Hip Hop music industry legend Kevin Liles is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit ... a woman claims he raped her while he was an exec at Def Jam Recordings.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Liles is being sued by a woman not identified publicly who says she began working for the iconic music imprint in 1999 ... and claims she was quickly subjected to repeated instances of sexual harassment from Liles from 2000 to 2002.

Snoop Dogg is now rich rollin' with Tune.FM after crapping on his billion-streamed Spotify earnings earlier today, but music's top streamer is telling us the D-O-Double-G may want to audit his operation ... they're saying those type of numbers pay very well!!!

A Spotify spokesperson tells TMZ Hip Hop ... "We can’t speak to endorsement deals for Web3 companies but … $45K for a billion streams? It’s well documented that a billion streams on Spotify generates millions of dollars to rights holders. It’s unfortunate to hear that Spotify’s payments didn’t make it through to Snoop."

The spokesperson continues -- "Snoop’s a legend and, hopefully now that he owns Death Row Records, he’s seeing more of that money."

The male sex worker who just sued Diddy for an alleged sexual assault during a "Freak Off" now wants to help federal prosecutors in the criminal case against the disgraced music mogul, TMZ has learned.

The man's attorneys, Eric M. Baum and Adriana Alcalde, tell TMZ ... "Our client is willing to cooperate with federal prosecutors in connection with the Diddy criminal case. It seems like this situation with our client is the pattern known as a 'Freak Off' described by the U.S. Attorney."

According to the lawsuit filed Wednesday by the "John Doe" escort, Diddy contacted the companion service the escort worked for in Florida -- and traveled to NYC to have sex with Diddy and his female companion in a room at the InterContinental Hotel.

Snoop Dogg has 30 million monthly Spotify listeners, but he doesn't GAF ... he wants fans to bump his music on Tune.FM!!!

On Thursday, Snoop was announced as the "face" of Tune.FM as they put down stakes in the Web3 market ... and Tha Doggfather straight-up told up Billboard, “I don’t f*** with Spotify anymore. I’m only on Tune.FM.”

Snoop's newest track "Spaceship Party" kicked off the Tune.FM partnership, the first of many strides to move Snoop's catalog over to Tune.FM.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is being sued yet again ... this time by a man who claims he was hired to engage in a "Freak-Off" of sorts with the disgraced music mogul and a female companion.

The sex worker, identified as a John Doe, also says Diddy threatened to harm him and made a reference to "Pac" -- the rap legend Tupac Shakur, who was fatally shot in Las Vegas in 1996.

John Doe says his nightmare began in 2012 when he met Diddy through a male-companion service he worked for in Florida.

4:47 PM PT -- A rep for Bhabie tells TMZ … she was unaware that any additional verse was created, but when she found out that someone on the production team previewed it without her approval, she addressed the issue.

Bhad Bhabie's rep says she acknowledges only the sample that was used was cleared -- backing up Ye's claims. Bhad Bhabie has always prioritized authenticity in her music, the rep adds.

Kanye West doesn't want to be in the middle of controversy ... this time. The 21-time Grammy winner is adamant he is not willingly involved in Bhad Bhabie's dispute with Alabama Barker, calling it an "A.I. beef" after BB used his voice on a diss track.

Ye's Tuesday night Instagram explanation came shortly after the "Hi Bich" hitmaker posted a clip of an alleged remix of her new "Ms. Whitman" diss track that includes a verse by him. "Ms. Whitman" already samples KW and Ty Dolla Sign’s song "Carnival" ... but without Ye's voice.

Kanye says he originally cleared the sample because he says he clears all sample requests ... reasoning that "so many people try to stop me, they stop clearances."

Diddy says his legal archenemy, attorney Tony Buzbee, has no business filing lawsuits against him in at least one federal court ... and he wants a judge to shut him down now.

Buzbee, of course, has filed dozens of lawsuits on behalf of clients accusing Diddy of sexual assaults and more -- but, in particular, 22 of those cases were filed in federal court for the Southern District of New York ... a district where Buzbee isn't authorized to practice law.

Normally, this is not a big deal -- it happens all the time -- and attorneys, like Buzbee, would just file a pro hac vice, asking a judge for permission to practice in that jurisdiction. However, in new docs, Diddy's team says Buzbee's filed lawsuits before getting a judge to sign off on his pro hac vice ... a major legal no-no.

BigXthaPlug -- one of rap's biggest rising stars -- has been arrested on a marijuana charge in Texas ... TMZ has learned.

BigX was arrested Wednesday morning and was being held at the Arlington City Jail. He's been charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

Arlington PD tells TMZ ... around 12:05 AM local time, BigX was driving with expired tags and got pulled over by cops. The officer reported he could smell marijuana as he approached the vehicle and asked BigX and the passenger -- Cleodist Landum -- to exit the car.

Drake has pulled the plug on his remaining tour dates in Australia and New Zealand due to a scheduling conflict, according to his rep.

The rapper postponed a show in Brisbane on March 4 and one in Sydney on March 7, as well as 2 consecutive concerts in Auckland on March 15 and 16.

Sources close to the tour tell TMZ ... the set for Drake's concerts is massive and it would have been super difficult to haul around all that equipment between those cities, which are far apart, in that space of time.

Kanye West's randomly stumbled onto a responsibility through his latest performance art piece -- producing The Game's new album!!!

Monday night, Ye tweeted that he's quitting X, again ... and opted to unveil his latest composition on Instagram -- a 3-part track named "Tina" featuring himself, Game and Jim Jones.

Game and Ye teased the track last night after recording it ... by sliding into Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles' DM, although it doesn't sound the song has anything to do with her.

11:46 AM PT -- Bhad Bhabie went on Instagram live and teased a possible Kanye collab. She posted a snippet of a song that featured Kanye on it, and fans are speculating there may be a Bhad Bhabie and Kanye remix soon.

Bhad Bhabie just dropped a new diss track -- "MS Whitman" -- targeting her nemesis Alabama Barker and making it abundantly clear -- she ain't playin'!

Bhabie's music video takes a direct shot at AB and her famous family, featuring a Travis Barker lookalike who plays the drums as BB twerks around him in white lingerie.

Lyrically, no one is safe either. At one point, Bhabie raps about the Kardashians while claiming Alabama's "stanky p***y got you kicked out the Kardashian house." In real life, Alabama is close with stepmom Kourtney Kardashian.

Jim Jones is out in Los Angeles hanging with Kanye West and Bianca Censori ... and while he's not prying, he didn't see any signs the two were on shaky ground.

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Capo last night as he revs up promo runs for his new album "At The Church Steps" -- and he tells us he had a great time at Ye's latest shindig.

The Harlem rapper is referring to Sunday's live performance in an L.A. warehouse, where Ye and Bianca created an elaborate vision of a hospital using a bit of cosplay, with some new tunes playing in the background.

Alex, AKA FlyySoulja -- Franky's twin brother and the other half of the Island Boys -- tells TMZ ... the duo has been officially dunzo for a long time after not seeing eye to eye for some time. In fact, Franky officially packed his bags and dipped out of their shared Florida home over a year ago.

Flyy tells us he and his brother were constantly butting heads and having intense arguments. Flyy says his path is drastically different from his brother's, and he doesn't vibe with Franky's lifestyle as of now.

Jeezy is in the market for a new management team after completely losing trust in his old one ... and now he's taking them to court!!! TMZ Hip Hop obtained legal docs filed by the megastar rapper on Monday accusing his longtime manager and his business partner, Solomon Fornie and Eddie Bridgeman, of allegedly getting rich off his hard work.

According to the docs, Jeezy and Fornie's relationship dates back a full 10 years before they formed their company Agency 99 in an effort to manage The Snowman's earnings as a recording artist.

Bridgeman’s company, The SaiSai Group, was brought in to oversee Agency 99’s financial affairs ... but Jeezy claims he later learned Bridgeman was not a licensed CPA.

3:28 PM PT -- Ceasar McDowell, CEO of Unite the People, the nonprofit law firm that reps Tory Lanez, tells TMZ ... "If you know Tory Lanez how I do, good luck trying to get him to 'testify' to anything, it's just not what he does ... and he definitely did not 'agree' to testify now."

McDowell points out Lanez "is not a party" to Megan Thee Stallion's lawsuit against Milagro Cooper, a client of Unite the People ... so UTP isn't obligated to make Tory available for a deposition.

Tory Lanez is about to get visitors in prison, but it won't be the warm and fuzzy kind, because it's Megan Thee Stallion's attorneys who will be knocking at his cell.

Megan's attorney filed docs asking a judge to approve her lawyers taking a deposition from Tory as they investigate a defamation and cyberstalking case. As we reported, Megan is suing blogger Milagro Cooper for an alleged online campaign to spread misinformation about Megan in the wake of Tory's conviction for shooting her.

According to the docs, Tory's down to chat -- under oath, mind you -- with her attorneys, because he's not opposing the motion to depose him. MTS just needs the judge to sign off, and then they'll work out a date.

Tory Lanez was hard at work recording a verse over the phone for his new album when all hell broke loose in the background -- a prison riot broke out!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained footage of Tory laying down vocals over the phone for his upcoming project, right before the melee exploded within arm's length behind him.

You can hear how the California Correctional Institution prison walls are shaping Tory's new song content as he passionately rapped, "$500 on the Zelle will make 'em do gymnastics / Seen that n**** run up to the yard and he got backflipped / Cried in the cell so many nights, I got trapped in."
