TMZ Sports obtained the certification of death for Hulk ... and as you can see, the document lists his occupation as a professional wrestler in the entertainment industry.

Hulk's death certificate lists a bunch of stuff we already knew ... his date and place of death, his birthday, his birthplace, his race, his education, his marital status, his widow's name, his parents' names ... but it's still surreal to see.

Matt Rife's going for both laughs and gasps it seems ... 'cause the comedian now owns an occult museum -- and, he's the legal guardian of the haunted doll Annabelle.

The star posted about the purchase on social media Friday ... telling fans he bought Ed and Lorraine Warren's house and occult museum with his friend, Elton Castee.

Rife -- who's a big fan of the paranormal, BTW -- also says he's the legal guardian of a whole collection of haunted objects ... including the infamous Annabelle doll, which inspired the 2014 horror film.

The singer-songwriter announced the news on Instagram Friday ... letting her fans know that she fractured her shoulder and needs to push her August and September dates to the late fall and early winter.

The tour will kick back off with a few shows that weren't postponed, starting on October 1 ... and, all previously sold tickets will be honored at the new dates, which will begin October 28.
