A heartbroken Jack Osbourne has broken his silence about Ozzy Osbourne’s death ... sharing a heartfelt note alongside a compilation of memories with his dad on Instagram.

Check out the touching tribute -- Jack added videos and stills from throughout his life with his rockstar dad ... including an adorable video of him as a child saying how "cool" it is to be the son of the "Prince of Darkness."

The paranormal investigator and television personality kept his message as succinct as possible, reasoning Ozzy absolutely hated "long rambling speeches."

Donald Trump is furious about what he sees as out-of-control violence in Washington, D.C. -- and he's pointing to a specific case that's really hitting home for him!

47 is super pissed that former DOGE staffer Edward "Big Balls" Coristine was savagely beaten by a bunch of juveniles in D.C. over the weekend and now he's threatening to federalize the nation's capital. Elon Musk was the head of DOGE -- the Department of Government Efficiency -- before exiting the administration after having a falling out with Trump.

In a Truth Social post Tuesday, Trump went off on local officials, saying teen gang members had taken over D.C. and are "randomly attacking, mugging, maiming, and shooting innocent Citizens."

He added that if D.C. didn't get its act together he would be forced to take federal control of the city to put criminals on notice because "they’re not going to get away with it anymore." Trump also cited the assault of "Big Balls" and posted a bloody photo of Coristine after the beatdown.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, "Big Balls" was with his significant other, Emily Bryant, near his vehicle in D.C. in the early morning hours Sunday. Police say a group of 10 juveniles confronted them and said something about stealing their car.

Cops say "Big Balls" shoved Bryant inside the vehicle and turned toward the assailants, who began brutally assaulting him. Officers on patrol witnessed the assault and arrested 2 of the suspects, while police say the other attackers ran away with one stolen item -- an iPhone worth $1,000.

8:55 AM PT -- Hours after Dean Cain appealed for people to join ICE, Dept. of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem posted her appearance on Fox News today on X, announcing ICE's hiring age cap has been lifted.

Noem said ... "Our recruitment efforts to hire 10,000 new ICE officers has been extremely successful ... as of today we have over 80,000 applicants for those 10,000 positions already ... we've removed any of the age barriers, we no longer have a cap on how old you can be."

Brooke Hogan says she did not attend her father Hulk Hogan's funeral ... because she believes it's what he would've wanted.

In a lengthy social media post Tuesday night, Brooke writes, "My father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn't want one. And although I know people grieve in many ways - and I'm so grateful for all celebrations and events organized to honor him, as his daughter, I had to make my own decision to honor him the best and most genuine way I knew how...privately...the way that made me feel the closest to him."

Instead, Brooke says she honored her father by taking her children to the beach -- placing them in the salty water he loved so much. She adds the "only thing missing today" was Hulk in his pop-up lawn chair while watching the waves and the sunset.

A Hulk Hogan-esque cloud appeared in the sky outside of his funeral on Tuesday ... stunning attendees as they said their final goodbyes to the WWE legend.

One of Hogan's good pals, Dee Jay Silver, said in an Instagram post the Hulk-like haze formed near Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Fla. ... just as the sun was setting on the icon's memorial service.

Florida Congressman Cory Mills allegedly threatened to leak a pageant queen's sex tapes after she dumped him ... according to a shocking new report.

The Republican representative from the Sunshine State's 7th District has been accused by Lindsey Langston -- a Florida Republican state committee member and winner of the 2024 Miss United States beauty pageant.

Cops say Langston told them Mills contacted her numerous times and threatened to release nude images and videos of them having sex after they split ... and, cops also put in the report that she showed them texts of the alleged threats.

Kelley Mack -- best known for her work on "The Walking Dead," has died after dealing with serious health issues.

Mack passed away Saturday evening with her mother and aunt at her side, according to her family who posted a message today on her Instagram. Mack had been battling glioma -- a tumor that forms in the brain or spinal cord.

Her family described her as a "bright, fervent light" that "will be missed by so many to depths that words cannot express."

That includes many in Hollywood, where Mack received 35 acting credits and five producing credits during her long career starting in the early 90's.

She landed her biggest role as "Addy" in season 9 of "The Walking Dead." She had parts in other TV shows like "Chicago Med" and on "9-1-1."

Mack also worked in movies and recorded a voice over for Hailee Steinfeld's character, Gwen Stacy, in the Oscar-winning film "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse."

Mack was 33.

Here's the sitch ... in Tuesday's legal filing obtained by TMZ, the former film producer says his partners behind the "Finding Neverland" national tour withheld more than $2.3 million owed to him and 2 of his companies, Weinstein Live Entertainment and Finding Neverland USA LLC.

But here's the problem -- the disgraced Hollywood mogul says the final agreements were never signed before the show went on the road after it closed on Broadway in August 2016. But, he argues the agreements were honored when the tour kicked off in October 2016 ... until the money stopped coming.
