Gina Carano has wrapped up her lawsuit against Disney for wrongful termination and sex discrimination after she was fired from "The Mandalorian" -- we've learned she’s struck a settlement deal and moved on.

TMZ obtained court documents showing the parties agreed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, and sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Lucasfilm/The Walt Disney Company and Gina Carano reached a mutual agreement to put the legal dispute behind them.

A Lucasfilm spokesperson issued a statement ... "Ms. Carano was always well respected by her directors, co-stars, and staff, and she worked hard to perfect her craft while treating her colleagues with kindness and respect."

Mississippi’s going through a bumpy time lately, and it’s not because of the heat -- turns out, the state is facing a major STD outbreak!

The Southern state, already struggling with sky-high rates of gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HIV, has just dropped a jaw-dropping stat -- roughly 1,200 cases per 100,000 people. To put that into perspective, that’s at least one person in a room of 100 Mississippians walking around with a sexually transmitted disease or infection. Yikes.

Mike Tyson didn't come out victorious in his fight against Jake Paul and is now facing another bout -- a legal one brought by producer Ty Fyffe who claims Iron Mike didn't have permission to use his hip hop banger featuring Jay-Z, DMX, and Ja Rule in his promo video before the fight!!!

According to docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Fyffe says he's the co-writer and producer for the 1998 track "Murdergram," from Jay's "Streets Is Watching" soundtrack.

Todd Chrisley swears he never slept with his ex-business partner ... 'cause if he did, the guy would’ve been hooked and coming back for more.

Todd laid it all out on Kandi Burruss’ podcast … after she brought up ex-business partner Mark Braddock’s claim during Todd's 2022 fraud trial -- that they had intimate relations in the early 2000s.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” star says the topic was brought up to him by his attorney privately during the trial -- and Todd claims he responded, "Let's just be very clear, if I had f***ed him once, he'd come back for seconds."

Tyreek Hill's eight-month-old daughter was taken to the emergency room on Wednesday after showing symptoms that raised concerns ... but, thankfully, the baby's mom says the little girl's improving.

Keeta Vaccaro -- Tyreek's estranged wife -- shared the scary details of the incident on her Instagram page on Thursday ... writing her doctor advised her to get to a hospital ASAP on Wednesday night after baby Capri "started feeling warm, super sleepy, and just not herself."

"I called [Dr. Jared Friedman]," Keeta said, "and within minutes, he had us straight into the ER with an incredible team waiting for us."

Keeta said Capri went through a bunch of tests ... and, fortunately, it looks like her baby girl is going to be OK.
