Rachel Zoe says parents need to put their foot down when it comes to their kids riding electronic bikes ... 'cause her son was hospitalized after a bad crash.

The fashion designer took to Instagram this weekend to share her son's plight ... telling fans her 13-year-old son Skyler ended up with a "badly lacerated kidney, a ton of pain and a shattered mom" after an e-bike accident.

Rachel adds that her kiddo is in pain when he laughs or sneezes ... and, she says there's no way she's ever letting him anywhere near an e-bike again.

Big Time Rush is going on their own tour soon ... but, they're not above going back to being an opening act -- for one big-time band that is.

We caught up with the popular boy band in Los Angeles Friday night ... and, we asked them what reunion tour they'd most want to see -- and all four of the guys say it has to be *NSYNC.

Joey Molland, the last surviving member of the rock band, Badfinger, has died.

Molland died on Saturday night surrounded by his family, according to the band's Facebook page. No cause of death has been revealed but he reportedly faced health issues over the years including pneumonia most recently.

“Thank you, Joey…for keeping the band’s music alive for so long and for being a friend to us all,” the band said in their statement on social media. Molland, who played guitar, was a founding member of the Welsh rock group.

Katy Perry has spoken out for the first time since the sudden death of her hairstylist, Jesus Guerrero ... sharing he was an easy person to love.

In an emotional Instagram post on Saturday ... Katy shared that Jesus "aways made every room so warm and welcome. There was no problem too big to solve and one of your many talents was effortlessly reminding women around the world of our Goddess nature with even just a simple blowout."

Katy shared a carousel of photos of her and Jesus over the years and shared that he brought a positive energy to everything he did. She said he was an easy person to love "because you always felt like an old friend who would tell you the truth and hold you if you needed an extra cuddle."

The bit began with Mikey Day, who played Zelensky and James Austin Johnson as Trump. The fake Trump introduces himself as "President and CEO of Gaza Hotel and Casino." He says ... "I’d like to welcome President Zelensky to this incredible trap."

Giorgio Armani held a pre-Oscars soiree Saturday night ... bringing out a massive contingent of big-name stars to party hard, including Samuel L. Jackson and Adrien Brody.

TMZ obtained exclusive video from inside the Beverly Hills celebration, where Samuel and Adrien mingled with Kristen Bell, Georgina Chapman, Dolph Lundgren, and John Lithgow.

In the video you see Samuel laughing with party guests while John and Adrien also mingle inside and chat with guests.

Liam Payne was honored for his contributions to music and his lasting impact on the industry during a UK award show over the weekend.

During the BRIT Awards on Saturday, host Jack Whitehall honored LP saying ... "Last October, we woke to the devastating news that Liam Payne had tragically passed away."

A 911 alarm call at Adam Devine’s Los Angeles home quickly turned into a real-life scare for one of the responding police officers who took a dramatic fall at the property ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops rushed to the actor's home shortly after 2 PM Monday when his alarm system was triggered.

We're told officers conducted a thorough search of the property, but ultimately found no evidence of a break-in or any signs of an attempted forced entry.
