The California home famously used as Kris Jenner's mansion on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is back on the market … TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us the property was listed Monday with a price tag of $8.9 million. While the luxury pad only appeared in exterior shots on the E! reality series, it became an instantly recognizable backdrop for many "home" scenes featuring the Jenner-Kardashian clan.

The estate itself is nothing short of spectacular -- offering approximately 8,000 square feet of living space, including 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end Viking and Sub-Zero appliances and includes a breakfast nook.

Michael Madsen’s cause of death has been confirmed ... TMZ has learned the actor passed away from cardiac arrest.

TMZ has obtained the death certificate from the L.A. County Medical Examiner, which details his cardiac arrest was brought on by cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, and chronic alcoholism. Another significant condition was thromboembolic disease -- blood clots causing obstruction of vessels or arteries.

As we reported ... Michael was found unresponsive July 3 in his Malibu home and was pronounced dead at the scene. At the time, his rep told us he suffered cardiac arrest. He's since been cremated, according to the death certificate.

It's Whitney Purvis' lucky day ... 'cause she was just granted a $15,000 bond that can cut her loose from her Georgia jail cell after being arrested for involuntary manslaughter earlier this month, TMZ has learned.

It's not clear if she's yet satisfied the bond ... but if she's got $15K to spare, she'll be out of the slammer in no time.

Of course, the "16 and Pregnant" star's got a whole laundry list of requirements she must meet to stay out of trouble ... including keeping a 7 PM to 7 AM curfew, and having no contact with the victim's family, according to a court order obtained by TMZ.

Justin Bieber will not pay his multimillion-dollar debt to Scooter Braun's former company immediately ... he will not have to ante up until money from the sale of his wife's Rhode beauty company hits their bank account, TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, the settlement between Scooter and Justin has one key provision -- Justin doesn't square his $31-million-plus debt until the Rhode deal is closed and fully funded.

TMZ broke the story ... an independent audit showed Justin owed Scooter's company, Hybe, $26 million after Hybe paid AEG that amount to bail Justin out for cancelling his "Justice" tour. Justin also owed Scooter $11 million in back commissions. There was another $8 million debt Justin owed Scooter for other commissions, but Scooter waived that amount.

A shocking new discovery pulls back the curtain on what may have happened in the moments leading up to the Air India plane crash last month -- with a report finding the fuel to the doomed plane's engines was likely cut just after taking flight.

A black-box recording of dialogue between the London-bound Boeing 787's two pilots suggests the captain -- Sumeet Sabharwal, who was reportedly known as "Sad Sack" in flight school because he always looked sorrowful -- flipped fuel switches off, according to a Wall Street Journal report about the official probe into the catastrophe.

Rashee Rice has just been sentenced to jail time over his role in a 2024 high-speed car crash.

We spoke with multiple neighbors who live in the same Los Angeles apartment complex where Boodarian resided with his mother, stepfather, and teenage sister -- and where he was taken into custody on Tuesday. All described disturbing encounters with the 22-year-old, and they claim he regularly walked around the complex in a trance-like state.

The neighbors tell TMZ he would wander the property for hours, sometimes barefoot, just staring at the ground. The neighbors said he never seemed present, and recalled him always being "out of it."
