Andrew and Tristan Tate want Elon Musk's social media platform to give up the names of accounts they claim have been harassing and defaming them online ... so they're going to court to try to unmask some John and Jane Does.

Here's the deal ... the Tate Brothers sued a bunch of anonymous X users for defamation over X posts they didn't like ... the lawsuit was dismissed, but now the Tates want a court to force X to reveal the identities of the accounts they sued.

Andrew and Tristan say the X users engaged in a conspiracy to not only defame them, but also to ruin them financially, reputationally and emotionally through constant and routine allegedly defamatory posts on X -- the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

Daryl Hannah isn’t biting her tongue -- the icon is torching her portrayal in "Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette," saying the version of her on screen is not even a remotely accurate portrayal of her real life.

In a New York Times essay, Daryl went scorched earth on Ryan Murphy’s "tragedy-exploiting" series ... blasting the decision to depict her, via Dree Hemingway, as "irritating, self-absorbed, whiny and inappropriate" and also painting her as the clingy obstacle standing in the way of John's future with Carolyn.

The actor chatted with Jimmy about the sci-fi film for several minutes before the conversation turned to Eva. Ryan told the audience it was Eva's b-day and revealed she was in the building -- prompting him to ask the crowd to serenade the actress by singing "Happy Birthday."

Eva was then escorted into the studio, where she addressed the crowd -- made up largely of teachers -- telling them how much she loves them and appreciates them, while pointing out they're seriously underpaid.

GOP Texas Rep. Tony Gonzales ended his reelection bid this week after admitting to an affair with a former staffer who later died by suicide ... and that staffer's husband is stunned by the developments.

Here's the deal ... Gonzales terminated his campaign Thursday, the day after he admitted to an affair with Regina Santos-Aviles -- a woman who worked for him while he was in Congress. Initially, he said he would not end his reelection bid.

Adrian Aviles tells TMZ … he's surprised Gonzales finally "took some accountability" and told the truth about the affair … and he's "satisfied" that it appears Gonzales' political career is over.

Former Michigan football head coach Sherrone Moore was back in court on Friday for an evidentiary hearing tied to his December 2025 arrest ... and his wife, Kelli, was right by his side, hand-in-hand.

Moore and Kelli -- who haven't been seen together in court since his initial court appearance -- were caught on camera entering the Michigan courthouse to review evidence in the case against him.

His attorney, Ellen Michaels, is trying to quash certain charges from his December 2025 arrest, arguing that the arrest warrant relied on inaccurate and deceptive statements.

2:15 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports Dillon Brooks' DUI arrest was not related to alcohol.

Phoenix Suns player Dillon Brooks was busted for DUI Friday morning, TMZ Sports has learned.

Authorities tell us ... the small forward was pulled over in Scottsdale around 1 AM for traffic violations. After an investigation, Brooks was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.

He was taken to Scottsdale City jail and processed ... and was released from custody around 3:30 AM.

Britney Spears showed her sober coaches the door weeks before getting arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney fired the sobriety coaches after she signed a deal selling her rights to her music and after she returned home to California following a trip to Los Cabos, Mexico.

We're told Britney's team also fired other people who were looking out for her ... including security guards who kept an eye on the pop superstar.

The officer made contact with the alleged victim ... who claimed he was attempting to escort 29-year-old Ogunbowale out of the club due to an unrelated altercation -- when she punched him in the face with a closed fist, causing him to fall to the ground.
