Patrick Vettori -- the brother to current UFC middleweight fighter Marvin Vettori -- has passed away at the age of 30 following a house fire in Mezzocorona, Italy.

According to reports, emergency personnel were called after neighbors spotted smoke from Patrick's apartment. Sadly, by the time they arrived, he had already died due to smoke inhalation.

In an emotional tribute on his Instagram ... Marvin said his passing "Left a void that cannot be filled, I will love you until my last breath."

Lil Nas X is dealing with a concerning medical situation ... revealing he's lost movement on one side of his face.

The "Old Town Road" hitmaker took to Instagram Monday night from his hospital bed, revealing he's unable to move the entire right side of his face -- even demonstrating it by smiling, with the left side of his mouth lifting while his right side stayed still.

Surprisingly, he didn't seem to sweat the issue at all, laughing as he showed his 10.4 million what was going on. Cracking himself up, he said ... "Bro, I can't even laugh right, bro. What the f**k. Ah! Oh my God."

The New Mexico Department of Public Health conducted an environmental assessment back in March, one week after Gene Hackman was found dead in the same house as his wife Betsy, who died from hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS), caused by hantavirus.

The deadly disease spreads through rat and mouse urine and droppings, often picked up when someone’s cleaning out attics or basements.

Law enforcement tells us Ian Stanley Wagner was busted Monday outside UnitedHealthcare HQ and he's been booked for allegedly making threats of violence.

The FBI and Minnetonka Police say Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Field Office on Monday morning and "issued threats of violence directed at the United Healthcare facility if specific demands were not met."

Kristin Cavallari has officially parted ways with her Nashville-area estate ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the sale tell TMZ ... the "Let's Be Honest" podcast host offloaded her Franklin, TN home for $7.5 million at the beginning of April ... after first listing the property last year for a whopping $11 million. She later slashed the asking price to $8.99 million.

Despite the price cut, KC is still walking away with a really nice profit ... as she first picked up the 28-acre property, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, for just over $3 million following her 2020 split from her ex-husband, Jay Cutler.
