Days after Justin Herbert showered Madison Beer with birthday love for her 27th trip around the sun ... the singer is now returning the favor to her man -- calling the L.A. Chargers quarterback her "dream come true" in her special post to him.

Beer took to Instagram to celebrate Herbert's 28th birthday, sharing some mushy captions and funny moments from their time together over the last few months.

"I am so lucky to be yours," she wrote on a picture that captured Herbert carrying her through a field. "You are my dream come true."

We're told there were also concerns about possible substance use, with sources claiming Jace had been drinking and using drugs in the lead-up to the incident.

Robert Carradine was cremated with his ashes to be scattered at sea ... according to his death certificate.

TMZ obtained the late actor's death certificate Tuesday, after he died February 23 by suicide. He was 71.

As we reported ... the actor best known for his roles in "Lizzie McGuire," "Revenge of the Nerds," and "The Long Riders" -- died in an L.A. hospital last month after hanging himself.

It's worth noting, Robert's date of injury is stated to be on January 17, 2026 at the hospital ... over a month before his death, according to the report.

The divorce battle between "90 Day Fiancé" stars Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi is finally settled ... TMZ has learned.

Marlon Wayans is hyping up "Scary Movie 6" -- but telling TMZ there’s nothing scary about the message he hopes the film brings.

We caught Marlon at LAX Monday, where he said his biggest goal is simple -- make people feel good ... because for him, nothing beats hearing a packed theater laughing out loud, adding that laughter is contagious.

"90 Day Fiance" star Eric Rosenbrook avoided any jail time as part of his operating under the influence case amid his battle over his late child’s autopsy, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Eric pleaded no contest to the charge, and prosecutors dismissed two other charges brought against the TLC star. The court ordered him to pay $968 in fines.

In addition, Eric’s driver's license was suspended for six months and he needs to complete an alcohol assessment program. The charges were related to an incident on July 5, 2025, days after Eric’s wife, Leida Margaretha, called cops to accuse him of abuse.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Alexis Skyy is being sued by her former friend, who claims she jumped him in the lobby of his plush Atlanta apartment complex.

Here's the deal ... Anthony Gaskin -- a former associate of Skyy -- appeared to be captured on tape receiving an epic beatdown at his building back in October 2024, and he says Skyy and two others, Robmira Taylor and Robert Thorne, were the assailants.

Gaskin is now suing Skyy and her crew for the alleged attack, as well as the apartment complex. He claims the building had inadequate security and failed to protect him when Sky and the others were "lying in wait" for him in the lobby.

The woman accused of shooting at Rihanna's house while the singer was inside seems to have taken cops on a trip through Los Angeles after the incident ... according to just-released dispatch audio of her arrest.

In the recording, obtained by TMZ, cops appear to tail Ivanna Lisette Ortiz in a white Tesla Model 3 as she drove into the parking lot of a shopping center.

According to the audio ... it appears the suspect got out of the car, getting down on her knees as officers approached her vehicle.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Andy and company litigated some of the case in federal district court ... only to then ask for it to be moved over to private arbitration after some initial rulings. The judge said it was too late for that move, ruling the defendants had already waived that right and can't "have their cake and eat it too."

The murder charge against the man accused of shooting and killing a woman at the Chiefs' championship parade in 2024 has been dropped, and his lawyer tells TMZ Sports his client will soon be going home.

Dominic Miller, who was facing a second-degree murder charge for the shooting death of Lisa Lopez-Galvan at the 2024 Super Bowl celebration, appeared in a Jackson County Circuit Court on Monday ... where prosecutors erased the charge.

Miller, instead, agreed to a plea deal, admitting to unlawful use of a weapon, accepting a two-year prison sentence, which he has already served (he's been behind bars).

Rachel Zoe is spilling a little more tea about her split from Rodger Berman -- revealing her very first call after deciding to divorce was to Jennifer Garner for a lawyer recommendation.
