Renee Zellweger and her boyfriend, Ant Anstead, are in a legal battle with a woman who claims she was seriously injured while visiting the couple at their rental home ... TMZ has learned.

The Oscar winner and Ant were sued by a woman named Tracey Bryn Belland ... Belland claims Renee and Ant were living in a home in Laguna Beach, California, that Ant was renting. Belland says she was injured during a visit to the home on August 14, 2024, when she tripped and fell on the patio.

According to the suit, filed the first week of February, Belland says a “thin rug had been placed over a hole, which caused her to stumble over the uneven surface, resulting in an injury to her right knee.”

Belland said she was forced to undergo treatment for her injuries. She said she will continue to deal with pain from the fall.

Quinton Aaron is well on the road to recovery and looking great ... according to this first photo of the actor since he was hospitalized for a spinal stroke last month.

Check out the pic, provided by Quinton to us ... we're told it was taken last week, and as you can see, the 'Blind Side' star is in great spirits -- throwing up a peace sign while hanging with his younger brother, Jarred.

We’re told Jarred has not left Quinton’s bedside, and the bond between the two remains strong.

The release of this photo follows news of Jarred's restraining order against Margarita Aaron -- the woman who allegedly misrepresented herself as Quinton's wife to both Quinton and the medical staff tending to him.

Alyssa Salerno has filed legal docs asking a Florida judge to formally establish her ex-fiancé Alex Kompothecras as the dad of their daughter, lock in a custody arrangement, and order child support ... TMZ has learned.

According to the petition, obtained by TMZ, Alyssa wants the court to establish Alex's legal parentage, award shared parental responsibility, and implement equal time-sharing. She's also asking for child support to be calculated under the Florida guidelines and made retroactive to the date of their split.

Alyssa is further requesting that health, dental and vision insurance be maintained for their daughter, with uncovered medical expenses divided proportionally. She also wants extracurricular activities and any private school costs shared.

11:50 AM PT -- The Nevada County Sheriff, Shannan Moon, announced on Wednesday that eight of the nine skiers missing have been found dead.

Rescuers continue to look for the one person still missing.

NCSO said this is the deadliest avalanche in the U.S. for more than 40 years.

Nine skiers are still missing in the Lake Tahoe area after an avalanche ... as rescuers desperately work to find the missing people.

The Nevada County Sheriff's Office said the incident occurred around 11:30 AM on Tuesday at Castle Peak ... as a group of 15 backcountry skiers returned from a day-long trip.

Due to extreme weather, rescue crews spent several hours searching before locating six skiers and bringing them to safety. Nine others remain unaccounted for.

Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle were all found stabbed to death in bedrooms.

As part of the photo dump, investigators snapped pics of the victims' everyday stuff, such as ID, credit cards, clothes, books, silverware, shoes, backpacks, medications, hair products, picture frames, card holder and much more.
