1:30 PM PT -- In a news conference Wednesday afternoon, officials confirmed 11 people are dead as a result of the crash and the fire. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear said the death toll is likely to reach 12.

The fiery explosion of a UPS cargo plane during takeoff -- which killed at least 7 people Tuesday -- can be seen in terrifying security video.

The left wing catches fire and the aircraft immediately plunges to the ground, skidding down the runway in a blazing crash. A thick, black plume of smoke fills the air.

The McDonnell Douglas MD-11 was bound for Honolulu and carrying 3 crew members, who are presumed dead. At least 9 people were killed in the crash, with 11 injured, Gov. Andy Beshear said Tuesday. He said the numbers will likely grow.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum was groped by a man while greeting supporters — but she kept her cool and took care of the situation herself.

The creepy incident occurred Tuesday in Mexico City's downtown district, where Sheinbaum was meeting with some of her constituents on the street in broad daylight as the man -- or perv -- came up behind her.

A witness shot video of their ensuing interaction, which shows the man leaning in to kiss Sheinbaum while putting his hands on her waist.

Passengers were forced off a Delta Airlines flight Tuesday night after crew members reported a bomb threat just before takeoff.

Here's what went down -- the Minneapolis-bound flight from LaGuardia Airport was preparing to depart Terminal C around 8 PM when the alert was raised, Port Authority police tell TMZ. The plane was swiftly moved away from the gate and passengers deboarded.

Keith Browner Sr., a standout football player at the University of Southern California who went on to play 5 seasons in the NFL, is dead ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Keith died Tuesday morning in San Leandro, CA ... according to his son, Keith Browner Jr.

"Tika had just wrapped what would be her final Fashion Week and PetCon appearances, and the family had planned to retire her so she could enjoy her relaxed final year at home.  Even though they had consulted with some of the best medicical professionals in the country, it was her time to go."

Tika the Iggy, an Italian greyhound with a fashion sense and a huge internet following, is dead.

Tika's owner, Thomas Shapiro, announced her death Tuesday in a heartbreaking social media post.

Shapiro says Tika had two tumors in her liver and they had surgery to remove them -- on the advice of veterinarians -- and things seemed like they were going well.

If you’re a fan of monkeys, proceed with caution ... there's now video showing the moment an escaped monkey in Mississippi was shot at in a private backyard Sunday.

We've been covering the story ... a truck carrying 21 Rhesus macaques overturned last Tuesday ... 13 were gathered up by authorities after the incident, while 5 were shot and killed by a deputy on the scene ... after he was mistakenly informed the monkeys were infected with COVID, herpes and hepatitis C. Three escaped.

7:34 PM PT -- Officials now confirm 7 people are dead from the crash.

5:02 PM PT -- Authorities now say at least three people are dead and 11 were injured in the UPS plane crash.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear called it a "catastrophic" scene and warned the death toll is expected to rise, adding many of the victims suffered "very significant" injuries.

A UPS plane has crashed at the airport in Louisville, Kentucky ... and the massive explosion created a huge fire in the area.

According to authorities ... the plane crashed at about 5:15 PM local time shortly after taking off for Honolulu.

There is currently a shelter in place for the area within five miles of the airport ... as police assess how many people are injured. It's unclear if there were any casualties.
