Julia Fox sounds pretty damn confident about her relationship with Kanye West ... 'cause she's at least saying she isn't concerned about him trying to get back with Kim Kardashian.

Julia was on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast and opened up about past run-ins with the law, sexual fantasies and of course, Ye.

"I'm sure there's still some residual feelings, and that's normal, it's human," Fox said about any lingering feelings he has about his estranged wife. She boasted, "I also know that he's with me now. And that's all that matters."

When asked if they have labels, Fox replied, "I call him my boyfriend and he calls me his girlfriend." She even had a response for those that doubt their relationship ... "Time will tell, you'll just see,"

Julia was also asked about her preferences when it comes to porn, and she had some specific genres locked and loaded -- “I’m into weirdly, like, partner swapping and then watching, more [foursomes] vibes,” she shared.

On the topic of a future with her BF, Fox says there have been "us" and "we" conversations happening, but a lot of their relationship has been on a whim and last minute.

Eminem is headed to L.A. to perform in the Super Bowl halftime show, but he's not coming empty-handed ... he's bringing grub from his super popular restaurant, Mom's Spaghetti.

The restaurant is killing it in Detroit, and now Los Angelenos and people visiting the City of Angels can sample Em's fare at a pop-up shop in DTLA.

The shop opens Wednesday, Feb 9 and shuts down after game day. For folks who don't want to venture to Downtown L.A., they can order exclusively on Postmates with free delivery for orders over $20. Pickup will also be available from Uncle Paulie's Deli DTLA location.

Eminem opened his 'Mom's Spaghetti' brick-and-mortar restaurant in his hometown back in September. The menu is inspired by the rapper's lyrics in "Lose Yourself" ... Spaghetti with Toasted Garlic Bread, Spaghetti with Beef or Vegan Meatball, and a S'ghetti Sandwich (which is literally a piece of Eminem's childhood).

“It’s not the kind of pasta you’d expect if your grandma came from Italy on a boat … it’s more like the spaghetti you’d know if your mom came from Michigan on a bus,” says Mom’s Spaghetti co-owner Curt Catallo.

Kanye West might have more people in his corner than some anticipated -- including Travis Scott ... and yet ANOTHER Kim K doppelganger.

Ye had a huge get-together Monday night in L.A. with tons of stars coming out for the listening party he held to celebrate his forthcoming album "DONDA 2" -- and the event ended up producing two big stops around town.

First, everyone chowed down at Nobu in Malibu ... with KW walking in wearing a tank top that showed off his toned physique. Not long after that, model Chaney Jones followed him in as well ... and no, you’re not crazy. She's nearly a dead ringer for the rapper’s estranged wife -- from the makeup, down to her outfit.

Anyway, Jones was far from the only person who showed up for Kanye -- like we said, Kylie’s baby daddy also rolled through, standing shoulder to shoulder with Ye on the way out. French Montana was on hand, as was Offset -- and, eventually, they all left for their next destination in West Hollywood.

The gang hit the Sunny Vodka party at the Nice Guy next - which was thrown by Stas Karanikolaou - and that's where the party really got started -- with the likes of Drake, Hailey Bieber and even Kendall Jenner rolling through for the good time. Mr. West’s new Kim clone also went, BTW ... although they were never photographed together at any point.

A couple things we can glean from this -- one, it would seem Kanye’s still got mad love and support from some very famous people in Hollywood ... including a good handful who are very much in the Kardashian inner circle -- this even after recent public and ugly spats with Kim.

Second, and perhaps more importantly, it would appear Ye’s moved on to another woman ... or at the very least, roped another one into his orbit.

There was no sign of Julia Fox anywhere here, and there have been rumors they've gone their separate ways. Not just that, but Kanye was apparently seen hanging with Chaney last week too -- so yeah, seems he’s already on to the next.

Tyga just got some more good news in his domestic violence case ... we've learned he will NOT be hit with any criminal charges, as long as he stays out of trouble.

Tyga's case has been set for a hearing with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, where he'll sit down with prosecutors to talk about how to better handle domestic disputes in the future.

That's the educational part of this ... the other caveat is Tyga's got to keep his close nose clean, legally speaking, for the next year. If he doesn't, prosecutors could end up filing misdemeanor charges in the case -- so, they're still dangling that carrot.

TMZ broke the story ... Tyga was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in October after his ex-girlfriend, Camaryn Swanson, accused him of putting his hands on her when they got in an argument at the rapper's home.

Tyga turned himself in to police and his bail was set at $50k.

The allegations haven't stopped Tyga from spending time with Camaryn -- as we previously reported, the exes are easing back into hanging out again.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have welcomed their second child to the world, and .... it's a boy!!!

Kylie announced the birth of her son Sunday, saying the kid was born on Wednesday -- and indicating the baby's sex by posting a blue heart. The photo she posted to break the news features what appears to be Stormi's hand reaching out and touching her little brother.

KJ also tagged Travis in the post. No word on a name yet -- but we're sure that'll be forthcoming.

As we reported ... the Kylie pregnancy news broke in August after a few weeks of speculation and internet sleuths finding signs almost daily that she was expecting.

Not long after the cat was outta the bag ... Kylie officially announced her pregnancy herself with an emotional video documenting the early stages and featuring Travis, Stormi and Kris Jenner.

Kendall later revealed that her sister broke the big news to her the old-fashioned way ... by calling her up and showing her the sonogram.

What was interesting about Kylie's second pregnancy, is that she was a lot less private about it than her first. She got out of the house a lot more, and wasn't afraid to flaunt her baby bump in public either.

Kylie previously stated she felt pressure to have a second child and give Stormi a younger sibling, so now that she's done it ... the official Kardashian crew kids count is 11. And, Caitlyn Jenner's grandkids tally is up to 20!!!

Kanye West is making shocking claims about Kim Kardashian -- now suggesting she's under the impression he wants to take her life ... this as it appears she's blocked his number.

Ye was at it again Sunday ... posting a fresh round of all-caps IG captions, taking aim at his estranged wife. Only this time -- he's making allegations that are straight-up disturbing ... actually saying Kim thinks he's got a bounty on her head.

His latest post features a screengrab of a text he seems to have sent to someone which reads, "Send me Kim's number." The caption that follows is this -- "YESTERDAY KIM ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING A HIT OUT ON HER." He then continues to describe how he feels, of late, that he's been accused of being on drugs, stealing from the Kardashians and also that he had to "BEG" to attend Chicago's birthday party a few weeks ago.

He adds, "NOW IM BEING ACCUSED OF PUTTING A HIT ON HER THESE IDEAS CAN ACTUALLY GET SOMEONE LOCKED UP THEY PLAY LIKE THAT WITH BLACK MENS LIVES WEATHER ITS GETTING THEM FREE OR GETTING THEM LOCKED UP IM NOT PLAYING ABOUT MY BLACK CHILDREN ANYMORE."

For the record ... there's no indication that Kim has accused Kanye of putting a hit out on her -- not that we can see, anyway.

And yet, there's more ... shortly before throwing out that wild accusation, Kanye posted another all-caps message -- only this one is purported to included exchanges he says he had with one of Kim's cousins.

His caption is pretty long here, but essentially ... he's saying that even members of Kim's own family -- outside of her immediate unit, that is -- are actually reaching out to him in private to agree about his stance on parenting. He also claims that in the same breath, they're kinda gaslighting him and asking for favors too ... like new Yeezys for their kids.

On top of putting Kim's family's business out there, Kanye also seems to be harping on a point he's been making a lot lately -- namely, the fact he feels his late mother ruined his relationship with his father, Ray. The two of them have rekindled in recent years ... which has been well-documented by Ye and co.

Throughout all these posts over the past several days, he's been saying he isn't going to let the same thing happen to him and his own children.

Billie Eilish brought her concert to a full-stop halt over one fan who appeared to be in distress -- and if you're thinking about Astroworld Fest here ... well, so was she.

The singer was performing in Atlanta Saturday, where State Farm Arena seemed to be packed to the gills with fans -- especially down below near where she was performing ... and where one gal apparently started getting crushed in the pit.

Check out this video we got of the moment BE paused everything once she became aware of what was going on ... it seems the lady in question was having trouble breathing, and needed an inhaler.

Luckily, Billie actually had one on hand ... and instructed the stage crew to get it to her ASAP. While the fan was being attended to, Billie settled down the crowd, told them to take a deep breath and step back -- at the same time, noting she wants to take care of her own ... something she's made sure to do in past concerts of hers as well, dating back years.

Then came a shot at what was clearly aimed at Travis Scott, with Billie saying ... "I wait for people to be okay before I keep going." That got huge cheers from the audience.

Of course, she's referencing the fact that Travis' November set continued for several minutes after the event was declared a mass casualty event -- with many suspecting TS was aware of what was going on. He's strongly denied that, claiming ignorance to the severity of things.

What's interesting here is the fact that Billie is replacing Travis at Coachella this year. Although an official announcement has yet to be made, the cat's outta the bag -- he got bumped amid the controversy -- other headliners dropped out too, FWIW -- and BE's one of the new artists who've been tapped in their stead.

Lil Uzi Vert took a plea deal in an assault case involving his ex-girlfriend and fellow rapper SAINt JHN ... and he's avoiding time behind bars.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office tells us Lil Uzi Vert pleaded no contest in court to one count each of felony assault with a firearm and misdemeanor injury to a girlfriend.

We're told he was sentenced to 3 years of formal probation, 1 year of treatment for mental health and substance abuse, 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling, restitution and a 10-year criminal protective order.

Lil Uzi Vert copped the plea deal after prosecutors charged him with 3 felonies -- assault with a firearm, criminal threats and domestic violence -- plus a misdemeanor charge of carrying a loaded firearm.

TMZ broke the story ... Uzi's ex, Brittany Byrd, filed a police report back in July claiming Uzi put a gun to her stomach and then hit her.

Remember ... the alleged incident went down at Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood, where Lil Uzi Vert jumped out of a Cadillac Escalade and confronted JHN, leading to a physical altercation.

At the time, sources connected to Brittany told us she was discussing a business project with SAINt JHN when Uzi rolled up and confronted everyone at their table before getting into it with JHN.

As we reported, the sources said Uzi threw a punch at JHN but missed ... and when Uzi fell down his gun fell out on the ground. We were told that's when Brittany got up from the table and approached Uzi and he allegedly hit her and pushed the firearm into her stomach.

Prosecutors followed through with criminal charges and Lil Uzi copped a plea.

Kanye West has expressed, very publicly, his discontent over his and Kim Kardashian's daughter, North, being on TikTok -- but we're told ... the 8-year-old can't even log on without mom's permission.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... North doesn't have her own TikTok account, nor does she have the app on her own phone any longer. Instead, we're told North can only access TikTok through a joint account on Kim's phone -- and only uses it in her mother's presence.

Not just that ... but our sources say the comments for North and Kim's account are fully disabled. We've even spoken to sources at TikTok who tell us ... North and Kim's account passes the company's terms and conditions for minors.

Now here's why Ye might be in a tiff over this ... according to another source in the know. We know there was, in fact, an incident recently where North did go live on TikTok from her own phone -- but our sources say Kim disciplined her over that and made the changes then.

We're told Kim, Kanye and his cousins even had a discussion over the incident, and they agreed to the new parameters that North is now confined to ... aka, no social media on her phone, and only being able to hop on through her mom's account with her mom there too.

With that said ... our sources say it's confusing to Kim that Kanye is making a big fuss about North's recent video, because she thought everyone was on the same page from before.

As for why an 8-year-old would even have her own phone ... sources close to Kim tell us it's so she can have a direct line to her dad, and vice-versa. Of course, we're told that phone is fully monitored with all the parental blocks you can imagine -- and to reiterate ... there are no social media accounts on it at all.

Kanye West now has someone in his corner over his very public spat with Kim Kardashian over parenting -- and that'd be one Candace Owens ... whose support he appreciates.

Ye took to IG Saturday to thank the conservative political pundit for voicing support over whether Kanye and Kim's daughter, North, should be on TikTok or not -- and in CO's POV, the kid definitely shouldn't ... because she says it's harmful for young girls.

Candace says Kim's wrong on this issue, going on to say ... "It's actually Kanye that is trying to protect his daughter in this regard and Kim is spinning this as 'obsession' and 'control'" ... adding there are other ways for kids to creatively express themselves besides TikTok.

KW was definitely feeling the love, and made sure Candace knew about it ... posting a lengthy caption that expressed just how much it meant to him that she was standing by his side ... while others, apparently, keep their vote of confidence on the DL with Ye.

He writes, "THANK YOU CANDACE FOR BEING THE ONLY NOTEWORTHY PERSON TO SPEAK ON THIS ISSUE THERE'S A LOT OF CELEBRITIES SCARED TO SAY SOMETHING IN PUBLIC BUT THEY'LL TEXT ME IN PRIVATE AND SAY THEIR ON MY SIDE."

Kanye adds, "I WILL NO LONGER PUT MY HAND THROUGH A BLENDER TO HUG MY CHILDREN MY MOTHER TOOK ME TO CHICAGO WHEN I WAS 3 AND TOLD MY DAD IF HE CAME TO CHICAGO HE WOULD NEVER SEE ME AGAIN SO I BOUGHT THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR I DREAM OF A WORLD WHERE DAD’S CAN STILL BE HEROES."

This latest dustup comes after Kim filmed a TikTok with North ... which pissed off Kanye, as he's made it clear he doesn't want his kids on there. Kim accused him of attacking her, and essentially brushed off the TikTok use as NBD ... especially compared to his behavior.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are currently at war in their divorce, with both sides airing out grievances in a very public fashion ... and here are Kim's options to navigate some troubled waters.

The first option -- do nothing. Fact is ... the divorce is on track, and Kim has already asked the judge to restore her single status STAT. That should happen next month, and Kanye's not in a position to stop that.

Once the judge declares them divorced, 2 issues remain -- property distribution and child custody.

As for property -- that one's easy. TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kanye have a prenup, and it essentially keeps their assets separate from one another. There are some joint interests, but it's already being sorted out and we're told there should be no problem sealing the deal when it comes to property.

Child custody is trickier. Kim said she's the primary caregiver, and from what we've seen, that's simply a true statement. There will almost certainly be issues regarding holidays, making decisions about how the kids are raised, conditions under which the kids can be taken out of state, and on and on. Worst case scenario ... a judge may have to lay down rules if Kim and Kanye can't reach an agreement, but our sources think it's likely they will eventually reach an agreement.

The more likely reason a judge could get involved in the short term all has to do with Kanye. If he keeps going after her on social media, Kim could go to court for a non-disparagement order ... forcing Kanye to zip it when it comes to airing his grievances over Kim. She could go to court now to get such an order, but our sources say so far there are no plans to do so.

Bottom line ... it's not unusual for flare-ups -- even wars -- to surface during divorce proceedings, but most of these settle. The smart money is on this one settling as well.

Kanye West's GF Julia Fox is addressing reports that she once dated Drake ... she says "nothing really happened" ... the question, what does "really" mean?

Julia used her "Forbidden Fruits" podcast to address the Drake rumors ... "He's a great guy and a gentleman, and that was it. Nothing really happened, we were just, like, friends hanging out. I wouldn't say that we were dating."

Not hard to read between the lines here ... but it's tricky because of the complicated relationship between Ye and Breezy.

She says when she got together with Kanye, she was an open book ... "Obviously, when I first started speaking to Ye, I told him immediately -- I think on the first day, before it went any further, because I'm just an honest person."

Kim Kardashian has done something she almost never does ... she's gone after Kanye on social media ... this after he attacked her.

Kim is clearly angry over Kanye posting his grievances about Kim posting a short video of her and North West on TikTok.

Kanye responded ... "Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on TikTok against my will."

Kim has come out swinging, saying, "Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create. As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision -- because it brings her so much happiness."

Kim clearly made a point of saying she's the primary caregiver, which is undeniably the case.

She went on ... "Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye's obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all. From the beginning, I have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way."

This is an exception post coming from Kim, and it's what we've been hearing privately for a while now ... Kanye doesn't want this divorce, and he's lashing out at her because he's lost control and can't stop her.

She's also making it clear there have been many other co-parenting issues ... some that haven't surfaced publicly. But she's clearly sick of it. She finishes, "Hopefully he can finally respond to the third attorney he has had in the last year to resolve any issues amicably."

In the end, if they can't settle their disagreements over custody, it may end up being decided by a judge in divorce court.

The Joe Burrow and Kid Cudi bromance keeps growing stronger ... 'cause the Bengals QB just gifted his childhood idol with the jersey he wore in Sunday's AFC Championship Game!!

Cudi revealed that after Cincy's huge victory on Sunday ... he hit up Joey B and asked if he could have the game-worn threads.

"Ok. So after the Bengals win against the Chiefs, I hit Joe and congratulated him and asked if I could have his jersey," Cudi wrote on social media.

And, Burrow wasted no time holding up on his promise -- shipping it right to the Cleveland native just 5 days after the Bengals secured their spot in the Super Bowl.

"Rockin' this bitch to the game and then framing it," Cudi said Friday. "I am so geeked right now."

Of course, Joe Cool is known for his on-field connection with his teammate Ja'Marr Chase ... but as of late, it's Cudi that Burrow has had all the chemistry with.

Joe got a shoutout from Cudi -- who was celebrating his 38th birthday the night of the game -- after the Bengals big win.

The two have a budding relationship that started when Burrow was drafted with the #1 overall draft pick out of LSU ... and this latest gesture from Joey Franchise is proof of that.

Kanye West seems both surprised and upset over parenting issues as he navigates his divorce from Kim Kardashian ... and the latest dispute erupted over a TikTok video.

Kim posted a TikTok video of her and North West lip-syncing a Rae Sremmurd song, and it didn't sit well with Ye ... having his 8-year-old on the social media platform.

He posted, "SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST DIVORCE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO ABOUT MY DAUGHTER BEING PUT ON TIK TOK AGAINST MY WILL?"

So, let's unpack ... there's obviously tension between Kim and Kanye over childrearing, and this is not the first eruption. As you recall, Kim threw a birthday party for Chicago last month and Kanye was extremely upset, claiming he wasn't invited. Kim begged to differ and told Kanye he was welcome. Ye showed up and thanked everyone BUT Kim.

There might also be a little shade to her when Kanye says it's his first divorce ... because it's Kim's third. Shade, or just inexperience?

Whatever it is ... it's a super relatable conflict. Co-parenting is the trickiest road to navigate post-divorce.

Kanye West's desire to rename Black History Month is totally off the mark ... according to noted philosopher Cornel West, who's taking a moment to ring the school bell for Ye.

We got the former Harvard and Princeton professor Thursday at L.A.'s Sunset Plaza, and took a deeper diver with him into Ye's announcement that "FEBRUARY IS NOW BLACK FUTURE MONTH" ... instead of BHM.

Well, Prof. West started out by giving Mr. West some props, calling him a genius ... but adding he's "confused" in many ways. Cornel says the idea that BHM is only about Black people's past is misguided. Check out his explanation, but the Prof. says it's very much about the future as well.

C-Dub says he thinks Ye understands this concept, because he hears it in his music -- but, for some reason, he loses it outside of the studio. Or, as he put it, "There's a sense of which his artistry is so much more profound than his rhetoric."

It's clear he's got love for Ye, though -- he wonders if they're distant relatives -- and he compliments one of Kanye's tracks, in particular ... before playfully urging the rapper to "get off that symbolic crack pipe."

Yes, Cornel came in hot with the jokes. BTW, he also dropped some jewels for T-Pain, who told us he doesn't think there should be a Black History Month anymore.
