Nicole Curtis is addressing the controversy surrounding HGTV pulling her show "Rehab Addict" from its platforms following the release of leaked footage showing her using a racial slur during filming.

Curtis tells TMZ ... "I want to be clear: the word in question is wrong and not part of my vocabulary and never has been, and I apologize to everyone." She tells us she was unaware of HGTV's decision to pull the plug on her show on the same day it was set to return to air after a hiatus.

Despite the surprising split, she tells us, "I'm grateful for the 15-year journey we've shared. It's been a meaningful chapter, but my focus isn't on my career. My focus, at this moment is rightfully on my relationships, and my community -- the people who truly know my character and where my heart is."

Rapper Chanel West Coast has gone country, but she's not leaving her hip-hop roots behind ... she told us her new song "Giddy Up" is a perfect blend of both genres -- and her best track yet!

We caught up with the former "Ridiculousness" star last night outside of Andys in West Hollywood, California, where she called the song "honestly, a little mix of everything I like, which is all music."

Another possible development in the Nancy Guthrie abduction case today ... investigators have found a black glove in the area where she was last seen that could bring them one step closer to nabbing the masked suspect who allegedly took her.

An FBI agent plucked the glove from the side of a road about 1.5 miles from Nancy's Tucson-area house ... The Post was the first to report the discovery.

Yesterday, the FBI released images and video of the alleged kidnapper, wearing a ski mask, a backpack, and gloves ... which appeared to be black. The person also had what looked like a holstered gun on the front of their waist.

James Van Der Beek's family says his declining health and his death brought on significant financial strain ... and now a crowdfunding page has been set up to help pay the bills.

James' wife, Kimberly Van Der Beek, said on Instagram her friends organized a GoFundMe with a $500,000 goal ... and it's already crossed $200,000 in donations ... including a $1,000 pledge from 'DWTS' pro and EXTRA host Derek Hough.

1:25 PM PT -- We got Blake Lively and her legal team walking out of the federal courthouse in lower Manhattan this afternoon ... they all stayed mum. We also got Justin Baldoni leaving the courthouse with a big fat grin.

We've learned no settlement has been reached.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni just walked into a New York City court house -- separately -- to face off in their ongoing legal battle.

Today's settlement conference was court-ordered in an effort to get the actors to hash out their differences. It's essentially a Hail Mary attempt to find a resolution before their May 18 trial date.

As you know ... Blake filed a complaint against her "It Ends With Us" costar in December 2024, alleging he sexually harassed her while working on the film.

Since then, the clash has snowballed into one of the messiest Hollywood legal battles in recent memory, with discovery from the case pulling big-name stars like Taylor Swift and powerhouse production companies like Sony Pictures into the fray.

The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff's Department are homing in on the outfit the presumed kidnapper wore as he approached Nancy Guthrie's front door, and they are on the hunt for who bought the items ... law enforcement sources involved in the investigation tell TMZ.

Our sources singled out 3 items -- the gloves, the backpack, and the gun visible on the Nest video.

We're told authorities are contacting manufacturers and retailers to figure out who may have purchased the items.

BTW ... we've determined the holster in question appears to be polyester, which is typically used for carrying a revolver ... but in this case the weapon looks like a semi-automatic handgun.

There's a new note in the Nancy Guthrie case, but this one doesn't seem to be from the kidnapper ... instead, it's from someone offering to give up information on the kidnapper.

TMZ received the note just before 5 AM PT, and the sender claims they've tried unsuccessfully to reach Savannah Guthrie's brother, Camron, and her sister, Annie, by email and text. The note goes on, "If they want the name of the individual involved then I want 1 Bitcoin to the following wallet. Time is more than relevant."

There is a legitimate bitcoin address in the note ... and it is a different address from the one in the original ransom note, received by TMZ and 2 Tucson TV news stations.

We have forwarded this note to the FBI.

It's unclear if the sender of this note is legit, but interestingly, 1 bitcoin is worth about $66,000 right now. You'll recall law enforcement is currently offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to Nancy's kidnappers.

This comes less than 24 hours after a flurry of activity in the case -- on Tuesday, the FBI released the first images of the armed individual who showed up on Nancy's doorstep early in the morning of Feb. 1, the day she was taken.

Bijou Phillips needs another miracle ... because she desperately needs a second kidney transplant ... and she's currently in the hospital.

A rep for Bijou tells TMZ ... she's is currently under care at UCLA Health, where she's back on dialysis as she waits to find a living donor.

Bijou received a kidney transplant in 2017 -- the donor was a friend -- but we're told that kidney has failed and she needs another one.

Her rep tells us Bijou suffered many complications since the first transplant, including the BK virus ... which led to both cellular and antibody rejection.
