1/11/25 -- 2:21 PM PT -- Taja Abitbol tells TMZ ... Gale arrived "in an agitated and disruptive state" and quickly became aggressive, directing verbal threats at Abitbol and Netflix, including references to potential legal action. Multiple witnesses saw her drinking from other guests' champagne glasses and acting erratically at what Abitbol described as a private, high-security event.

According to Abitbol, security independently evaluated the situation and concluded the Gale's behavior was disruptive to both guests and staff. She says the decision to remove her followed standard protocol and emphasized that "at no point was there any 'manhandling' or abuse of any kind," adding the removal was "justified, measured, and witnessed by numerous attendees."

Abitbol also notes security personnel are prepared to provide formal statements and maintains the woman was removed solely because of her own conduct, calling any claim to the contrary "a misrepresentation of events."

Tension sure seemed to flare up at one of "Members Only: Palm Beach" star Taja Abitbol’s parties, with Gale Brophy telling TMZ she was asked to leave under heated circumstances.

Gale hopped on TMZ's "Previously On..." podcast to share her side of the story and stop what she called rumors ... denying any chance of her being drunk and claiming she was bullied while being “manhandled” out of the event.

In video TMZ obtained from Taja's party back in December ... Gale appears to be walking out of Taja's event, escorted by a group of security guards -- pausing to address the camera and asking the guards to keep their hands off of her.

Offset's allegedly making threats toward an influencer and refusing to pay her back thousands of dollars he borrowed ... this according to the influencer herself.

Celina Powell -- a model and internet personality best known for her associations with people in hip hop -- made the claims online Friday ... starting off by telling fans they should look to Offset if anything bad happens to her.

She then followed it up by writing online she's tired of fearing Offset just because she's tried for weeks to recoup $15K she says she gave him and he gambled away ... claiming he's lobbing threats her way.

Laitsch says multiple performers are already locked in, but she declined to reveal who they are ... or even what type of performers viewers can expect.

She was also tight-lipped about where the show will take place, and wouldn’t confirm whether it will actually air live.

1/10 -- 4:41 AM PT -- Nev issued an apology to Ronnie Radke Friday night ... saying in a TikTok that this catfishing scandal "wasn't something I knew anything about" and "I just wanted to say I am sorry."

1:44 PM PT -- Ronnie Radke has responded to Nev's take on the debacle ... and as you can imagine, Ronnie went scorched earth on Nev.

Nev Schulman says he hasn't launched into any kind of formal investigation ... but he's inclined to believe Brittany Furlan over Ronnie Radke when it comes to all this catfishing drama.

The former "Catfish" host sat down for a conversation on "The TMZ Podcast" with Charlie Neff and Charlie Cotton ... and they asked him what his take on all the drama is.

Our sources say Nick's fatal mental spiral occurred about a month before the murders, when doctors changed the meds he was taking for schizoaffective disorder -- a severe mental illness that causes delusions, hallucinations, and mania. The meds made him increasingly dangerous and erratic. We're told the meds are still not working properly.

Stefon Diggs won't have to face a judge until after the NFL season -- the New England Patriots star's arraignment in his assault case has been postponed.

TMZ Sports has confirmed Diggs' court date was initially slated for Jan. 23, two days before the AFC Championship Game. However, his attorney stated in court filings that Diggs has a "previously-scheduled professional commitment" on that date.

It's now scheduled for Feb. 13 -- five days after the Super Bowl.

The Pats have a legit shot at making it all the way to the Big Game this year ... and should they win it all, Diggs will be able to partake in all the post-Super Bowl festivities.
