Cruz tosses a quick "Happy Birthday" Brooklyn's way ... but, he keeps mum on whether the two have spoken in recent months.

As for whether there will be a reconciliation -- Cruz responds, "I hope so" -- and leaves it at that.

An officer later says they are speaking with the car's driver, who has stepped out of the vehicle.

Ryan Lochte and his new girlfriend are clapping back at his ex-wife, Kayla Rae Reid, for claiming he cheated ... calling the matter fake news for clicks.

Reid -- a former Playboy Playmate -- vented on this week's "The Comeback Era with Caroline and Kayla" podcast ... stating Lochte and his current partner, Molly Gillihan, became a thing way before they separated.

Erin Lichy's former management company won a case against their ex-client and got an award for more than $90,000 ... and, the group's now gone to a judge to make sure they get it.

Brigade Talent LLC filed documents to confirm an arbitration award Thursday ... after the company says they won a case against the 'RHONY' star ... Lichy fired the company in 2024 after 17 months, and a dispute arose over unpaid commissions.  The company says the ruling in their favor requires Lichy to hand over $91,632.28.

The company claims Erin was made aware of the final award on February 24 ... and they now want the judge to confirm it and grant the company additional interest until it's paid.

Cops took Britney Spears to a hospital immediately after pulling her over for an alleged DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Britney spent some time at a hospital early Thursday morning, because California Highway Patrol officers transported her there to draw her blood ... according to multiple sources close to Brit.

We're also told she was alone when cops pulled her over in Westlake Village ... not far from her home. She did not sustain any injuries, and the hospital visit was purely to determine her blood alcohol content.

The men’s basketball program at California State University, Bakersfield is at the center of a wild scandal ... after a former player-turned-coach was accused of running a multi-state pimping operation while working for the school.

Authorities say Kevin Mays -- an ex-player for the Roadrunners who later joined the staff as a temporary assistant coach -- is facing 11 criminal and misdemeanor charges, including felony pimping, after an investigation triggered by a shocking anonymous email.

According to reports, then-head coach Rod Barnes received a message in August titled “IMPORTANT MESSAGE 911 911” claiming Mays had been “trafficking a girl since May” across several states. The sender warned in all caps, “FIX IT OR THE WHOLE STAFF WILL FALL.”

Myles Garrett's speeding ticket could've been worse -- TMZ Sports has obtained the police bodycam footage from his ninth speeding ticket (at least) in Ohio since 2017 -- with the officer citing him for a lesser speed.

In the video, Garrett is polite with the officer as she takes his information after stopping him in the northbound lane of I-71 in Wayne County. The officer even jokes with him that at one point she thought he was about to take off on her.

"Nah, not on you," Garrett said.

Britney Spears was “crying” while being booked in jail for alleged driving under the influence, TMZ has learned. 

Sources tell TMZ that Britney was very emotional while being processed at the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday night. We’re told she did not act out of the ordinary ... aside from “crying a lot.” 

Britney Spears was arrested in Ventura County, California Wednesday night for a DUI, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The pop superstar was handcuffed by the California Highway Patrol around 9:30 PM last night, and she was booked by the sheriff's department around 3 AM. She was released from jail around 6 AM today, according to inmate records.

TikToker Riziki Ilenre's death has been ruled as a suicide, TMZ has learned.

The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences has determined the 27-year-old died by hanging herself from a ceiling fan ... and was found during a welfare check.

She had a documented history of depression and past suicide attempts, the department said in an official investigation report.

TMZ previously confirmed with the Montgomery Police Department ... they were investigating her Dec. 12, 2025 death.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Tracy Tutor claims one of America's former top-earning real estate agents drugged and assaulted her back in 2014 ... and now she wants him to pay for it.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Tracy alleges Oren Alexander was a major player at real estate company Douglas Elliman back when she was considering a job there. During her recruitment process, she says she was invited to fly from L.A. to NYC for a dinner with the company's top stars ... which included Oren.

Tracy claims she was handed a "large, pink cocktail" and shortly after drinking it, "she blacked out."
