Snoop Dogg's 10-month-old granddaughter Codi has passed away ... this according to his only daughter, Cori Broadus.

Cori announced the news Saturday afternoon ... sharing a black-and-white photo where she's grinning and lovingly holding Codi in her arms.

She writes that Codi -- the "love of her life" -- passed away Monday ... adding an angel wing emoji to the post.

Bella Hadid and Adan Banuelos might not be totally through like early reports indicated ... because video captures the two cutting a rug in a Texas bar -- just hours before Banuelos was arrested.

We've obtained exclusive video from a bar in Weatherford, TX from Friday night ... which shows the model and the cowboy slow dancing in the little Western-themed spot -- before Adan sweetly nuzzles his face into her neck.

Banuelos then pulls off a series of fancy moves ... spinning Hadid all around him and finishing it off by pulling her into a sweet embrace.

Grady Demond Wilson -- best known for playing Lamont Sanford, the son of Fred Sanford on the NBC sitcom "Sanford and Son" -- has died.

Wilson's son, Demond Wilson Jr., tells TMZ ... he was pronounced dead Friday morning at his home in Palm Springs, California. He passed away from complications related to cancer.

Demond Jr. didn't reveal the type of cancer he had. He told us ... "I loved him. He was a great man."
