The teenage daughter of an Arizona man who died by suicide after pleading guilty to murdering his 2-year-old daughter apparently isn’t shocked by what happened ... at least according to the teen's former guardian.

Lindsay Eisenberg -- who previously served as guardian to Christopher Scholtes’ 17-year-old daughter -- tells TMZ ... she was the first to break the news of his death to the teen.

Eisenberg says the girl told her she wasn’t surprised her father took his own life -- and even said she had a feeling it was coming.

Charleston Police say they recovered video evidence showing Owen walking onto the Ravenel Bridge pedestrian walkway at 3:49 AM on Oct. 31 and taking his own life.

A man in Florida walked into a bar and got into a heated argument about how many eggs chickens can lay ... and then he grabbed a gun and opened fire ... and no, this isn't a joke.

Cops in Port St. Lucie say 44-year-old Peter Riera fired shots Tuesday morning outside Harpers Pub ... and police body camera footage, obtained by TMZ, shows Riera being taken into custody.

Police say Riera got into an argument with three people outside the pub who he claimed were trying to con him.

"Pawn Stars" star Rick Harrison is facing heartbreaking news -- his mother, Joanne Harrison, died yesterday, TMZ has learned.

Rick’s rep, Laura Herlovich, tells TMZ Joanne passed away at a Las Vegas hospital.

We’re told Rick’s keeping things private right now -- understandably so, after losing both parents. His father, Richard Harrison, passed in 2018 from Parkinson’s disease.

It’s another devastating loss for Rick, who also lost his son Adam Harrison in 2024 from an accidental fentanyl and methamphetamine overdose.

Rick had been trying to move forward with life -- even recently popping the question to fiancée Angie Polushkin with a 6.5-carat pear-shaped ring from his own Gold & Silver Pawn Shop.

Joanne was 85.

Abby Zwerner sued school administrators and the school board in 2023 -- including ex-assistant principal Ebony Parker -- claiming the Richneck Elementary shooting in Newport News could’ve been completely avoided. After six hours of deliberation, the jury of 3 men and 4 women agreed Thursday ... awarding her $10 million in damages, plus interest.

Zwerner’s team argued Parker had one main job -- keeping the school safe -- and that multiple teachers raised alarms the boy was carrying a weapon in his backpack. But nothing was done ... until after Zwerner was shot in her first-grade classroom.
