Diddy railed on the Grammys Saturday, saying it's turned a blind eye to black artists ... notably, hip-hop artists.

Ironically, Diddy unloaded on the Grammys during his acceptance speech for receiving an Industry Icon award. It all went down at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

As you know, TMZ broke the story ... Whitney Houston died the evening of the same annual party back in 2012 when she was found in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton, dead from an OD.

As for Diddy, he gave an acceptance speech that was interminably long -- 50 minutes, seriously. It ended at 12:30 AM, and toward the end is when Diddy set his sights on the folks who run the Grammys.

Among many other things ... Diddy said, "Truth be told, hip-hop has never been respected by the Grammys. Black music has never been respected by the Grammys."

As for Diddy's record ... 3 Grammy wins and 13 noms.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are planning an epic birthday bash for their little Stormi ... and if her first bday is any indication, this party's gonna be outta this world!!!

Sources close to Kylie and Travis tell TMZ ... they are getting back to their co-parenting ways to throw a joint party for Stormi's 2nd, renting out a studio space for friends and family and running up the tab to a cool six figures.

Stormi's already gotten a special trip to Disney World to kick off the birthday festivities -- Feb. 1 marks her second trip around the sun -- but the Mouse House is only the tip of the bday iceberg.

You'll recall ... Stormi's first birthday bash was nothing short of spectacular. Kylie rented out the entire backlot of Universal Studios for a "Stormiworld" theme, complete with carnival rides, a butterfly rainbow forest and tons of food and games.

Jay-Z and a ton of other stars showed out for the annual Roc Nation Brunch this weekend -- but there's one person who's noticeably missing so far ... Lauren London.

Celebs like Jay, Diddy, DJ Khaled, Megan Thee Stallion, Miguel, Meek Mill, Winnie Harlow, Ella Mai, Usher, Kelly Rowland, June Ambrose, Robert Kraft, Mike Rubin, G-Eazy, Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Rel Howery, La La Anthony and several others were in attendance Saturday for the pre-Grammys shindig. They held one last year too ... it was also star-studded.

It looks like folks are still trickling in, but so far ... there's no sign of the late Nipsey Hussle's girlfriend, who came with him last year before his untimely death about two months later.

She's kept a relatively low profile in the wake of her partner getting gunned down in cold blood -- but LL has surfaced online with a few clothes and sneaker campaigns.

Speaking of that, we're seeing the colors of the event match Beyonce's ADIDAS x Ivy Park drop. Oh, and one other person, we're not seeing quite yet ... Bey herself.

Meek Mill took a walk down memory lane that almost ended in blows -- running into his ex, Nicki Minaj, and her husband, Kenneth Petty ... and they weren't happy to see each other.

The shouting match went down Friday at the high-end clothing store Maxfield in West Hollywood, where somehow ... Meek happened to stumble across his old flame and her current partner. It's unclear who was there first, but regardless ... it got heated.

TMZ got a hold of the face-off, and you can see Meek in white being held back and escorted out of the store by both his own security team and guys working for the boutique. In the background, you clearly hear Nicki and Ken's voices ... they're pretty distinctive.

No official word on what started the beef, but based on what we can make out ... it sounds like they were talking crap to each other over Nicki -- plain and simple. Oh, and get this ... sources tell us NM and KP were alone, and Meek was rolling with 10 heads deep.

Anyway, Ken calls Meek a p***y and Meek calls him one back while adding he can't face or talk to him one-on-one without a cluster of people in between. Nicki gets in on the yelling too ... seemingly calling Meek a bitch, and also seemingly adding he can't get over her.

DaBaby threw a pretty spectacular Grammy nomination bash Friday, and tons of music stars showed up.

The party went down at a house in Bev Hills, and the crowd included Casanova, YFN Lucci, Scott Storch, along with record execs Steve Lobel and AE. The party started at 3 PM and wrapped up at around 8.

DaBaby, who's nominated for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for his hit, "Suge," served up some ham, cheese and veggies. He had lots of Hennessey and Ciroc to wash it down.

As for the tunes ... well, DaBaby played lots of ... DaBaby.

The Game was in a celebratory mood for Grammy weekend, but he took a few minutes to vent his anger over YG's arrest this week.

We got Game Friday night, leaving Derriere nightclub in Hollywood, and he seems outraged at YG's arrest for robbery, something his famed lawyer, Joe Tacopina, says is absolute BS.

Game notes that YG is set to perform a tribute to Nipsey Hussle Sunday night. He claims the cops will do anything they can to derail a tribute to YG. Full disclosure ... the photog mistakenly said the LAPD arrested YG ... it was the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept.

BTW ... YG was released Friday night on $250,000 bail.

YG's Friday is off to a troubling start -- cops showed up on his doorstep before sunrise armed with a search warrant ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the rapper's San Fernando Valley home around 4 AM, and they're still there now. YG is home, and we're told they have a search warrant and an arrest warrant related to a robbery case.

Young Thug knows how to motivate the guys in his crew -- offer up a fat stack of cash ... and watch 'em go!

The "Hot" rapper was clowning around with his boys Thursday evening outside the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood when things turned into a fitness challenge ... as they often do.

Thug bet one of his pals he couldn't run up and down the street -- which is on a fairly steep hill -- and pulled out his money to show him what was at stake.

The guy accepted the challenge, and despite getting roasted for his running form -- or lack thereof -- Young Thug ponied up the dough. However, he made sure to rub it in by running the hill himself ... without all the huffing and puffing.

Diddy is helping shine a light on a group of children battling cancer ... and now the kids are getting brand new iPads.

Here's the deal ... former celebrity weed dealer Milk Tyson launched a viral campaign to get Diddy to join their crusade to help kids fighting cancer, and get them a segment on the 'Ellen Degeneres Show.'

The children at Miami-based nonprofit Fighting All Monsters appeared in a viral video with Snoop Dogg, dancing to Diddy's hit song "Bad Boys For Life" and asking him to vibe with them.

Diddy caught wind of the initiative, and blasted the video out Thursday to his nearly 16 million Instagram followers, and now the group says tons of folks want to get involved.

Kodak Black can start marking the days off his calendar -- if that's allowed in federal prison -- because we've just learned when he'll be released.

Kodak will be free again on or about Aug. 14, 2022 -- according to the feds. He could get out a few days earlier because the 14th falls on a Sunday. It's federal policy to let inmates out early if their release date falls on a weekend.

The rapper also knows the Bluegrass State will apparently be his home until then. Kodak's currently being transferred to a federal prison in Oklahoma City -- a temporary stop before one more transfer. His attorney says he'll end up in a federal pen in Kentucky.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott got back to their co-parenting ways thanks to the magic of Walt Disney World ... showing they're still cool, despite ending 2019 on a bad foot.

The exes were spotted together Wednesday with their daughter, Stormi, at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando ... taking a ride on Peter Pan's Flight. It's the first time we've seen all 3 together, in one public photo, in several months.

They went to a pumpkin patch together in October but didn't snap any full family pics -- and before that ... ya gotta go all the way back to Travis' Netflix premiere in August.

Our sources say Trav joined Kylie and Stormi, along with the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, as sort of an early bday treat for their daughter. She turns 2 next weekend.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's life might be in danger behind bars, but the judge still isn't letting him out to serve his sentence at home.

A federal judge just denied Tekashi's motion to serve his 24 months under home confinement. In his decision, Judge Paul Engelmayer said doing the time behind bars is "necessary in this case ... [to] reflect the seriousness of his crimes."

In his request, Tekashi said he feared for his life because the facility where he's currently being held is filled with Bloods -- y'know, the people he snitched on to get his shortened sentence.

The judge said he's well aware the private jail where Tekashi's being held doesn't have all the rehabilitative programs of some other facilities. He added, granting the rapper's request would "eliminate the remaining prison component of his sentence in favor of lesser forms of confinement."

Diddy and Faith Evans played central roles in Notorious B.I.G.'s life and in the immediate success that followed ... so it's only fitting they'll be front and center when Biggie gets inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Sources close to Diddy tell TMZ ... the music mogul and his family will attend the ceremony -- broadcast live on HBO -- on May 2 in Cleveland. We're told Diddy may have something up his sleeve to honor Biggie ... though it's unclear if he'll perform or pay tribute onstage.

Faith tells TMZ ... she's ecstatic about her late-husband being honored as a first-ballot inductee. And, like Diddy, Faith tells us her plan is to attend the ceremony. She's also hopeful she'll be part of the night's festivities honoring Biggie.

Blueface has no sympathy for Tekashi 6ix9ine's security woes -- and as for his old hired muscle giving him the cold shoulder ... BF supports it, cause a job's not worth dying over.

We got the rapper leaving Bootsy Bellows in L.A. this weekend, and he had some pretty blunt thoughts on Tekashi's old security guards disavowing him and any type of money he might be willing to offer to bring them back onto his payroll for protection.

According to Blueface, it'd be an effective death wish working for 6ix9ine at this point -- ya know, cause of all the gang snitching and whatnot. He acknowledges Tekashi's talented, but he says no amount of talent is worth putting your life on the line to shield.

He's also got something to say about whether Tekashi can make a comeback or not. Watch ... doesn't sound like Blueface is all that optimistic about the guy's prospects.

BTW ... we recently got Justin Bieber's former bodyguard, Kenny Hamilton, at LAX and he dished on this exact situation -- telling us what Tekashi would have to pay his old crew if he wanted 'em back. Spoiler ... it's in the 7 digits. Again, high risk ... high reward.

DaBaby likes his fans, but only so much, because when they ask for too much he might attack.

Check out the video ... from a security cam at a Bev Hills hotel. We're told the guy in the video is a hotel employee who followed DaBaby outside the lobby to get a pic. We're told DaBaby turned the guy down, so he walked back in the lobby.

That's when DaBaby and crew decided to administer some western justice, slamming the guy against the wall and roughing him up.

The incident, which went down December 19, was a day after DaBaby performed at the Shrine.

DaBaby and crew left the hotel without further incident. Cops were not called.

It's not DaBaby's first run-in with fans. Last year he attacked a fan outside Louis Vuitton store in North Carolina. Also last year, DaBaby and crew beat a fan outside a concert in Massachusetts after the guy asked for a pic.

DaBaby's attorney, Michael Heiskell, tells TMZ ... "Any actions taken by DaBaby were likely in self defense based upon his recall of the events and until the video is thoroughly reviewed we have no further comment at this time."

Cardi B has plenty of game on the fashion front, but she outdid herself Friday at Paris Fashion Week.

She was at Richard Orlinski's fashion show -- a show which she stole with an outfit which is right on the line. Check out the eyes -- pretty dramatic, don't you think?

It's strangely racy and puritanical at the same time. It covers almost her entire body, but it's super form-fitting so ...

Cardi just turned 27 and has been celebrating overseas with hubby Offset. She showed up Thursday at Offset's fashion show. TMZ broke the story Quavo showed up at an after-party event, but the bodyguards didn't recognize him and initially would not let him in. Quavo was super upset and took several swings at people once inside.
