This isn't the first time the Nature Boy's boy has been in trouble with the law -- back in March, he was also arrested for driving while impaired.
Flair's daughter, Ashley, was arrested last year for fighting with Ric and a police officer. Ric didn't press charges, but Ashley was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Clipper Catches Legal Break
Zach Randolph -- the Los Angeles Clipper who was busted for DUI a few weeks back -- has just dodged a bullet, thanks to the magic of his lawyer, Blair Berk.
Randolph has just been charged with one count of misdemeanor reckless driving -- not DUI. And we thought only Lakers caught breaks like that.
Zach was pulled over on April 6 while driving on the 405 in L.A., after CHP officers spotted his Rolls Royce weaving in and out of his lane.
We're told Randolph failed his field test -- but he obviously scored in picking the right lawyer.
UPDATE: Zach, who did not show up for court in L.A. today, just pled not guilty to reckless driving.
His lawyer, Blair Berk, said "The only reason Zach Randolph was not charged with a DUI was that he did not commit a DUI -- no magic, just facts."

NFL Star Accused of Barroom Beatdown ... Again
San Diego Chargers linebacker Shaun Phillips must really be pissed about how the season ended -- he keeps getting into fights ... allegedly.
For the second time in a month, cops responded to a barroom fight involving Phillips. This time, Phillips was accused of punching a security guard in the face at a SD bar early Saturday morning.
Phillips claims he did nothing wrong and surveillance video at the bar will prove his story.
Earlier this month, another bar security guard claimed Phillips choked and punched him. Phillips was not cited or taken into custody for that incident.
Hank Aaron Gets His Bags -- No 'Roids Required
While everyone else was focused on the NFL draft this weekend, we got a living sports legend at JFK -- 75-year-old baseball Hall of Famer -- and the true, steroid free, all-time home run champion of the world -- Hammerin' Hank Aaron.
Just a simple little interaction, but the guy couldn't have been nicer -- unlike some other recently retired all-time home run record holders.
Mark Sanchez First Class Rookie
The New York Jets dropped some serious jack on QB Mark Sanchez hours after picking him fifth in this weekend's NFL draft.
TMZ has learned the Jets spent $13,488 to fly Mark and five other family members first class -- LA to NY Saturday night. Gang Green also picked up the tab for a business class seat and two coach tickets (Mark's nephew and sis-in-law drew the short straws).
Sounds like the Jets are going all out to match the pampering Sanchez got as BMOC at USC.
