Hulk Hogan's wife, Sky, says she's crushed by the wrestling legend's passing ... writing in a message on Friday that her "heart is in pieces."

The Hulkster's partner -- whom he married back in 2023 -- released a statement on his death on her Instagram page ... and it's emotional.

Sky revealed the WWE icon "had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them."

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is paying homage to Hulk Hogan ... and clearly, the Hulkster had a massive impact on his life.

In the lengthy Instagram post, The Rock recalls a powerful moment he shared with "childhood hero" -- returning Hulk's headband at Madison Square Garden after being the lucky kid who caught it in the crowd.

Dwayne says Hulk was stunned to get the headband back ... and promised to gift him a replica "Hulkster" headband he could keep. A month later at MSG, Hulk kept his word and delivered Dwayne the headband ... which meant everything to him as a 12-year-old kid.

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has died at 71 years old, TMZ Sports has learned.

Medics were dispatched to the WWE icon's Clearwater, Florida home early Thursday morning ... with operators stating it was regarding a "cardiac arrest."

Royal Caribbean confirmed the death in a statement to TMZ, saying ... "Our crew immediately initiated a search and rescue operation, but unfortunately the crew member passed away. We extend our condolences to the crew member’s family and loved ones. To respect their privacy, we have no additional details to share."

A fifth woman accusing Smokey Robinson of sexual battery has officially come forward and filed a police report … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the woman spoke with a deputy last Wednesday at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department's Malibu/Lost Hills station, where she formally reported her allegations against the Motown singer.

We're told all five accusers have filed reports with LASD.
