President Trump is fired up over a Wall Street Journal report claiming he wrote a note celebrating Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday, and it included a racy drawing of a naked woman ... but Trump is already threatening to sue.

The bombshell WSJ report dropped Thursday evening, saying Ghislaine Maxwell got a bunch of Epstein's pals to write personal letters to him in 2003, as he was turning 50, and organized them into a book to give him as a gift. One of those friends was Donald Trump, according to the Journal.

The report says Trump's note had several lines of typewritten text, but also a drawing of a naked woman ... showing breasts, and the name "Donald" signed squiggly, as if it were pubic hair on the woman.

Former American actor Cody McMains was just 15 years old when he played Mitch Briggs -- the sex-crazed high school teen and the trouble-making younger brother -- in the 2001 comedy, "Not Another Teen Movie."

McMains was part of an ensemble cast including Chyler Leigh as Mitch's older sister and nerd with glasses-turned hottie, Janey Briggs, Chris Evans as the hot jock with whipped cream drizzled over his hot bod, Jake Wyler, and Jaime Pressly as the hot blonde cheerleader, Priscilla.

Cody also played Kristen Dunst's little brother in "Bring It On."

50 Cent's publishing company is suing his baby mama for telling stories about him online ... claiming she signed over her life rights years ago.

G-Unit Books is suing Shaniqua Tompkins ... 50's ex with whom he shares 28-year-old son Marquise Jackson.

G-Unit claims Shaniqua "irrevocably and exclusively" sold the rights of her life to the company ... adding she agreed "she would not publicly disclose, exploit, or otherwise commercialize any aspect of her life story or related rights" way back in 2007.

8/8 9:38 AM PT -- Prosecutors just responded to Luigi Mangione's defense team and they say they did nothing wrong.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors say they issued a valid subpoena to Aetna for account numbers and dates of when Luigi received coverage and Aetna made an administrative mistake and seemingly provided materials outside of the scope of the subpoena.

Prosecutors say they identified the error, notified the court and Luigi's defense and then deleted their copy of said materials.

Luigi Mangione's lawyers are accusing the prosecution of cheating to obtain confidential information about him ... specifically claiming they violated federal law through a recent subpoena.

The defense team -- led by Karen Friedman Agnifilo -- sent a letter to the judge Thursday in which they claim prosecutors partially reviewed documents about Luigi's medical care that are supposed to be protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Mangione's side says prosecutors created a fraudulent subpoena to obtain the health information ... circumventing the rules by telling the health insurance company Aetna they could send the docs right to them.

Felix Baumgartner -- an Austrian BASE jumper and skydiver who set a record after jumping from the stratosphere down to Earth back in 2012 -- has died while paragliding in Italy ... according to a local outlet.

He was 56 years old.

According to La Repubblica, he was paragliding in Porto Sant'Elpidio when he became ill and lost control of his aircraft. He ended up crashing into a hotel swimming pool ... injuring a woman, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The Idaho judge overseeing the Bryan Kohberger quadruple murder case has lifted the gag order ... but one victim's family says that's not enough -- calling for every single case document to be immediately unsealed.

Here's the deal ... on Thursday Judge Steven Hippler lifted the gag order -- allowing prosecutors to talk to media about the case -- but refused to release case docs, including evidence critical to the case. He may do that in the future.

Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt spoke to the press corps from the White House Briefing Room today ... and, she announced the president has chronic venous insufficiency -- a condition where blood in the legs struggles to circulate throughout the rest of the body.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, CVI can lead to blood pooling in the legs ... causing high pressure in those veins. The clinic says about 1 in 20 adults is affected  -- mostly adults over the age of 50. Trump turned 79 last month.
