Lele Pons just wanted to find out the gender of her child ... and, nearly had to make an emergency room visit, too -- 'cause she fell pretty hard during the reveal.

4/28/25, 3 PM -- In a judgment entered on Monday ... the marital status is terminated, and Xzibit and Krista Joiner are both restored to the status of single persons. The order filed by Xzibit last week -- seeking bifurcation of the issue of marital status -- has been granted.

Xzibit wants to go back to single status ... filing to become legally divorced -- though he and his estranged wife Krista Joiner still need to come to a settlement agreement.

The rapper filed documents in Los Angeles earlier this week asking the court to bifurcate his divorce ... basically separating his marital status from the divorce proceedings regarding child and spousal support, thus allowing him to become single in the eyes of the law while proceedings drag on.

Xzibit points out the two have been separated for more than four years ... and, while he claims their trial date is scheduled for next month, he knows this may take awhile to resolve -- and, he wants to be a single man again.

Warning ... take Donald Trump at his word, says Bill Maher.

The 'Real Time' host bore in on Republicans -- and there are lots of them -- who dismiss alarming Trump messaging as just jokes, or hollow threats.

When Trump messages Due Process is just an obstacle to be maneuvered around or ignored, his supporters and even those in Congress pass it all off as one-liners, Bill says. Or threatening opponents with criminal prosecution just for their beliefs, or saying he'll be a dictator on day 1, or saying he's gonna run for a 3rd term, and on and on ... just silly talk.

Lana Del Rey is kissing and telling ... the singer claimed she smooched Morgan Wallen -- and then threw shade at him -- in her brand new song "57.5", which she debuted at Stagecoach Friday night.

There's no guessing when it comes to the new song's lyrics as she sang ... "I kissed Morgan Wallen / I guess kissing me kind of went to his head / If you want my secret to success / I suggest don’t go ATVing with him when you’re out west."

Thanks for the advice.
