The influencer at the center of Stefon Diggs' defamation lawsuit is fighting back ... filing a counterclaim accusing the NFL star of lying, and exposing himself during a car ride.

TMZ Sports obtained the countersuit on Friday, in which Christopher Blake Griffith denied the claims Diggs made in his defamation suit filed back in October, in which the football star claimed the social media influencer fabricated allegations regarding an incident at Diggs' Maryland home on May 22, 2023.

Griffith claims that night, he and Diggs went to several clubs around Washington, D.C., and at one point, Chris ate a "candy" Stefon repeatedly offered him. Shortly after, he says he began to feel disoriented and believes the candy contained a drug or some other substance.

Marshawn Kneeland was driving 145+ MPH before crashing into another vehicle and fleeing on foot the night of his tragic death, a police report obtained by TMZ Sports indicates.

Kneeland was observed speeding by an officer from the Texas Department of Public Safety at 10:33 PM on November 5, prompting police to follow the 24-year-old.

The cop says he spotted MK driving recklessly, making "several unsafe lane changes" as he passed other motorists, hitting "speeds higher than 145 miles per hour."

Despite attempting to pull Kneeland over using lights and sirens, the officer says he didn't comply, and soon after, the Charger was no longer visible.

Minutes later, police say they found the vehicle, which had lost control and crashed into another vehicle, ultimately coming to a rest in a grass field on the Dallas Parkway, but Kneeland was nowhere to be found.

During a quick search of the black Charger, an empty holster was found ... but no gun was located.

Authorities say they set up a perimeter using K-9s and aircraft, all in an attempt to find Kneeland.

Adding to the urgency to find Marshawn, his girlfriend, Catalina, told cops the defensive lineman messaged her to say goodbye.

Despite the best efforts of police, several hours passed with no sign of Kneeland ... until around 1:30 AM when a heat signature was located inside a portable toilet.

Sadly, when officers reached the area, it was too late. Marshawn was found with a fatal, self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The report also says officials from Frisco PD and TX DPS met with representatives from the Dallas Cowboys at the scene.

Kneeland was drafted in the 2nd round out of Western Michigan in 2024, and was in the middle of his second season in Big D.

As you'd expect, news of Marshawn's death has rocked the Cowboys ... who dedicated Monday night's win to his honor.

Porsha Williams will NOT face criminal charges after getting into a dispute with a passenger on a recent Delta Airlines flight ... her attorney tells TMZ.

Porsha’s attorney Joe Habachy tells TMZ … "We just received word from the United States Attorney's Office that they have determined that 'no crime has been committed,' and that the FBI 'will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter.'"

Habachy adds ... "While Ms. Williams is certainly pleased to have received this news today, we cannot say that we are surprised given that there was never a physical encounter and given that the allegations made against Ms. Williams by this unhinged passenger were blatantly false from the beginning."

Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are splitting up after nearly 15 years together ... according to a heartfelt social media post from Kandi.

The Trump Administration's overhaul of government departments hasn't been received well by certain groups ... including nurses, who are no longer considered to have obtained professional degrees.

Here's the deal ... the One Big Beautiful Bill Act includes provisions for eliminating the Grad PLUS program, which helps graduate and professional students cover their expenses, and caps Parent PLUS loans, according to Nurse.org, an industry news and career resources website.

The measures were implemented in an effort to reorganize the Repayment Assistance Plan, which includes caps for annual loans for graduate and professional students.

The Department of Education then decided to change what counts as a professional program -- which meant certain individuals wouldn't qualify for the $200,000 aggregate level for professional students.

Nurse practitioners -- among several other professions, including physical therapists -- are deemed not to have obtained professional degrees.
