Diane Keaton’s devastated son Duke was spotted leaving her L.A. home -- just a day after the legendary actress passed away at 79.

Here are the pics -- the 25-year-old cut a lone figure as he left the house Sunday and headed to his car, clearly mourning the loss of Diane, who adopted him back in 2001.

As you know, Diane passed away the day before, and the Los Angeles Fire Department tells TMZ they responded to her home at 8:08 AM Saturday, with an ambulance taking her to a local hospital.

Al Pacino is said to be grappling with a major regret -- never marrying Diane Keaton, who passed away Saturday at 79.

Daily Mail reports that a friend of the 85-year-old told them they'll know he’ll "forever regret he didn’t make his move when he had the chance."

The source added, "For years after he and Diane split, Al used to say, ‘If it’s meant to be, it’s never too late for a do-over.’ But sadly, now it is," adding that he admitted the love of his life was Diane.

The pair first met in 1974 on "The Godfather" set, with Keaton playing his girlfriend. They started dating soon after but split in ’90 when Al reportedly refused to commit to marriage.

Looks like Diane had closure on the relationship -- back in 2017, she said that even though it wasn’t her choice at the time, they were ultimately better off.

Diane Keaton's longtime friend and collaborator reflected on her final visit with the actress ... recalling how she was struck by Keaton's noticeable weight loss in the weeks before her death.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Carol Bayer Sager says she saw the Oscar winning star just two or three weeks ago and was surprised by the change in her appearance. "She was very thin," Sager shared. "She had lost so much weight."

According to Sager, Keaton had spent much of the year in Palm Springs after wildfires damaged her California home, and the two friends hadn't seen each other as often. "When she came back, I was kind of stunned by how much weight she'd lost," Sager said, adding that despite the physical changes, Keaton's creativity and spirit were as vibrant as ever.

"She was a magic light for everyone," Sager said. "She was upbeat and always creating -- taking photographs of everything, just completely engaged in life."

The two last worked together on Keaton's holiday single "First Christmas," released in late 2024. "She loved recording it," Sager remembered. "She sang with so much heart, she even teared up during the session."

"She was such an original," Sager said. "There was no one like her."

A small plane has crashed near Hicks Airfield in Fort Worth, Texas ... sparking a massive fire involving multiple semi-trucks.

The Fort Worth Fire Department says the crash happened Sunday. The impact ignited several trucks in the area, though it’s unclear exactly how many vehicles are involved.

Videos shared on social media show thick black plumes of smoke billowing high into the sky above the crash site, visible from miles away.
