Dr. Christopher Costa from Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas tells TMZ that since BC's red carpet shocker, women have been hitting him up like crazy -- he's been flooded with calls and DMs from folks wanting to snag that same physique.

Dr. Costa says it’s clear that women are shifting toward a more natural look in 2025, with Bianca serving as the perfect example -- she’s got the curves, but it’s not over-the-top or fake-looking like plastic surgery has long been associated with.

R. Kelly is being hounded for millions of dollars by six victims who claim he isn't paying out an expensive judgment against him.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, six alleged victims say they scored a $10.3 million judgment against Kelly in 2023 ... problem is, they claim he's only paid them a fraction.

Lizette Martinez, Lisa Van Allen, Kelly Rogers, Faith Rogers, Roderick Gartrell and Gem Pratts claim they've received less than $500,000 ... and they say Kelly is still on the hook for more than $9.9 million.

Ashanti has broken her silence on the death of Irv Gotti ... and her heartfelt message made it clear she cared for him deeply ... but it certainly wasn't always great between the duo.

In her IG message Friday night, Ashanti called the late cofounder of Murder Inc. a "musical genius" who had the "ability to push me to be my best."

The music mega-producer -- who worked with big acts like DMX, Ja Rule and Ashanti -- died Wednesday in New York City. It's currently unclear exactly how he died.

A$AP Rocky has at least one secret he does NOT want coming out in his assault trial ... so much so, he tried to stop his pal A$AP Twelvyy from answering a question on the stand!

Prosecutors grilled Twelvyy during Friday's court proceedings, showing him a photo of Rocky's bed with the letters "AWGE" emblazoned on the furniture, and asked what the letters mean -- but before Twelvyy could respond, Rocky yelled out, "Don't say!"

The outburst created some chaos ... Twelvyy would only say, "It means AWGE," which pissed off the prosecutor, who asked the judge to force the witness to be more forthcoming. When Twelvyy kept stonewalling, Rocky's attorney, Joe Tacopina, asked for a sidebar with the judge.

Daymond John is mourning the loss of his childhood friend Irv Gotti, like countless others in the music industry -- and believes his late friend would have had a hearty LOL at 50 Cent's "tribute."

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the legendary Shark as he pumped himself with stem cell therapy at a research center in Costa Rica -- the type of treatment he wishes Irv would've adopted.

Dozens of celebrities sent their condolences in the wake of Irv's death -- including 50 Cent in a half-tribute, half-backhanded fashion ... "smoking on Irv pack" with a "God Bless 'em" that felt somewhat sincere.

Despite Irv and 50's complicated history, Daymond believes Irv would have gotten a kick out of 50's post ... something The Breakfast Club's DJ Envy can understand.

Daymond admits their Queens neighborhoods were rough growing up, but bred tough skin ... not to mention how Irv and his record label infamously beat a federal money-laundering case!!!

Irv's official cause of death hasn't been revealed but Daymond tells us Irv confirmed he suffered a stroke during their final call last month ... and the Murder Inc. exec was missing the vigor he's known him to have throughout their lifelong friendship.

DayJ recalls, Irv and music video pioneer Hype Williams all got their start sitting on the sidelines of the artist side of the music industry ... but went on to make their mark in pop culture.

The good memories include hanging out on Kanye West's "Gold Digger" video shoot with Jamie Foxx, Pharrell ... and the time Irv told a then-unknown Pitbull to ditch the "keep it real" approach to his music.

And wouldn't you know it, Mr. Worldwide went on to become a Diamond-selling artist!!!

Irv was only 54.

TMZ spoke with 3 lawyers -- Tony Buzbee, Lisa Bloom and Tyrone Blackburn -- who responded to Kanye's tirade on X about freeing Diddy from an NYC detention facility.

As you may know, the trio of lawyers have filed a truckload of lawsuits against Diddy on behalf of their clients for alleged rape, sex trafficking and sexual abuse that dates back decades.

Rick Ross just may want to re-route his plans to bring the "BMF" film to movie theaters ... getting the green light may be tricky considering he'd have to ask his No. 1 competition, 50 Cent, for permission!!!

Sources with direct knowledge of the existing contracts tell TMZ Hip Hop that 50 is the sole owner of both the "BMF" stories' TV and film rights -- and nothing is changing!!!

We're also hearing 50's G-Unit film division is already deep in production of Tammy Cowins' life story to continue the next official phase of his BMF franchise.

A$AP Relli was the aggressor in his heated exchange with A$AP Rocky and Relli told Rocky to squeeze the trigger on the fake gun he was holding ... at least according to A$AP Twelvyy.

Twelvyy took the stand Friday in the criminal assault trial for Rocky, whose defense team is finally presenting its case.

Rocky's attorney, Joe Tacopina, claims the gun Rocky used to shoot at Relli was a starter pistol firing blanks ...  and Twelvyy says Relli knew it wasn't a deadly weapon.

The Big Game is in the Big Easy and Cardi B is teaming up with a famous booze brand to make history ... in the form of a 350-gallon daiquiri the world has never seen.

Fat Tuesday and Cardi B's Whipshots are getting the party started in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX with the world's biggest daiquiri ... a monstrosity of a cocktail that was six months in the making.

A marvel of engineering, the 350-gallon cocktail lives within a 22-foot tall container made from solid steel. The drink features a Fat Tuesday frozen mix and it's topped off with Whipshots, Cardi's vodka-infused whipped cream.

Jeff Beacher -- the showman behind the famed Beacher's Madhouse -- is the guy pulling all the strings here ... we're told he invested over $250,000 to pull this off, with six months of engineering needed to bring this idea to life.

The massive drink was poured Friday morning at Beacher's Madhouse ... but it's too big for revelers to consume. Instead, it's serving as a prop for photo ops.

Fat Tuesday will be serving smaller versions of the world's largest daiquiri all night at its pre-Super Bowl party ... 18-oz yards filled with strawberry margarita made from Don Julio 1942 tequila.

The drinks are called the Royal Rita, in honor of Cardi.
