Anna Kepner's family is remembering the teen cheerleader as a radiant soul who "lived every day with her whole heart," following the tragic discovery of her body on a Carnival cruise ship.

Anna -- nicknamed "Anna Banana" -- was reportedly found by a maid wrapped in a blanket and hidden under a bed on November 8 during a Caribbean cruise with her father, Christopher Kepner, her stepmother Shauntel Hudson, and Hudson's kids.

Despite the tragedy, Anna's family focused their tribute on her joyful, light-filled life. "She loved the sun, the water, boat days, island days, and beach days, anything that let her soak in the light she so easily radiated to others," her obituary reads.

Ryan Wedding is facing new charges in the U.S. after the Canadian Olympic snowboarder turned transnational drug kingpin allegedly ordered the killing of a federal witness in Colombia, Attorney General Pam Bondi said.

Wedding, 44, competed for America's neighbors up north in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, before allegedly turning to a different type of "snow," becoming Canada's largest cocaine dealer (moving over 130k lbs. a year) and controlling "one of the most prolific and violent drug trafficking organizations in the world," according to the AG.

In a news conference in D.C. on Wednesday, Bondi, flanked by Kash Patel, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other top officials, outlined new charges against the retired athlete, and the accusations are wild.

Vin Diesel just landed a big win in a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him ... a judge threw out the case before it went to trial.

As we previously reported ... Asta Jonasson, a former assistant on the "Fast Five" set, sued Diesel for actions she alleges he committed against her in Georgia in 2010.

According to the judge's ruling, obtained by TMZ, the case has been tossed out because it wasn't filed in Georgia, where the alleged incident was said to have taken place. In essence, the judge said Jonasson couldn't apply California laws to acts that allegedly happened in Georgia.

Some encouraging news from Kris Boyd ... the New York Jets cornerback says he's on the road to recovery after he was shot on Sunday -- and he's now starting to breathe on his own.

The 29-year-old shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, days after he suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen during a fight in Manhattan.

"God is real, God is powerful!" Boyd wrote.

Eminem is looking for some respect on his name ... he recently filed to cancel a trademark of an Australian beach brand that's targeting American shores.

The Real Slim Shady has it out for an Aussie company that sells beach umbrellas and swim wear ... a label called Swim Shady. According to documents filed in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and obtained by TMZ, Eminem wants to protect the name of his diabolical rap alter-ego and avoid brand confusion.

The filing alleges the "Without Me" rapper would suffer "damage and injury" if Swim Shady is allowed to keep its name. Eminem is concerned the public will associate him with the Swim Shady brand ... and he insists his own merch adheres to "premium quality standards" and doesn't want people to confuse him with the Aussie company's stuff.

A motorcyclist pushed a naked cyclist off his bike and caused a nasty crash ... and it's all on video.

The bike attack played out back in August in the United Kingdom during a naked cycling charity event in Colchester ... but the Crown Prosecution Service just released the footage.

Prosecutors say 46-year-old Lee Turnage is the man on the motorcycle who rides up alongside the naked cyclist and appears to knock the man's hat off his head, causing him to crash to the ground ... skinning more than his knees.

Megan Thee Stallion's former manager took the stand in her defamation trial against blogger Milagro Gramz on Wednesday, telling the jury that the rap star's recovery was a pricey one -- costing her 6-figures' worth of therapy sessions!!!

Travis Farris -- AKA T-Farris -- testified that Megan spent $240,000 attending a 4-week therapy session to deal with the emotional distress she says she felt after Gramz made a string of posts ... one of which included a deepfake porn video believed to be real by many online.

Farris detailed in court about how Megan came to him in tears and even apologized for him having to witness the video, sparking her decision to undergo therapy.

Neil deGrasse Tyson has some good news for comedians worried about artificial intelligence taking over their jobs ... A.I.'s not an immediate threat!

We caught up with NDT today in NYC ... according to Neil, comedians might have some of the only safe jobs left ... that is, if you're good! He judges A.I. to be a soulless entity that doesn't understand what it's saying -- a considerable hurdle to overcome if you're mining for the revelatory and surprising insights needed for impactful jokes.

He explained, "I've asked A.I. to give me some good jokes ... they were on a bad dad-joke level."

Khloé Kardashian is spilling more tea about her messy marriage to Lamar Odom ... saying that in one of her most vulnerable moments, he actually burned her personal journals.

The reality star explained on the "Khloé in Wonderland" podcast that Lamar burned dozens of her journals -- years' worth -- right in front of her, all because he got super paranoid and thought she was writing things down and sending them to the government.
