Erik Menendez is on the mend after going under the knife for kidney stones ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation tells TMZ ... Erik was transported to an outside medical facility on September 26. They tell us he's since been discharged and is back at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, where he remains in good condition.

A source confirmed to us Erik received treatment for kidney stones.

Nicki Minaj went full kamikaze on TMZ, "The Breakfast Club," Cardi B's kids -- even THE BARBZ -- during her now-infamous social media rant yesterday ... and Charlamagne Tha God feels it was all prophesied in his interview with Lil Kim -- more than a decade ago!!!

Charlamagne slapped Nicki with the "Donkey of the Day" on Thursday -- using her full government name, Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty -- with emphasis on the "petty" for accusing "The Breakfast Club" team of using witchcraft to thwart her holy mission, or some assorted horseradish.

During Nicki's roasting, Charlamagne unearthed Lil Kim's 2013 interview with "The Breakfast Club" where The OG Queen Bee ripped Nicki for hogging the spotlight from other rap girlies and predicted "darkness will come to light."

Records we've obtained show the ex-NFL star got out of a Williamson County, Tenn. jail late Wednesday evening. He had been in custody since Monday morning.

A pair of Delta Airline jets crashed on the taxiway at NYC's LaGuardia Airport Wednesday night -- but, miraculously, there was only one injury.

The planes were involved in a "low-speed collision" with the wing of one airline smashing into the cockpit windows of the second aircraft, according to Delta authorities.

Officials said the second aircraft flew in from Charlotte, North Carolina, with 57 passengers, touching down minutes before its nose slammed into the first plane about to take off to Roanoke, Virginia.

At least two people were killed outside a Manchester, UK synagogue in a vehicle ramming and stabbing attack ... carried out on the holiest day of the Jewish calendar.

Authorities say the Thursday morning attack has left several others injured, including three in serious condition.

Police say the suspected attacker was shot by police officers and is believed to be dead -- his condition has not been confirmed due to "suspicious items on his person."

A bomb squad was also dispatched to the scene.
