DH Smith and Chris Masters were both suspended by the WWE on Friday for violating the league's Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy.

Masters received a 60-day suspension because it was his second violation, while Smith received only 30 days for his first violation. Smith is the nephew of wrestling legend Bret "Hitman" Hart. The WWE wouldn't say what they tested positive for.

Despite her nude pictures being passed around the Internet, teen queen Vanessa Hudgens will back for the third installment of the Disney powerhouse, "High School Musical."

Vanessa is "locked in" for the film, a source tells Us Weekly, and Hudgens will receive a "substantial raise." That's good news when you consider that earlier this month, Vanessa had to shoot down rumors that she was canned.

That raise could come handy -- Vanessa is in the middle of a court battle with her former attorney, who says she owes $150,000. Vanessa countered this week that their deal shouldn't hold up in court, since she was only 16. She's hoping to get the class case dismissed.

Cross-dressing former basketball star Dennis Rodman wants to be a coach in the NBA -- excuse us, make that the WNBA.

L.A. Lakers star Lamar Odom's accident victim is suffering from paralysis of the left leg.

TMZ has obtained these photos of the crash -- just moments after it happened.

Family members of the woman tell TMZ that since the accident, she has not had use of her left leg. They also describe her as being positive and "keeping her chin up" about recovery.

Police are investigating Odom for allegedly running a red light in his Mercedes and T-boning a Geo Prism driven by a 37-year-old woman. Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to extract the woman from the wreckage. We're told Lamar did stay and comfort her until help arrived.

The 6'7", 38-year-old ex-Mr. Vanessa Williams pumped it at an L.A. gas station on Tuesday, but was premature in releasing his hose and made a mess on the side of his ride. Dirty boy.

L.A. Lakers star Lamar Odom was involved in a two car crash in Hawthorne, Calif., yesterday morning which sent one person to the hospital.

Police sources tell TMZ they are investigating Odom for allegedly running a red light in his Mercedes and T-boning a Geo Prism driven by a 37-year-old woman. Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to extract the victim from the wreckage. The victim's family tells TMZ that she is in serious but stable condition with a head injury and injuries to her left leg.

Sources tell us neither alcohol nor drugs were a factor in the accident, adding Odom stayed with the victim and was very concerned about her well being.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Angela Nazario claims she and Fitzgerald had a sexual relationship which resulted in Nazario's pregnancy. She says she is due in January. While Fitzgerald cops to hooking up with Nazario, he is asking that a DNA paternity test be taken after the child is born. Eddie Murphy, is that you?

Nazario is seeking child support from Fitzgerald, which he says he'll provide, if he's determined to be the father. A source close to Nazario says he has asked her to "hide" out in a small Arizona town, and asked her to have an abortion. Fitzgerald also allegedly tried to bribe her with offers of houses and cars, and when she declined, he told her "I don't need this all over the news like Matt Leinart." Oops.

Calls to Fitzgerald's attorney were not immediately returned.

TMZ has learned the home of former baseball player (and ex Mr. Halle Berry) David Justice has been decimated by the wildfire.

Justice's neighbors include several current and former professional athletes, including Chargers star and NFL MVP LaDainian Tomlinson. According to the San Diego Union Tribune, the entire area was evacuated and although Justice's home burned, those of Tomlinson and former San Diego Padres player Phil Nevin did not.

Since the stadium is northeast of downtown and out of harm's way, it is being used as an evacuation center. Four years ago this week, the team was in the same exact situation and ended up playing a "home" game in Arizona. That could be problematic this week, since the Arizona Cardinals are off this week, and the stadium is scheduled to host a motorcycle show Friday through Sunday afternoon.

The Chargers are scheduled to host the Houston Texans on Sunday afternoon, and the NFL has not yet decided what to do.

Financial woes continue for dogfighting QB Michael Vick, who now has his Georgia home on the market. In the doghouse! Ruff!

TMZ has learned that Vick is selling his mansion in Duluth for $4.5 million. The listing says the home features 7 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and is waterfront property on set on 1.5 acres. Dogfights, anybody?

The estimated monthly payment for the house is $23,206, costly for Vick -- who stands to lose millions in Atlanta Falcons bonuses. He is also still suspended from playing, which puts a big bite in his income!

A&M and Tech play this weekend. The "Vick 'Em" slogan is in reference to the A&M slogan "Gig 'em" and the dog being hung in the photo is A&M's mascot. The player doing the hanging is wearing a number seven jersey -- that's Vick's number.
