Bravo is facing a new lawsuit over "Below Deck Sailing Yacht" star Gary King … a former makeup artist from the show is now suing the network and the reality star over an alleged sexual assault.

TMZ has obtained the docs -- Samantha Suarez says Gary tried to pressure her into sleeping with him when she was instructed to bring him a snack to his hotel room in 2022 ... claiming when she tried to leave, the drunken star grabbed her, restraining her upper body and arms.

Suarez says she genuinely feared she was about to be raped and tried fighting him off. But she claims he slammed the door shut with both hands and his full weight, blocking her way out.

President Donald Trump is, in fact, sending White House invitations to the Philadelphia Eagles ... after erronoeus reports suggested the Super Bowl winners would NOT be pulling up to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave!

On Tuesday, 47 confirmed his intentions to invite the Eagles squad to his home in D.C. ... while explaining the invitations just aren't in the mail, yet.

1:48 PM PT -- In Charles Dion McDowell's Georgia arrest warrant, obtained by TMZ ... McDowell is accused of sending sexually explicit videos of a woman, without her consent, to the woman's 13-year-old son, her 16-year-old daughter, the woman's mother, and another person via cell phone and laptop computers on multiple occasions.

Charles Dion McDowell -- better known as the notorious "Wide Neck" perpetrator on the Internet -- has run afoul of the law once again … and this time the charges are way more serious -- he's been accused of sending naked images to a minor … TMZ has learned.

McDowell was taken into police custody on February 19 and charged with multiple felonies, including felony transmission of video/photo of nudity without consent, as well as electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, and making harassing phone calls, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Georgia.

McDowell posed for a mug shot showing off his famous neck, which is the size of a tree trunk.

A woman charged by the feds in an alleged scheme to "steal" Elvis Presley's Graceland estate mansion has pleaded guilty to mail fraud ... but her aggravated identity theft charge has been dismissed.

Lisa Jeanine Findley claimed Lisa Marie Presley -- Elvis' daughter -- had borrowed $3.8 million and put up Graceland as collateral, before Lisa Marie died in 2023. Findley then threatened to auction off Graceland if the Presley family didn't pay off the loan

Lisa Marie's daughter, Riley Keough, filed a lawsuit claiming the company's alleged loan documents were fraudulent -- and a judge stopped the proceedings.

2:35 PM PT -- Air traffic control audio from the incident has been released, with digital video showing the airport grid ... and you can hear controllers giving directions as normal. A controller tells the smaller plane to "hold short," but the private jet continues to move toward one of the main runways. Then voices get urgent as they repeat "hold short!" and a controller tells the Southwest flight to climb to a higher elevation.

After a brief silence, the Southwest pilot drily asks, "Tower ... how'd that happen?"

The issue's been replicated multiple times, though the word "Trump" didn't pop up every single time when the user repeated "racist" in the same message.
