Olivia Culpo is making the most of the downtime she has left before becoming a first-time mother ... getting some R&R with her girlfriends during a chill getaway -- and showing off her growing baby bump in the process.

Culpo shared her photo dump Tuesday morning ... seemingly hitting up the part of the country she used to call home with her husband, Christian McCaffrey, back when he was a member of the Carolina Panthers.

OC made sure her belly was prominent in almost every photo. While it's unclear how far along the 33-year-old is, a baby shower was held in Rhode Island in May ... and based on the visual clues, we take it the little one's coming sooner than later.

The "King of the Hill" voice actor who was shot and killed, allegedly by his neighbor, had a bitter feud with the man for several years ... and it had nothing to do with homophobia, neighbors say.

Here's the deal ... hours after TMZ broke the news Jonathan Joss had been killed Sunday during an altercation on his San Antonio property ... the actor's husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, said on Facebook the shooting was a hate crime -- as homophobic slurs were allegedly hurled by the suspect at the scene.

However, neighbors tell TMZ ... they did NOT hear anything homophobic said in the moment of the intense fight, and they say Joss and suspect Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja have been locked in a bitter feud for years -- neighbors blaming Joss' "antics" for disturbing an otherwise quiet, peaceful block.

Comedian and actress Fortune Feimster is pulling the plug on her marriage to wife Jacquelyn Smith, officially filing for divorce in Los Angeles after more than four years of marriage.

The man who allegedly shot and killed "King Of The Hill" voice actor Jonathan Joss confessed to the police right after the deadly attack ... bluntly stating, "I shot him," according to a police report.

The report, obtained by TMZ, gives a detailed account of what led up to Sunday's violent encounter outside Joss' home in Texas.

Police say it all started around 7 PM when a woman drove Joss from Austin to his old home in San Antonio to see if he had mail.

As the 15th day of testimony got underway in Diddy's federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial in NYC, the prosecution called Eddy Garcia to the stand ... he was the security supervisor at the InterContinental in Century City, Los Angeles -- the site of the infamous Cassie beating video.

Garcia is asked about a specific day during the week of March 10, 2016, saying he was told there was an incident involving Diddy ... he's asked about monitoring security video feeds, and he said upon closer inspection, he says he did recognize the music mogul on screen, and he said he later learned the other person involved was Cassie Ventura.

Garcia testified law enforcement was not called because Cassie did not request it. He said he received a phone call from Kristina Khorram, from a New York area code. Khorram was Diddy's chief of staff for Combs Enterprises at the time. He says she asked about the video ... and he says she claimed Diddy had been intoxicated at the time the video was recorded, and didn't remember the event. That drew an objection from defense attorney Brian Steel, which the judge sustained.

Wake Forest baseball coach Tom Walter is owning up to hurling a homophobic slur during Monday's game against Tennessee ... saying his words do not reflect his character.

Walter was caught on camera seemingly referring to someone as a "f***ing f****t" as he stood in the dugout ... right before a Volunteers player hit a two-run homer.

There's speculation Walter issued the words toward the home plate umpire he had an exchange with earlier in the outing.

An advocate for euthanasia who was involved in the controversial Sarco suicide pod has died by suicide himself -- just months after he was arrested when an American woman became the first to die by the invention.

Dr. Florian Willet -- who headed up a pro-euthanasia organization called The Last Resort, an affiliate of Exit International that offers free assisted suicide services -- spent a few months locked up after being hit with aiding and abetting suicide charges over the woman’s death last September.

Dr. Philip Nitschke, head of Exit International, says even though the charges didn’t stick and Willet was cleared of intentional homicide in December, he emerged from jail a changed man.

Jonathan Joss' husband Tristan Kern de Gonzales is convinced he was gunned down in cold blood by a neighbor due to homophobia -- but cops are pumping the brakes, saying they’re not calling it a hate crime just yet.

The actor -- best known as the voice of John Redcorn on "King of the Hill" -- was shot dead on his own property Sunday evening -- and cops are saying that right now there's not enough proof to back up Tristan's claim it was a hate-fueled attack.

San Antonio Police posted an update on X Monday, writing, "Despite online claims of this being a hate crime, currently the investigation has found no evidence to indicate that Mr. Joss’s murder was related to his sexual orientation."

If Moriah Mills does ultimately decide to file a lawsuit against Zion Williamson, Tony Buzbee will not be the attorney representing her ... TMZ Sports has learned the famed lawyer has declined to take her case.
