Prosecutors in Diddy's case are revealing the names of the 3 alleged victims in his federal indictment, but only for Diddy's attorneys to see ... for now.

According to a motion filed by Diddy on March 6, the disgraced music mogul requested the names of the three anonymous accusers and witnesses listed in the government's letter outlining the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations case against him.

The judge reviewed Diddy's motion and ordered the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York to hand over the names to Diddy's defense by March 10.

Kim Kardashian kept it sweet with some ice cream after a wild day when TMZ dished she was seriously considering taking Kanye West to court to strip him of custody of their kids.

The SKIMS mogul looked every bit the glamorous star during her indulgent pit stop at Handel's Homemade Ice Cream in Calabasas, California ... stepping out with her good pal Natalie Halcro on Monday evening.

Machine Gun Kelly has turned his sorrow over the death of close pal Luke "The Dingo" Trembath into a song ... with the release of a heartfelt tribute, titled "your name forever."

The music video is shot by MGK's longtime director Sam Cahill and uses splices of scenes from Dingo's funeral, in addition to a rooftop performance of the track.

On the song, MGK admits he went too far during their last argument, and notes Dingo left his coat at his house ... a reminder he'll never return to pick it up.

Drake's trying to have his cake and eat it too ... according to his music label UMG, which says his whole lawsuit over "Not Like Us" is really just sour grapes because Kendrick Lamar buried him in their rap beef.

Universal Music Group filed docs Monday in federal court, calling out Drake for his part in the diss track battle that surrounded the release of "Not Like Us." According to the label, "Drake encouraged the feud. For example, when he felt that Lamar was taking too long to respond, Drake released a second recording in which he goaded Lamar to continue the public rap battle."

Remember, Drake is suing his label for releasing the track, claiming it did so knowing its "certified pedophile" line was false and defamatory.

Kanye West has just released a new song apparently featuring Diddy, Diddy's son, Christian "King" Combs and Ye's daughter North ... this after Kim Kardashian tried to get a judge to stop him.

The rapper just dropped the track on his X account minutes ago ... saying the song's titled "LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE" -- before saying the producer who is currently in prison is featured on it.

'LONELY ROADS' kicks off with a voice that certainly sounds like Diddy's ... telling Ye he appreciates him taking care of his kids and reaching out -- 'cause no one else has in recent months.

A Boogie Wit da Hoodie walked away uninjured after a car accident Sunday ...  and, it's something of a miracle because video shows the car was completely totaled.

TMZ has obtained several videos from the accident's aftermath ... capturing a white sportscar smashed to bits. The hood if off to the side of the car, revealing it's frame beneath.

The top has seemingly been removed during the accident as well. The car was eventually put on the back of a tow truck and driven away.

A$AP Rocky took his headlining set to new heights -- literally -- by performing from a helicopter hovering above the music venue.

The rapper stunned the massive crowd as he arrived in dramatic fashion to Rolling Loud Los Angeles on Saturday night. He was perched on a chopper as it was suspended high above the festival grounds at Hollywood Park.

A$AP performed his unreleased song, "Stole Ya Flow" from his upcoming album, "Don't Be Dumb."

Ray J and Princess Love got into a heated fight ... and we're told things were so bad, police got involved and detained Ray in the back of a squad car.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Ray J came home from a tour Thursday afternoon and he and Princess Love started fighting about their pending divorce.

We're told Princess called LAPD, claiming Ray J was being aggressive, yelling, and possibly under the influence.
