Mickey Rourke is in dire straits ... and he's turning to GoFundMe to help him stay in the home where he's reportedly $59,100 behind on rent payments.

As we reported ... MR received a 3 day notice to either pay up or get out of a rented property in Los Angeles on December 18 ... but he ended up failing to comply, according to court documents.

Now, the 73-year-old actor and former boxer gave friend Liya-Joelle Jones permission to start a GoFundMe with a fundraising goal of $100,000 in order to keep him from getting evicted.

Before this sweet girl with bangs turned into a super famous model, she was just rockin' her plaid 'fit and growing up in Illinois ...

After storming the runways with her show-stopping looks in the 90s, she hosted the fashion show "House of Style" on MTV. Her two kids have also taken after her -- both models and into fashion.

There were no awards for fashion at the 31st Critics Choice Awards Sunday ... but the celebs brought their best looks anyway!

Paul W. Downs and Megan Stalter absolutely won the night, hilariously cosplaying as Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner. They replicated TC and KJ's orange Chrome Hearts look the young couple made headlines with at the "Marty Supreme" premiere.

Timothée Chalamet was a winner twice at the Palm Springs Film Festival Awards Gala ... in addition to being honored, he was awarded a kiss from girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

TMZ obtained video of the two backstage at the award show Saturday as the couple snuck a quick smooch while exiting the venue.

Chalamet was honored with an award for his work in "Marty Supreme." As we reported ... the two looked relaxed, happy, and totally into each other. They were all smiles, chatting closely and laughing throughout the night.

Chelsea Handler paid tribute to Rob and Michele Reiner during her Critics Choice Awards opening monologue ... calling Rob the "nicest guy in Hollywood."

Handler starts off the tribute Sunday night by saying “Anyone who ever spent time with Rob Reiner knows that the minute you met him, he felt like an old friend when you were in a conversation with him."

Rebecca Olsen -- an influencer often seen around Los Angeles's Skid Row -- is back on the streets after a stint in rehab, TMZ has learned.

Rebecca's friends, Cosmo Lombino and Ansley Morgan, tell TMZ ... Rebecca left her drug treatment facility after 37 days, including her time spent in jail. They say that's the longest Rebecca has been sober since they've known her -- but Cosmo said the last time she visited Rebecca, she knew they had lost the battle once again.

Cosmo tells TMZ ... "She kept saying sorry, but she had made up her mind -- and she had plans to leave." And that Rebecca just isn't ready and willing to seek treatment for her drug addiction.
