Bunnie XO finally underwent the facelift surgery she's reportedly been planning for years ... and now she says she looks like Bert Kreischer!

The popular podcaster was just joking, of course, as the swelling and bruising are only temporary. As a matter of fact, Bunnie's surgeon, Dr. Daniel Gould, said she'll be looking like her 20-year-old self again in no time.

Gould posted, "When you’re operating on younger patients who already look good, you have to be really thoughtful and careful in order to deliver a result that’s consistent with their anatomy."

Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex, Dakota Mortensen, were duking it out in court months before their issues led "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" producers to shut production down temporarily ... TMZ has learned.

According to online court records obtained by TMZ, Dakota went to court over custody and support of their son Ever back in June 2025. Taylor filed a response and counterclaim a couple of weeks later. 

It looks like a proposed order on custody, support, and parenting time was filed in the case around September.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences knows people are pissed about perceived snubs during last night's Oscars in memoriam ... but there's nothing cold-hearted about it, TMZ is told.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... the Academy receives hundreds of requests to include loved ones and industry colleagues for the show's in memoriam segment. Through those, an executive committee representing every branch considers the list ... and makes recommendations for the telecast based on the limited run of show time. All the submissions are included on Oscars.org -- and remain there for the year.

As we reported ... there was some serious backlash online after Eric Dane and James Van Der Beek, among a few others, were omitted from the segment ... with people asking how these snubs seem to happen year after year.

Matt Clark -- whose acting career spanned decades in film and TV working alongside some of Hollywood's biggest stars -- has died.

His family tells TMZ ... Clark -- arguably best known for his bartender role in "Back to the Future: Part III" and the TV sitcom "Grace Under Fire" -- died in his Austin, Texas home Sunday morning from complications after back surgery.

Clark appeared in several Westerns on the big and small screens alongside the likes of Clint Eastwood and John Wayne ... and he appeared in the '80s cult classic "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension."

Production on “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” has hit an unexpected pause … and it's all due to a heated blowup between two of the main cast members, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the series tell us production is currently shut down after drama with the show's star Taylor Frankie Paul and her baby daddy Dakota Mortensen erupted while filming for Season 5 ... causing cameras to go down for the time being.

It's unclear exactly what sparked the fight, but our sources say the situation became intense enough that filming couldn’t continue as planned.

President Donald Trump announced Monday his White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer.

According to the president, her prognosis is "excellent," and she'll continue to work full-time at the WH during treatment.

Donna Kelce is dealing with the chaos of home improvement ... the window guys have shown up to her Florida home to replace various windows ... and we have the details.

NewSouth Window Solutions believes it's found a solution to Donna's old, semi-sealed windows -- they showed up with bright, shiny 4-panel windows. We're told they are NOT tinted -- somewhat shocking given the Orlando heat -- but they are double-paned.

The installer gingerly removed the existing windows and, at the time of this post, was beginning to install the new ones. And we got a good look at Donna herself surveying the process!

We checked Yelp ... the company has 26 reviews and 2 1/2 stars.

As we reported, Donna will replace 9 windows total. We don't know the status of the 6 doors she plans on replacing.

Nothing was keeping Teyana Taylor down last night! We caught up with the actress right after her tense confrontation with Oscars security ... and she was determined not to let it ruin her night.

Teyana downplayed the interaction, saying, "Security was just doing a lot ... There's always that one."

ICYMI ... moments after joining her "One Battle After Another" cast onstage to accept their Best Picture statuettes, Taylor was stopped by a security guard who put his hands on her.
