Britney Spears was “crying” while being booked in jail for alleged driving under the influence, TMZ has learned. 

Sources tell TMZ that Britney was very emotional while being processed at the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday night. We’re told she did not act out of the ordinary ... aside from “crying a lot.” 

Britney Spears was arrested in Ventura County, California Wednesday night for a DUI, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The pop superstar was handcuffed by the California Highway Patrol around 9:30 PM last night, and she was booked by the sheriff's department around 3 AM. She was released from jail around 6 AM today, according to inmate records.

Britney was by herself when cops pulled her over in Westlake Village, not far from her home. She was taken to a hospital immediately after she was pulled over, TMZ has learned.

CHP officers transported her there to draw her blood ... according to multiple sources close to Brit. She did not sustain any injuries, and the hospital visit was purely to determine her blood alcohol content.

TMZ has reached out to her team for comment.

TikToker Riziki Ilenre's death has been ruled as a suicide, TMZ has learned.

The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences has determined the 27-year-old died by hanging herself from a ceiling fan ... and was found during a welfare check.

She had a documented history of depression and past suicide attempts, the department said in an official investigation report.

TMZ previously confirmed with the Montgomery Police Department ... they were investigating her Dec. 12, 2025 death.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Tracy Tutor claims one of America's former top-earning real estate agents drugged and assaulted her back in 2014 ... and now she wants him to pay for it.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Tracy alleges Oren Alexander was a major player at real estate company Douglas Elliman back when she was considering a job there. During her recruitment process, she says she was invited to fly from L.A. to NYC for a dinner with the company's top stars ... which included Oren.

Tracy claims she was handed a "large, pink cocktail" and shortly after drinking it, "she blacked out."

Britney Spears is showing more signs of turmoil following her DUI arrest ... because her Instagram account has suddenly been deactivated.

Search for Britney’s page now and you’ll be met with the generic message, "Sorry, this page isn't available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed."

It’s unclear if Britney pulled the plug herself or if the account was taken down for another reason.

The new video, posted on the White House's official X account Wednesday, kicks off with animation that appears to be from “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III” -- showing a player activating a “killstreak” -- before cutting to real footage of U.S. missiles hitting targets in Iran.

For those unfamiliar ... a “killstreak” in the popular video game is triggered when a player racks up a string of eliminations -- or kills -- without dying. The “COD” animation used by the White House specifically depicts the moment a player reaches 30 straight kills without dying ... unlocking a massive missile strike designed to wipe out the opposing team.
